Just a showroom type store. Not much stock to select from. Pick up place it appears

Worse customer service ever. I have been in the wholesale retail business for 38 years. And keeping my customer happy was my number one priority. When I was there instead of you trying to help me with a solution to my problem. And you had already made very mad and asked me to leave your store. And suggested I go to another Sears store. And like I told you why should I have to go to another store. When I bought the weedeater at your store. So thats why I will never shop your store ever again cant believe how none professional you where for being an owner of a store.

They set you up with a never ending payment plan through why not lease it and your left paying more than the actually cost of the appliance. They explained I would be done paying after 5 months, it was all a lie. Set me up with a 2 year lease agreement and ended paying over 3 times more than what was the original buying price. Very disappointed.

Sears Hometown stores provide great personal service and are an asset to the community. Its locally owned and operated and offers a wide selection of products and services, including home appliances, sporting goods, tools and lawn & garden. Love Sears!

Small store doesnt carry everything we where looking for. Would have to order. But since we werent staying in the area decided to wait. Sales person did answer our questions and helpful.

This place is a joke. No one at this place knew when I even dropped of my item to be serviced. When I picked it up they did not give me all the pieces. I had to drive 35 miles to get there to drop my item off, and then back again to pick it up. Before I left my house to pick up my item I called to make sure they would have a working bathroom, because I took my children with me and it wasnt working when we went before. The boy answering the phone tells me he doesnt know if they will be closing for lunch that day. So I ask, if you close for lunch when will you be closing, and his response is not sure. Not so professional. I will be filing a complaint with Sears corp.
