Made a service appointment almost a week in advance. The guy told me to drop it off a few minutes before closing last Monday. I rode to the shop in rain and lightning to drop off my Harley, just to find that they had closed early, completely neglecting the fact that I had made an appointment 6 days prior. Had to ride another 20+ minutes in the lightning storm to make it back to my house. Never been more upset with a business. Highly unprofessional.

As of this week eagles nest cycle is my go-to place for parts and service.. last week I tried ordering parts from three or four different major Harley Davidson dealers and they couldnt seem to find my part I needed or if they did it was a wrong part so I went to eagles nest cycle they found the exact part that I needed and it was there the next day very happy customer.

Ive been to Eagles nest a couple of times. These guys Jerry and Richard really know their bikes. I could have easily take my bike to the HD dealer but I believe in supporting small business and these guys do really good work.

They always take care of my bike like it was their own. They are professional and respectful even with all the dumb questions I throw at them. The prices are more than fare and help keep my scoot on the road.

I definitely dont recommend eagles nest to anyone. The batteries they use are trash 3 out of the 5 were no good that I had replaced. The shop had to call me on at least one occasion to check and see if they tightened some bolts because they cant remember. Then I asked jerry the owner if he could lens me some money I was really in a bind and he wanted collateral so he suggested the paperwork for a 2007 American Iron Horse Texas Chopper. He lent me 100 dollars I told him just a loan. Ok he said. Next time if you need more cash i will lend you on the 2011 Harley Davidson Cvo. So I borrowed on that a total of 550. Things happened I went to jail when I got out I called him and asked for the rest of the money. He said you got what I gave you and hung up. A total of 550 dollars for 2 biked worth at least 30 thousand. Dont go to eagles nest on main St in Alhambra. He messaged me told me he is going to sue me for posting on yelp. The truth and yelp keeps taking down my posts for sharing my experience and opinion with eagles nest. I made a wrong decision to go there in the first place. Dont make the same mistake I did. Go to Laidlaws in Baldwin Park. They are more friendly and knowledgeable.In response to Jerrys comments I would like to contact you here. The two motorcycles that you bought from me a 2011 CVO Harley Davidson and a 2007 American Iron Horse Texas Chopper for 550.00. I would greatly appreciate it if you would pay me what you owe me. You know I was under the influence and really needed the cash so you saw the opportunity to to get 30.000 dollars worth of bikes for nothing. Jerry you know how to resolve this.i went to jail for a minor violation and when I got out I called you. Don Beachcomer is full of crap I know the whole real story, he did not want to come to pick up the car till he got a quote for repairing a bumper and depending how much it would cost would determine if he wanted to buy it or not, he did leave a deposit in form of a check, and he was told that checks are not expected and it will not be cashed but he would be givin a day to come back with the cash in full and he was also told that the car will stay up for sale, and if he does not come back by the next day car will be sold to the next person, the next day Don called and wanted Jerry to take the car to the body shop for him so it could get a quote to get it fixed and when it was done to pick it up for him from the body guy and then storage the car until Don was able to pick it up, Jerry said no and told him he is not responsible for making arrangements to do the repairs and storage it for him, then Don started complaining how he cant make it and cant get a ride and he asked if Jerry could pick him up in New Port beach, Jerry said he is not responsible for his transportation over here either, and Don was informed that if he did not pick up the car by the next day the car will be sold to the next person, Don was called several times the next day to see if he was on his was, Don keeped saying that he couldnt get anybody to give him a ride, which is not surprising he probably has no friends!, Don was then informed that the car will not be held forever and will be sold, Don then said that he would call uber to give him a ride and that he would be there by curtain time, Jerry told him that he wasnt there by that time car will be sold to next person, then Don was called 30 minutes prior to the deadline and Don said he was still waiting on his ride who was still 20-30 minutes away plus the hour or so it will take to get there, Jerry had givin this guy plenty of time to come pick up the car, the truth is the guy was stalling to see how much it would cost to repair the bumper and if it was too much, Don was not going to buy it, but he expected Jerry to take it to the repair shop and pick it up and store it for him till he finally decided to come pay for it and, that was not the deal, so he sold it to the next buyer, Don you are a poor excuse of a Man, first off Jerry was selling his personal car which has nothing to do with his business, but yet you want post a review on his business for selling his personal Car that he posted on Craigslist that has nothing to do with his business, plus he fully disclosed all the issues, and its all in the posting description, Don you are a lier and a horrible person, Get a life Don!!, What the hell does a man that sells his car on Craigslist has to do with his Motorcycle Repair Business, cause that same man your talking about Don, also donates toys to underprivileged kids every year for Christmas, donates and organizes many fund raisers for breast Cancer, lung cancer, as well as donate Easter baskets to the Childrens Hospital, and toys to the Boys and Girls Group Homes. you will get bad Karma Don for trying to slander a good guy and his business, for your personal vendetta cause you failed to come pick up the car and expected Jerry to wait on you to decide if you really wanted it or not, You should have came the very next day when the bank opened and go pick it up, truth is you were waiting to see if the repairs were too much, if they were you were just going to cancel the check and leave the guy hanging, you werent worried about him cashing it cause he told you he wasnt cause he dont take check he only accepts cash, he would only hold it till you brought the cash, plus you didnt loose any money he never cashed your check or keeped your deposit like you implied, he even sent you a video putting the check in the shredder.
