Had a great experience with this shop. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They baked and punched out my new skates which I didnt even know was an option. They fit perfect, couldnt be more happy.

Staff was friendly but not very helpful. They didnt have the equipment in stock that I needed so I was advised to order what I needed in two sizes, they could be shipped to my house for free and then I could return the one I didnt need. I put the order under my total hockey account (which they looked up by phone number). When I tried to return the extra equipment i had to wait in line for 20 minutes because only one person in the store knew how to do returns. They couldnt find my account (tried giving them the phone number, name, address, apparently it just didnt exist anymore) so I had to dig up the receipt for it. Luckily I found it because the person who did the return tried to put $64 back on my card when I paid $86 for it. Both times Ive shopped here they have not had products I needed in stock and I will not be coming back again.
