I order a 6-Digit Counter, 1 Relay + Pulse Out, 48 x 48mmon October 21 after waiting a week with the order was still processing. I called the company and talked to Kimberly and was told the order would ship out by Friday of the second week.The third week Kimberly told me that she was going to contact the manufacturer and I never heard back from her. The 4 week I told Kimberly to cancel the order and give me my money back. She said she would get the accounting department to give a refund. Well no refund and still waiting, so I filed a dispute with PayPal. Very disappointed in this company the way they are handling this. All I want is my money back. Well never do business with this company again and I dont recommend them. I would like to give them a 0 rating for not getting my money back

Purchased an item from them 12 days ago. Was told by Kimberly, a customer service rep, it would ship in 1-2 business days. That was 9 days ago. Since then Ive received no tracking number or shipping confirmation. Ive reached out to Kimberly twice since then and havent received a response. I guess small customers just dont matter to these people.

This company has HORRIBLE ethics, morals, and no consideration to their employees or customers! Just for another buck of your money they will go the extent of having sick employees working for them. It’s either work or get fired! Even when facing internal health issues & concerns. I know we’re mostly still wearing mask during this time (COVID-19), however not everyone and people are STILL getting sick. Needing time to recover before being able to fully function but this company DOES NOT CARE!!! Their employees are STILL required to work! The audacity is appalling!

I ordered a Hitachi power inverter for my CNC machine and it does not work. Wolfs Tech Support is not helpful at all and Phil Teeter told me to call Hitachi and they told me to call Wolf. After a month of trying to get it to work I gave up and called up wolf so called returns dept and they dont except returns the women said. hmm ok.Please dont waste your time or your $550 on this company.This thing does not work and I just want my money back.

The returns department is not helpful at all. I had purchased the Fuji Electric - FRN0020C2S-2U. I hadnt used it yet, but realized that I no longer needed this product and requested to return it via email. I got one response saying that I could return it but needed additional information which I replied to the same day. After that, there was no response at all, no RGA number provided and no indication that I could get any refund for the product. Ive sent multiple emails to ask about returning. This is before the 30 day policy was up.Now I am right up at the 30 day policy and still no response. Wont be buying from this website again._______________UPDATE**I am updating my review from the previous 1 star. They have contacted me since this post and have resolved the issue. They have helped me return this product smoothly and get my refund.

Have ordered multiple Teco VFDs from them. They are always quick to ship and very helpful. Also have friends that have ordered from them as well. They know their products are always willing to help. Personally, I dont see how the crazy negative reviews are warranted...

Very bad ... the characteristics of the products do not give good to k People They get confused when buying ..... and then they protect themselves saying that it was the customers fault ..... for me they are an embarrassment like company
