This Costco is always Always slow. Everything is slow. Everyone working here is slow. The staffs are chatting amongst themselves rather than helping customers. Lines are forever at the cashiers, return windows, memberships, exits, parking lots, gas stations… I came to get a new membership card and it took them 45 minutes to get that done. Some one cut the queue and when I asked the staff to take care of it, he told me to just wait. I’ve always known Costco as an efficient customer friendly place. This Alhambra location is anything but customer friendly. Manager, if you are seeing this… I hope you do something. If all Costco was like this, no one will ever shop here.

As always great experience.Amazing selection of merchandise great prices and great staff. What else can you ask for . We spend at least $1000 a month at costco and it is worth every penny. A retailer Icon. A superstar.

The worst Costco in the country. Too crowded. Too unorganized. Poorly managed. Chaotic scene. Parking is horrific. Long lines and long wait for everything. This Costco is located in the middle of a massive Chinatown of the Los Angeles suburbs (known to the locals as the New Chinatown).

For Just $60 club membership in a year, you unlock many discounts and bargains. From lowest gas,tires,electronics, appliances, hygiene products, alcohols, beverages, fresh meats, fruits vegetables and of course ready foods. I am a single busy professional and mostly go there for its quality ready foods at wholesale price and gas. I usually buy ready foods for my whole week so I have a peace of mind.

Mike in the tire install department was our angel today. I truly can not thank him and the rest of the guys there enough. They seriously helped us out in a pinch when we got a major tire blow out on the freeway headed back home and had over 300 more miles to drive!! Thanks again.

The restroom inside is being remodel. The restroom they have outside is very small, your just an inch away from others people using it. I hope they fix the inside restroom quick, this is not a safe environment.

Better variety than mpk location. But smaller gas station and parking can be difficult sometimes.

Very disappointing!!! Third Costco same outcome!!!! No longer sell stretch-tight plastic food wrap and many other items also not much price difference on some items target Walmart. Amazon is the best if you can wait!!! I spent approximately 6hours for the same outcome absolutely nothing!!!!

A bit hectic is NOT the way I would describe my experience there today. There were so many people in the store there is NO WAY you CAN KEEP 6 FEET DISTANCE. The shoppers are rude, and aggressive with their shopping carts. I was hit by three shopping carts and the lines would challenge local fire codes. I will not go back.

They have a self checkout so if you only have 2 or 3 items. it is faster. it is located at the far right of the cashiers. Dont forget to grab some dry squid it is delicious and dangerously addictive.

Not too crowded also very clean.

Ive always loved Costco. They have great deals on their items, and their employees are always really helpful and friendly. The only problem I have is something that occurs at all the Costcos Ive ever been and isnt specific to this one Costco. The issue is that they could use more employees helping customers find items, or they could use signs on the aisles listing the types of items that could be found there. Other than this, Costco is fantastic!

Great selection of items. There are a lot of selection for meat and seafood lovers. staff is definitely more helpful than staff at other Costcos. Consistent experience.

I havent found a time that this Costco isnt crowded. Generally have what Im looking for and thats great.

Costco Alhambra I Love it, I stopped by about 3:30 I parked with no problem. Found all that I went to buy an more, was in an out in no time at all. I walked right up to the self check out lane. Super convenient

I bought a pizza here on 10/15/21 at 20:07. I dont blame them to have the pizza ready for pickup at 20:38 (over 30 mins wait). At least you need to treat the customers nicely.I came to the window to pick up my pizza at 20:25. No one was at the window to serve. The cashier didnt have any customers in front, so I tried to ask her if my order is ready. She told me to talk to the man at the window. The man never came to the window to help customers. Then an old lady came and I helped her to check her order was placed at 19:47.. tried to talk to the man at the window to help for missing the call. He just stayed in the back without showing. The man at the window finally came to the window at 20:37 and gave the old lady pizza which has been placed at the ready for pickup shelf, and I just tried to ask if my pizza was ready too since he is there. Then he gave me attitude and asked me dont cut the line. What was going on with this kind of service!If you try to mess up with your customer, then dont expect we understand you for delivering the pizza late.

Omg! The pizza line the extreme wait, everyone was waiting forever! We saw people picking up large orders,,they didnt plan ahead, they werent ready for the walk up customers, no phone pick up to order ahead of time either,,tried effortlessly over and over, management needs an extreme organization make over. Crazy!!

Costco is one of my favorite places! But the Kirkland cotton t-shirts arent so great. Three t-shirts just ripped apart in the washing machine. I have about 10 other brand t-shirts that are much older and never had this problem.I didnt want to give a 1 star because everything else Costco sells is pretty good!Anyone else have this problem?

August 11th was my daughters 15th birthday & your staff went out of their way to make sure she had a beautiful cake!! Our special thanks to Marisol and other bakery workers. 3 days later the chocolate cake is still fresh & delicious!! 😋 😋🤩🎂🎂

Hello, I bought a mattress bed in this online store and ordered an extension of the card, I was charged about $ 1700, but 3 weeks passed and neither the bed nor the mattress were delivered to the card at the time. I have to figure out where my bed is where my card is and where my mattress is after 3 weeks, almost a month has passed, no one has called me on the phone and no one has notified me about where my things are and what is happening? I have very big questions to the delivery service and to the Costco store itself why I was charged money and why my goods have not yet been delivered even though a whole month has passed. Very poor service.

Returns.... I went in for returns and it was fast. The customer service employee was very helpful and patience. Sometimes it is packed but they do a good job moving quickly.

Best Whole Sale retailer in west cost, here you can find good quality products for great price, the food and medicine and supplements plus clothing and Electronics and Home appliances all under the same roof, i really recommend it

This is a pretty bad Costco in terms of crowds. I have almost never seen it not crowded. Parking can get difficult even though the parking lot is large. Ive often parked on the street. They also never pick up the phone, so you cant find out if they have something in stock before you make the trek out there. And good luck in the gas station line. Id avoid this location if you can get to a less crowded one.

One of the more well organized Costcos in LA County. For example I noticed they put all of their chips in one section. And then all their frozen plant based products were all in one place as well. I would go to this Costco again if I were in the area.

The Alhambra Costco has some cool things all the time. You can find a lot of Latino products and a lot of Asian products. The parking lot sucks and the gas station setup sucks. If you don’t have to buy a lot, it’s best to park in the Target parking lot and then walk down the stairs to the Costco.

The lines for gas are insane seriously and where are the big savings? I give 3 stars because still a good selection of things inside the store, but I got the card more for the gas than anything else, but is insane how ridiculous are the lines to access the gas station.

Convenient location with a gas station. Just dont have all the items offered at other stores like Hannah Hummus...

Decent selection of items. Overall a B- store, this store is often crowded and the staff is only semi helpful. My 2 favorite Costcos in S. California are the Lakewood Costco and the Marina Del Rey.

Good, diverse selection of food, drinks and alcohol plus all of the usual Costco items at all stores. The staff are friendly but the customers are formidable. Theyll run a cart through you like youre not there. A family has no problem taking up an entire isle then giving you an angry glare if you try to pass. Parking is more difficult than at any other location Ive been to.

Wow...Costco has self serve checkout no alcohol or cash and also not cr to use my EBT card for food only items then use regular ATM for other items.

This was the best place for a hot dog and soda and you didn’t need to be a member! But to my surprise I went to get a pizza and I needed to be a member must be something new! Luckily I had my brothers membership card in the car ! Still a great place for a hot dog and soda or maybe even a supreme pizza to go!

Most of the time gas station is crowded.Even the store is very crowded, Have to wait for a long time for my turn or reach there very early to avoid waiting in the long lines.

Crowded then most and parking is horrible. BUT also one of the most cleanest, organized, & more items. Its a love hate relationship 🙃

Great selection on everything except for the poor toilet paper

The inside of this Costco is basically a normal Costco, if laid out a little weird.. the parking lot is the real killer. Too small for the amount of people Costco draws, not to mention the rest of the businesses that share the lot. This makes people aggressive and in general terrible to park.

It smaller than most Costcos and thats what makes it great because you walk less and can find what you need quickly. Theres also a self check out section in case you dont wait in a long line.

After I got my costco card, I went around different costcos and I can say that this one is probably one of the better ones! As you know, costco is ALWAYS crowded. So you wanna go to the one that actually has space for the crowd, and this one has is. Similar floor plans as other ones, just bigger. They offer testers, and a variety off different things ranging from electronics to organic high quality food. Gas is cheaper than arco, plus youll get cash backs as well. And you can also grab a $1.50 hot dog meal with a fountain drink. Worth it!

I like that the gas station here has 3 gas pumps per lane. Much better compared to Azusa Costco

Love the place has all kinds of foods and good prices.the only bad thing its the struggle for parking .people go nuts trying to win a spot.

We bought bagels, chicken and they were spoiled.. all other Costco’s have really great variety. It shouldn’t sell spoiled stuff. Check your food here

I like Costco but the employees here always have a bad attitude. No customer service at all, starting from the entrance to when you are showing them your receipt at the exit. Wack

Great selection of home goods and food. Great for a quick stop or for a large purchase for your dry foods. Try the cheese or Cherry danishes on the bakery department. Don’t forget to have 1 case of waters in your vehicle, never know when you might need a bottle of water.

Costco is fine. It is too busy for me, not necessarily the people although this place is always busy...what I mean by busy is there is stuff all over the place. They make full use of every square foot of the store. I only go there about 2 or 3 times a year. So, overall I would have to say Costco is okay if you have the extra time on your hands.

Tire center here has free inflation pumps for your tires.

It’s neat going to different Costco’s. The product varies slightly from warehouse to warehouse. Parking can be hit or miss at this location, but you can always find parking in the back if you don’t mind walking a bit. The lines are organized and hand sanitizer is provided as you exit. They also have self-checkout kiosks; epic.

45 minute wait in line just to check in to my Tire Center appointment.Took an hour for optical just to get a screw for my glasses40 minute wait for a pizza I already placed an order for, and was ready for pickup.Phone lines are constantly busy, and gas station lines are a huge mess. You cannot park on the west side of the Costco parking lot because its all backed up from the gas station

Can always count on Costco food court for a quick bite. Enough variety for everyone in the family to choose from. The yogurt berry sundays are a great dessert option. Sadly since COVID only members can buy from the food court.

I bought some bagels. I didnt realize they were buy 1 one get 1 free. At the register no one said anything . When I got to the door to exit the guy who checks your reciept asked me where was the second bagel package. I said I only bought one. Thats when he said its buy 1 get 1 free. He said leave your basket here and go get your free bagels. So I did. Cool guy. He didnt have.to let me know. Great job informing the customer.

This costco is smaller compared to the one in Blalock, Houston TX. This my first day in Pasadena, just moved here from Houston. I went straight to the closest Costco. It was so crowded, this is not my favorite place. I will seek the one thats bigger. Crowded place is giving me headache. Lots of selections though for this size of warehouse.

I waited outside for assistance for about 20 minutes and it was after I had been standing in line for 25 minutes, they need better coordination. in the store very well.

They have good customer service, a variety of good products to choose from, a very pleasant atmosphere and shopping experience.

The store has a great selection and has people spraying carts clean throughout day. This impressed me. I will choose Costco over other stores because I believe they are making more efforts to keep the carts and store clean.

So, I really like the fact that you need to be a member in order to buy food in the food court. Thats why people like me buy the membership to not only shop, but, buy comfort fast food in the food court. Which is a good thing. The reason for the three stars is because, Rachel a worker in this Costco was seen trying to fight a customer. Rachel is very ghetto, and her behavior almost got her assulted by the customer. I dont think Rachel was ready for the reaction since Ive seen her before yelling at customers mostly Asians. Rachel needs to be fired.
