Twice now on separate occasions we have bought the $11 touchless carwash at the pump and then put the code in only to receive the cheapest wash. The brushes spin up and start scratching the paint. When I spoke to the cashiers they told me my car is clean and wouldnt refund or give me the correct wash. This then happened to the car behind me in line and he got yelled at by the staff as well. Terrible service and I hope they get this figured out.

Usually, this gas station is great. However, the late night attendant is one of the rudest human beings that I’ve ever encountered. I’ve seen him get in screaming matches with patrons he disagreed with. Every time I have the unpleasant experience of coming face to face with this guy, the entire transaction takes place in what I can only assume to be smug silence. No “Hi, how are you?” Or “Thanks, have a great day!” Just silence. Even if you say anything to him, the response is a disgruntled stare. I’m not sure how someone even can make a stare disgruntled, but this guy managed it. It’s my local gas station, so unfortunately I see him a lot. I know other people who frequent this place, and they also dread seeing him behind the counter. I’ve literally pulled up, seen that he was working, and made the decision to drive to a different gas station because I didn’t feel like enduring his presence. Also, one time I bought ice cream here, and it was so freezer burned that it was inedible. 2 stars.

Both crew members had their masks on their chins and when I started pumping gas on #14 gas rapidly leaked out of the side of the hose, and when I literally sprinted inside to warn the staff they responded like I just said the sky was blue.Gas was leaking so quickly that it sprayed onto my jeans and my car/clothes reek of gasoline.

I had been pump gas from this location for almost 7years, usually I paid by credit card never go inside, tonight at 9:50pm MAY 19 2020, I forgot my wallet, I bring $9 single dollar and $5 dollar quarters from my car and prepay inside, I don’t know what hell this attendant, no greeting is fine, Angry looking, $14 for pump 5, he told me no 5 it is not working, go change, i ask them which one you wanner me to go, no 5, my car is parking No 5, keep told me no 5!! And he is so rude, Stay home if you not ready to work! The attentdent I think he is owner or partner owner, no care customer service, for sure my whole family and my staff never gonner come back even if it is closed to my home and work ! You are the boss, I have my own choice too !! God bless !

I really love this place. Staff are always very nice and helpful. The store has a great selection. Restrooms are very clean.

They no longer accept Marianos points for fuel discounts. I have no issue with this as a business decision but what I do have an issue with is they still have all of the signs up at the pumps saying they do.I spoke with the cashier to inquire and he told me to pay inside and he would adjust the Marianos points after I pumped the gas. After I went back inside he said I needed to apply for a BP credit card in order to receive the marianos points discount. I told him this doesnt make sense. He suggested I come back the next day to speak to the manager to resolve the issue.No thanks. Youve wasted enough of my time and apparently my money, already.If you want to take my information and have your manager call me to try to resolve then Im listening. That didnt happen.At the end of the day you can keep my $12, I wont ever come back and Ill share my poor experience with others.

The WORST gas station Ive ever had to go to. I live down the street and use only BP or Shell gas exclusively. So this station is convenient. But every time Im driving to it I start to wonder... am I going to have to step over cigarette butts all over, which pump isnt working today or which has receipt paper. Ive never seen paper towels in the container nor do I think the garbages have ever been changed! I spoke to the manager today he looked at me like I was crazy he has the audacity to ask me which pump wasnt working for me today. I looked out and said Do you see the ones with the bags around the handles already? All the ones around those! Seriously every pump has an issue except pump 18 and 3 I believe it is. I wish I didnt have to give it a star.

If you like pumps that dont require any sort of pin or zip code to run a card, if that pump is even working, then this is you place. The music player skipping in the background is a nice touch to help with the derlict armopshere.

UPDATE: Adding HEET to my tank did not solve the problem. My car had to be towed to my home. A few tests were run to rule out fuel pump, etc. Nineteen gallons of gas were then hand-pumped into cans (after breaching the anti-siphon mechanism in my tank), then the fuel line was drained to get the remainder out. A bottle of HEET went in with a few gallons of premium gas AND MY CAR STARTED RIGHT UP! The CHECK ENGINE light went off immediately. I drove around for forty minutes with NO ISSUES. Fortunately, my father is very knowledgeable with cars and for that I am so thankful. However, it was inconvenient for him to travel 3 1/2 hours each way to help me out and also very inconvenient for me to wait for him to be available. I know taking it to a garage/dealer would have been MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE. So relieved!! The clanking I described below was VERY VIOLENT and, truthfully, I wasnt sure my car was going to recover from that. Unbelievable what bad gas can do to a car and how immediate the reaction is!! FORTUNATLEY, THE OWNER HAS REACHED OUT TO ME (BELOW). I WILL MAKE A CLAIM AND SEE WHAT RECOURSE I HAVE FOR MY EXPENSES/INCONVENIENCE.I visited this gas station on Tuesday, 12/4. My tank was almost empty so I completely filled it up here. My car had been running great, no prior issues. I drove a couple miles home and parked my car in the garage for the night. The next morning, I started my car and began to drive only to have my car hesitate, not accelerate and begin clanking from the engine. ALL SIGNS OF BAD GAS/WATER IN GAS. My car completely stalled as I put on my hazards and pulled into a lot. I will likely need to have my car towed to a garage today. This was my third time at this gas station. Each time I have noticed it is always dirty and MANY pumps are out of order; I had an issue in the summer over the car wash and the attendant was very rude about it. I had suspected bad gas once before, so I really regret not listening to my gut right now. This was my third time here and I WONT BE GOING BACK. There are many other well-maintained stations in the area, I would steer clear of this one. Nobody needs this type of expense/inconvenience.

I HAD a $.10 off a gal coupon and went inside to use it. The only person there was Zaid. He proceeded to act like he never knew of such a coupon and didn’t know how to help me. Then when I showed him the previous ones I used before he then knew how to help me.He entered $20 and cancelled the transaction when I told him I needed $40 not $20. Due to his actions my coupon was now redeemed and I could no longer get my discount. I asked him numerous times to override the system Bc he saw I had the coupon but only due to him putting the wrong amount and canceling the transaction I was now not able to use my coupon.He lied to my face and said “it works now if i enter the amount for $20 not $40”. I said ok and took the receipt only to realize there is no discount. He tried to convince me as if I’m a child that although I don’t see the discount it was applied. This of course made me go from annoyed to mad Bc he just wanted to get rid of me and not give me back my coupon or fix what he did. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well because it’s principle. Not about the coupon.
