Daniel and his wife are the absolute sweetest and helpful people that work in an auto shop! They were very thorough, great at communicating the issues with the vehicles, and were all together trustworthy wonderful people! I wouldn’t hesitate in leaving my vehicle with them to fix it because I know it’ll get done, and not overprice me.

They put a new engine that i supplied to them in my 08 Suburban. They did a hell of a good job. They also put a water pump and reservoir in my 2012 Toyota Prius . They did a great job on both vehicles. Ill go back when I need them again. Try then theyre seriously a good shop. Everyone there is really nice people.I recommend them for sure.. God Bless..

Ive used em for suspension lift installs, alignment, front end work, A/C work, electrical repair due to mice, state inspection, trailer light wiring, oil changes and all kinds of other miscellaneous things over the years. They have always been professional, helpful and reasonable on price. I would reccomend them for any service that the shop is willing to tankle.Great people & good service

Had my truck towed in due to major malfunction (not running) and now its running great. Needed high pressure oil pump, turbo wasnt right along with several other issues. Malfunction Junction did an outstanding job on my truck. I wasnt sure if it was my truck when I went to pick it up..... It was nicely washed and clean

Would highly recommend this place. Fast, friendly, and very efficient. I had both my younger daughters with me and they helped me get them out the car for a simple inspection. It was raining and the customer service I received was remarkable even had cartoons playing for my little ones.

They Worked on my ‘07 tundra and completed a large list of repairs and inspected it very quickly. Really good at what they do. They were also able to work on our VW Jetta. Hard to find certified VW mechanics in Jim Wells county.

I am a business owner from New Braunfels. I’d like to take a moment to recommend Malfunction Junction from Alice Texas. After heading to McAllen Texas in my F3500 Diesel, I came upon some very unexpected mechanical trouble just south of Alice Texas. To make a long story short, I simply googled diesel mechanic and chose to call Malfunction Junction. It was getting really close to 5pm on a Friday and I was almost certain there would be no one willing to take a look at my truck till Saturday or maybe even Monday. I called Malfunction Junction as I waited for a tow truck and spoke to the owner. Luckily he let me know he’d be happy to wait for the vehicle at his shop. When I arrived it was pretty much after 5pm but there he was waiting for my diesel along with a few of his mechanics. Rather than just set my vehicle aside and get to it on Monday, this gentleman immediately gave my vehicle personal time and attention and ultimately diagnosed the problem almost immediately and gave me a couple of options. Daniel (owner) is an incredibly knowledgeable and is very skilled in diesel mechanics. His shop was meticulously clean and professional. His staff was courteous, and it was obvious to me that he prides himself in customer satisfaction and service. I highly recommend Malfunction Junction To anyone with diesel mechanic issues. His prices are very reasonable, he is very skilled in diesel mechanics and his combination of skill, experience, and intuition make it apparent that he is highly skilled in what he does. Everyone at Malfunction Junction both working at the desk and with the vehicles are so amazing. They were patient with me during issues with my warranty and worked with me in order to get my vehicle fixed. Not only did they deliver my truck to my work place, they washed and vacuumed! It was like a whole new vehicle. I look forward to working with them again for regular maintenance on my truck!

Changed my brakes, did not resurface rotors. Had them rotate tires on my ram dually with the aluminum rims and they put the inside black steel rims in front and when asked why theyd do something so stupid, they acted like it was my fault and I had requested that. They charged me extra to do it the right way and in the process of dismounting the tires, they put deep gashes in my rims. Take your business elsewhere, unless you need an oil change, theyre ok at that.

Took my truck in for inspection. First off, dont appreciate them driving my truck like a bat out of hell. Second, you sure get your $7 worth of inspection. They crawl up every orifice, under dash, white glove the motor to find any leaks, under wheel wells... everything.

I love taking my vehicles to this shop. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this shop.
