A little over pricey as far as phone bills go but Monica at the Alice location is great! She explains everything to you and helps you understand it all. Shes really good at her pitch too.

Monica was the MOST HELPFUL and kind customer service representative I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a very long time. My issue took a great deal of time but she handled it with grace and effectiveness and because of that I didn’t mind the wait. Not only that, but she was able to multitask and handle several customers simultaneously. Had I been a waiting customer I know I would have been grateful! She deserves a raise and promotion! Exceptional customer service like this is why I switched to Verizon years ago and it’s what keeps me with Verizon even when there are issues!! Way to go Monica!! 👍🏼 keep it up!!

TOP NOTCH sales team. We have been with Verizon since 2012, lived in many places and tried many Verizon stores throughout the years. We were grandfathered into an old expensive plan and had refused to change the plan because we use a LOT of data. We were tired of paying high bills every month and had planned to switch over to AT&T. Giving it one last try, we walked into the store to check on the new unlimited plans and new phones. The manager, Sylvia, was very courteous and informative. She broke it down for us...explained the new phones (payment plans), the best plan for our family, and she saved us a ton of money. We decided to stay with Verizon. I cannot say enough about these ladies. We highly recommend this store. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff who will go the extra mile for you!!!

So Im the kind of person that feels customer service is priority one. I had come in looking for a charger for an out dated tablet. Monica the store manager went above and beyond to help me on this one and in the end was succsessful. Although this is a product not too difficult to locate, it was the time frame that was the issue. Needless to say she found and delivered said charger in record time. Thank you Monica. You really made my daughters Christmas this year.

Went to pay my bill and looked for a phone case, they had one for 27.00, I found the same case at Sherwin-Williams for 10.00.....was over priced, then they want to charge 3.00 to process a payment, cash or card....damn they just want every penny.
