Be careful when you try to trade in your phone, they are liar.Thats not the first time I got the trouble with T-mobile. I used to trade in the phone online and ship my old phone to them. They will 100% tell you they never received the phone! Thats why I did in the store the second time of trade-in.I paid off the rest of the phone balance and traded in my old phone in-store. But they still charge my money every month for that phone. I went to the store and ask the manager, they changed the employee. The new manager is unfriendly and doesnt want to explain to me. Finally, they didnt admit they received my payment even I had the payment receipt. They quibbled that money its not applied to the pay-off of the phone balance, but they couldnt tell where the money goes.I have called them so many times to customer service, they never make any solution and sent me so many funny excuses to explains their mistakes.

I was informed there is no monthly charge for promotion tracker, but my monthly bill was jump up more than &20 for two months..The store manager attitude is horrible, he literally was yelling at me when I tried to clarify the over charge on my monthly bill. Never go to this store, the rep lies to you and unwilling to help you.. There is a big poster of “We love our customer”, behind the service counter, how sarcasm ! The whole month of tracker and incorrect billing situation wash out my 7 years experience with T-mobile!

This store is not it... workers dont even acknowledge you when you walk in. I went in to activate my phone and it took a while for them to even help me out. The manager Im sure it was, was just having a conversation with somebody else about nonsense. There was a young short women there but she literally was doing nothing. I was so confused if she was just a friend or if she was actually working. She wouldnt even answer the calls that were coming in and she finally helped me until the guy told her too...

This place is just another T-Mobile store... With all the access, and options you have online, theres no need to go into a store.... But the two dudes that helped me out... (Im sorry but Im bad with names) but those 2 dudes were awesome, very helpful, knowledgeable, informative, patient, and welcoming.... And that is something you cant find online.... Thanks allot guys, keep up the good work, its people like you that keeps a business always running. God Bless.

Store manager is not professional. Come out with a white T shirt. Lack of training to the employee. Employee never explain the charge on the invoice. Pushing you to purchase the phone accessory. NEVER GO BACK TO THE STORE AGAIN.

There seems to be a lack of understanding between this store and what T-Mobile offers their customers online. Wanted to get a $15 prepaid plan (as advertised online), was told to go to the store for a SIM card. Waited 30 min at store only to be told that they don’t have these prepaid plans.

Try to cancelled a tablet line and Esli (I think thats her name) told me I couldnt because I would have to pay my other tablet if I wanted to cancelled, it doesnt makes sense🤔. when people dont want to do their job is fine with me but dont make up things🤥, Not a good store to get things solved

I came in to this store today because I was interested in adding 2 Apple watches to my account. Sales rep Joey helped us out and was very patient. He helped us get the best deals and I ended up upgrading my phone as well. I appreciated his honest recommendations and left the store very satisfied. The other two sales reps there (I think one of them was the store manager) were also helpful. Great customer service & will be coming back.

I came into this store with a friend as he wanted to switch to a phone with more memory. I noticed there were a pair of beats headphones on the wall and I walk over to them. The jack is laying there for me to play my song off my phone and I try them on, I was like wow, they cancel a lot of outside noise. I play one song, two songs and then Joseph walks over and asks if there is anything he can help me with? I said no. He says then I cant have u playing with the demos with an attitude that made him queen and I was a peasant. I believe he acted like this because they knew I was not a T-Mobile customer. He couldve asked was I interested in some headphones, was there something he could show me or anything to that effect. If the headphones werent there for me to listen to, why are they out? Karla started throwing looks and I had to go outside before I said something that wouldve gotten me into trouble. U can tell at this store who thinks theyre the cool people and who is there for the customers because Clarissa was very helpful to my friend and helped him with everything involving the new phone. Based on my experiences with Joseph & Karla, I wont be back as a customer of T-Mobile if my life depended on it. Why would I give my money to people who arent the greatest at customer service and to a male who walks with an air of arrogance that rivals the queen of England herself.

I came here this past Saturday to help my Mom upgrade her phone. Joey and Andrea were hospitable and very personable. They addressed all of my Moms concerns and answered all of my questions. She was able to leave with a brand new phone and happy. I always make it a point to leave a review when people are doing a great job. It was nice to see these kids are on the right track service-wise!

So I just walked into this store and I am surprised this is a T-Mobile. As I walked in, the associate was not attentive. Partly because she was on her phone. I did get a less than enthusiastic hello. I decide to browse the store for a possible upgrade and to be honest, there was nothing to really browse. None of the new iPhones or watches were displayed. Other accessories were also missing from displays as well. Some of the Galaxy phones and LG phones were displayed, but other than that going in there was subpar. I been a T-Mobile customer for 13 years and this was the first time I walked into a store that didnt have the iPhones displayed. T-mobile, if you are reading this, send some help here really quick. This store needs it!

Contacted Michael by phone after (Joseph from Tmobile on Freemont ) told me that this was a corporate store. I called instead of making drive. He was so willing to listen and hear my frustration about being send to them. He answered my questions and was so helpful versus the other location. Michael was very professional, any future problems w my phone I will b going to this store forsure.

I called and informed them about my situation before i drove to the store, so i wouldnt be wasting both our time. Rep Told me sure we can help with that, when i arrived they could no longer help me with the situation. They could of easily just said sorry we cant help you with that, and i would of been okay, but knowingly making me drive and then turning me down was just a waste of time.

I got disappointed because of a girl who was working at store didn’t have right attitude and manners to talk to customer.She basically disrespected.I feel sorry for her. Today (11/5/2017) I went to this T-mobile store to switch iPhone 6s to iPhone 8. I was there from 2pm until 6pm ( the store closed at 6 pm on Sunday) . All my data from the old iPhone still not transferred to the new iPhone. I have been there for 4 hours and the new phone is just messy. Only 20% of the information in the old iPhone are transferred to the new iPhone .I have no choice but called the apple tech support by myself. And I have get it done in 10 mins. The staff in the store is very unprofessional and irresponsible. Dont go there. They are not worth it.

Dude this manager us a douche bag. Gave me attitute since I walked in. Talking receipt like I dont know how the procedure go. I was being calm and patient. And this guy time was all off. And then I was like screw it give me the tablet. He denied the sale instead. Talk about being emo. Worst customer support in history! Talk about having a bad day, this guy needs to chill out and work on his people skills!! No wonder its 3 stars! He denied a sale because he didnt get some D last night. My bad homie. Lets wait and see how you deal with it when you outsir3 of work homie.

Neither good nor bad like any company, the truth would be good to find a cell phone company that was good in their attention to claims but difficult, I spent paying more than a year for a tablet service and they only returned $ 20 when they charged me during two years almost $ 300
