Like many people have mentioned the owner lady doesnt care about your business. Clearly had a DHL service sign on her door. Asked about dropping off a package and she waived me off. Asked her where I could drop off the package and said to look up DHL center. Why is she still in business.

The owners are very rude. The woman doesnt acknowledge you or even look at you, much less say hello or thank you. Only no receipt and prices for all the extra charges. U N Me Postal on Valley is much nicer, they give receipts and accept DHL FedEx etc. Ill stick to that store instead!

Been dropping off packages here for years and they were always promptly delivered. I never had any problems with the place. They accepted packages for pretty much anything including FedEx and UPS. If you dont have a box, they will package your item for a small fee. Once after dropping off a package, I realized that I forgot to include something inside. They were very understanding and gave me back the package so that I can include the missing item.

I went in today to take a package for ups pick up. No one greets. I asked where to drop off and female clerk pointed to a rack. I said I would like a receipt. She said, read the sign rather then telling me they don’t provide receipts. The sign is not eye level, you have to look up to see it. UPS should reconsider their drop off, it’s a joke. Someone can just walk out with your package. Do yourself a favor and go to the Alhambra location for UPS needs. I was acknowledged upon entry and greeted properly.

Many nice things but some electronic items may be defective or 2nd rate. Clothes are great, shoes & sandals are good but picked over quickly. U derwear, t shirts, socks picked over as well. Parking is good. Returns are hassel free w receipt.

This is the only box and ship place that I know of in Alhambra to ship out via UPS.Theres a woman there that is super rude. Like really lame rude... not sure if she owns the place but either way shes rude.

Worst ups store.It’s so cheap don’t even print out return receipt for client. I asked for they told me go somewhere else.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If theres 0 star I will give them 0. Do not buy anything at this store. They provide me the offer for 2 20*20*20 uline s-4201 boxes for 14 dollars (online price around 4 bucks). I have to buy them because I have to use them urgently. I tried ask about the price but they said thats the price. Never go to this place to buy anything. I repeat this once again.

Such a rip-off store that over charge the service. Please eliminate this place if you can.

Such nice people..always try hard to accommodate me..I am disabled and in the hospital a lot ..they are very understanding and never charged me a late fee when I cant get there to pay on time due to my hospitalizations..Thank you

I went there and they didnt wanted to take my package. The close at 6: 30 but they told me to come back Monday before 4. Its Friday around 5 PM. So am I suppose to carry my package in my car for 2 days??? Lucky I found out that office depot has a drop off station inside. Went there. Dropped my package and problem solved. How do this people stay in business???

This is based on my experience. The company charged us twice. I called the same day, they were completely clueless as to how to check if my account was charged twice. The person who charged us incorrectly indicated that there was an issue with their credit card system. Then the manager said, yes yes no problem I will give you the money back. The owner/manager did not know how to void the transaction or give a refund.We went back for the money back days later and the manager denied that they double charged and was unwilling to give back the money.He did not know how to verify the double charge once again on his end. In my opinion the business is not well managed and they are clueless in regards to operations.I had to go thru my bank to get refund because they were not helpful at all.

Was told by ups to take to any ups store was told box to big cause I needed help to bring package in. I just got hip surgery reason why I couldnt carry in they wouldnt help instead was told too big

I usually go to drop off shipments for packages being sent FedEx & UPS or when I need to buy their reasonably priced boxes.
