A wonderful experience! Leslie (mattress expert) helped me pick out the perfect mattress. Leslie was professional, knowledgeable, and she has the patience of a saint! Choosing the right mattress is so important, and Leslie didn’t rush or pressure me. She let me take my time (and test each one many times), and she answered all of my questions. I also want to say that the store was kept very clean and sanitary, which I feel is very important in general, and especially while we’re still dealing with the pandemic. Thank you!

The person helping nurse gave us are different options of beds. He recommended was that he thought would be best for us. He gave us options for delivery would work with us. Took the time to go over the contract with us. Told us about the warranty and all the features of the bed. If I had to give it a reading it would be 10 out of 10.

1st and foremost, answering the phone with a smile is a way to tell others that you are there to help them and Rey did just that. From the beginning of my inquiry, he listened to my needs and guided me on what products would work. Honestly, shopping for beds is not easy with so many options. Due to COVID-19, its kind of hard to go in person but doing on line was not the best way because i ordered a product that was not good. I called Rey and he recommended i go in person so i did just that. The experience of laying on the bed and feeling for comfort was exactly what i needed. Even better, we got a REALLY good deal. I was desperate to find a queen sized mattress as the one I purchased and brought home from a different state was a different size and had to have a Queen size mattress put in within a couple of days. So I googled and found Mattress Firm close to my home and read a couple of good reviews about salesperson Nohemi. I called the number listed and ironically it was Nohemi on the phone and she was as advertised very pleasant, professional, and knew what I needed. The store was closing within the hour but she said she would wait for me and I was very happy and thankful to her after purchasing my new Queen size bed. Customer service is a big deal for me and Nohemi exceeded my expectations.

Mattress firm has probably the best mattress. Ray was dealing with us and he was awesome sales person and awesome human being.

The store in Alhambra was easy to locate on Commonwealth Avenue, has adequate parking, and is clean. Leslie, the sales person, was very helpful, knowledgeable about their products, and friendly. I would highly recommend this store.

Mattress Firm was so helpful in assisting my boyfriend in finding the perfect mattress for us! This is our first time mattress shopping and the associate Jose made it a smooth process. We had no knowledge of the type of mattress we wanted and he asked all the right questions to ensure we got one that met our needs. Jose definitely made a good impression on us, so much that any other mattress store we visited afterwards just couldn’t compare to the service we received with him. Walked in for a metal $60 bed frame — Walked out with an sweet and awesome Ease 3.0 Adjustable frame/base. My wife and I have never slept better! We love how the feet and head are adjustable. Whar a great experience We had today shopping for what I thought a new mattress to go with our old box spring. My girlfriend and I had no Idea how far the technology of beds had come. I used to think that your choices for a mattress were top or box spring and firm, medium or soft mattress.We gave Nohemi a brief description of what we were looking for. She led us around the showroom giving us a sample of all the beds we might be interested in . It all came down to two choices after waking up from a nap (we literally fell asleep) testing out a bed LOL.Needless to say we decided we’ve been missing a very important investment to our health.During the beginning of Nohemi’s presentation she mentioned feel free to take a nap to test it out, of which I thought yeah right like I’m gonna nap right in the showroom.We love our purchase and we think you will too!BTW don’t be surprised if you drift off too LOL.
