Drive thru can be tricky when crowded and youll have to wait through long line on Atlantic Blvd. That said, you can expect the great service you find at all locations. Interior is clean, as are restrooms, and the food is fresh just like every single location Ive ever been to, fries were hot too

If you’re not looking at what you’re biting then you might not be expecting it to taste better than it looks, but fortunately for in n out their recipe is still good. Anyways I’m a fan but the way they put their burgers together is sad, the burger ends up the same as all other fast food restaurants. Cheap, fast to make, and lacking in presentation by far.

It wasnt quite as In and Out as we were expecting, haha BUT we took our order to go about 10 minutes and the Double Double burger was still delicious 😋 The fries were nothing to write home about but again we didnt eat them hot and out the fryer. The burgers are the claim to fame so we werent mad about it. Try for sure!!

So no matter the length of the drive-through line its a 15 min wait from order to eating. Love the consistency. Fries extra well done if you didnt know.

The quality of the food isnt really much to write home about. I would suggest auditing management and those below him or her. It matters to take pride in your work. Not so long ago I asked for grilled onions and they actually had the audacity to add burnt onions on my burger. They say s*it rolls down hill...from management(up above) to those under him or her. From the number of great reviews that outnumber the bad ones on here my guess is that Im not arriving during the hours of greatness.

Long drive through on weekends. Faster in-dining, stick to the right turn lane from garfield ave. If new try ur order of fries 🍟 Animal style or google their underground menu 😋

The drive-thru line is always too long, its better to park the car and buy to-go from the counter. Staffs are nice.

There is always a line but relative to some other locations, the car lines are better organized and the staff is always courteous. Ordering was efficient and food was ready and tasted great as usual. We will definitely visit over and over to satisfy our burger cravings.

This location is always busy and brings back lots of memories of late night eats after sports games. Theres a large staff in the kitchen and even with the long drive thru lines, I find they move fast. Upon my most recent visit, Ive found touchless drink dispensers which is a great add! Burgers and fries are excellent as usual!

Arrived on a Friday, 10:45 am. Only 6 cars ahead of me in the drive thru but still had to wait 15 minutes. Worst part: burgers and fries were not even warm, and shake was melted. Ive had good experiences here in the past but was very disappointed with this last visit.

In n Out was our favorite spot. A tradition to begin the New year at In n Out. Now, Hamburgers were ok. They have been shrinking since 2016. Lost some of its flavor.

24 min inside wait after I ordered, there was only one person ahead of me, so I thought I made a good choice vs waiting in the line that was spilling out the driveway as usual. I will not that there were a few people at the tables that were waiting for their meals, however there were many more cars in drive-thru vs inside. As crazy as this sounds and appears, I wouldve gotten my food faster had I stayed in the drive-thru. They cater more to the drive-thru lines and were busting out those car and sending food to that window so quick it almost made me literally question why food is coming out so painfully slow for those inside. Anyway bad experience, decent food.

Best burgers under one roof. Cant beat the price, cant beat the taste. You can easily get a meal for under $10. Also, everything is freshly made right in front of you. Awesome business model!

The drive through gets long but it goes pretty fast. About 2 minutes per car. The Alhambra location is the best. The Burgers and fries always taste great her compared to some other locations.

Even with a large crowd of customers, I got my meal at a fairly quick manner and in great condition. The place was nice and clean and I would love to come back here again when I have time to. Highly recommended

Something is wrong with their shake machine or their process in make in milk shakes. Everytime I order a milk shake (the last 3 visits) i get sick (montezuma revenge). Im wondering if they actually clean their untincils or machine? I love In n Out but i will never order a shake ever again. Ive ordered shakes from other restaurants and i never get sick. Only In n Out? Too bad, their shakes are delicious but i dont trust their product anymore.

As Im sure many others have said, the burgers at In-N-Out are basically the best. Fries are meh, but try it with animal style. Worst part is obviously the lines and huge wait times, but its all worth it in the end, trust me. Prices are great especially compared to their competitors.

It was busy, I waitrd in the drive thru for about 20 minutes. The dine in was also crowded. Staff I interacted with were very nice and the food was great.

I’m typically not a burger person because I’m all about my fries and to my surprise In-N-Out had a fantastic burger... but to my disappointment they had a very poor selection of fries. I would expect better from such a well known establishment. Overall it was good they just have to level up on their fries 🍟 😂

As Usual, this In-N-Out Burgers are consistent in serving portions and tastes as any other locations. However, I am rating 4 stars due to blocking a large part of parking lot. The blocking causes some confusion where customers should be parking.

Was very unhappy last Wednesday night when my boyfriend and I picked up food from this location. We both got Double Doubles and fries. When we took our food home to eat I had ordered my burger protein style and it was wrapped in lettuce but the lettuce was wilted and didnt seem washed right. Our fries were horrible..it looked like they dunked them in oil for a few seconds then pulled them out and gave them to us, because they were so soggy and under cooked and all stuck together . We wont be going back to this location.

As former employee who helped open this store in1997... The quality today is just as textbook as the day we were trained! The sign of a perfectly constructed burger is in the smile... You can see each ingredient, ensuring the perfect balance of flavor when biting into this masterpiece. Yes there is almost always a wait... But for delicious consistency... Its worth it!

Like any other In-N-Out, this location is great and nearly always busy...packed in the drive-thru. The burgers are excellent and produce is fresh. The fries are a little salty in my opinion, but nevertheless, I still order them. An appealing aspect of the chain is the prices are more than fair for the quality received. This is a pretty good location and for the most part clean inside. Staff is friendly.

I like the food but the service is horrible it has bad service.. the new worker looks lost or something she doesnt even call out the numbers once the food is out waiting. She doesnt even know what she was doing some lady was lost calling out the food numbers. And they cook the food differently here not as usual as my other place that I go to. This in n out gives horrible burnt fries and to hard to bite on and the burger was cooked to hell...

I visit this unique restaurant from time to time because I absolutely adore the atmosphere that characterizes this place. The team is skilfull beyond reproach. The service is certainly fast. Most importantly, the food they provide is first-rate. I frequent often and am always pleased. The expense is honest. I suggest this place to all.

Love this this place after our appointments to see our daughters specialist we now always pass by and get some food for my family. Today we forgot our wallet we were so embarrassed but our cashier called the manager and he said take the food and come back and pay the tab. They did a solid job snaking the drive thru line around the parking lot so you arent in to the street like at some other locations.

Before I review this places I just have to say its been years since Ive been to in n out.. but,I decided to visit the location in Alhambra I placed a double double meal with Kalvin, I was looking at his menu that lies just below his tablet and I turned and just before I had a chance to whispered to my friend whats the name of all 3 ice cream combined? Mr Kalvin here, whips out the name! Its like he knew! All the staff here were amazing tonight on a chilly dark Sunday thanks everyone for making this in n out comforting. The food was fantastic! But I love service and this was by far the best. You all need a PIZZA party :D
