I hadnt been in Walmart for over two years everything look good even the day after Halloween, Christmas is already up looked nice, but as always missing the cashiers at least 3 not one 🙃

That manager tarra was so rude. Asked for help and she kept on walking

The associate at the service desk and the in the o.t.c. area were extremely helpful, upbeat and knowledgeable.

Had to order my tire online, Alice was the only store to have 1... Checked the hours, says automotive closes at 7...hopped in the car, drove 35 minutes... pull up at 5:35 guy says theyre closing at 6 come back tomorrow.... great... now will see if they even have the tire... disappointed to say the least

Customer service is wonderful and this particular Walmart worker made my day by being so helpful and professional Id like to send a big thanks to ashlee Jackson a employee of Walmart works in the bakery Walmart has a great worker in miss Jackson and the other people who are professional to the job they are hired to do I give Walmart 5 stars just for the customer service.

I love Wal_Mart but Ive always have gone in the side door but this time I entered and a very rude employee asked me if I read the sign in the door. She stated it was only for employees. Sorry but dont treat me like Im stupid!!

Well when corporate society deem in eyes the cash shortage and make one utilize credit card machine only, they lose business as some people only deal cash and not believe in such Technologie. As far this store me rate sub par as from management or lack of. Associates are disrespekted by high horse Indian chiefs of management. Store good placement ? Sub par as merchandise place knowing it create spill hazard. Maintenance of store ? Well if they paid and treated then they might have quality people .... sad

Walmart is gross, vote with your wallet. I only went there because they had something HEB didn’t. They treat their employees like garbage and only have about 2 registers open. The place is a mess and their produce is awful. Until they take care of their employees, don’t support Walmart.

Theres not to many check out at registers for the customers now check and pay yourself and bag your purchases. Not like before service was better to me alot of elderly people like myself 65 years old.

I had to stop here to replace a tire, the guys said that the tire got ripped and they couldnt put the tire on due to the rim was bent. I asked them was it bent or did yall bend it. They said it was bent, NO IT WASNT. They suggested to take the tire and have someone put it. Didnt have a chance, thank God the guys at Robstown Housing of tires fixed it and got me on the road in 5 minutes.

It was good. Find what you need. Didnt have to wait long to check out.

Went to get test strips for my glucometer and they had plenty of my brand and a lot for different machines. Also got a rechargeable flashlight for $20 for my brother. Ive had mine for almost three years and its still working fine. Not bad for $20.

Great I found an electric cart. I wish they would get the other 8 working. Us Seniors really need them., because of our health. Other then that Im at Wal-Mart at least 3 time a week

As usual the personnel there no one around to help you and when they see you they turn around and walk the other way. or if you do accidentally corner one of them they act like youre bothering them.and of course the Alice store you only get half of what you went to get there because its just like a five and dime store. I dont know why I keep going there.

Alice Wal Mart was Great from help in the parking lot to finding items in the store very polite very willing to help handicap people get the things they need and to find them I highly recommend this Walmart to anybody even handicapped they help you out so much

Its Wal-Mart. Like any other store you walk into. This Wal-Mart though is a little warmer than comfortable and the workers seem like they are just there. Some are working and some you can tell cant wait to leave. I assume there are no incentives for them to want to stay and work. Its pretty simple to find what youre looking for and seems decently clean and organized.

I bought 3 notebooks for journal entries. 25 cents each!! Back to school. Online learning. I give it 5 stars -always good prices and good products. 2 thumbs up*

Pleasantly surprised to see their shelves are fully stocked. Employees are friendly and store was clean. I did buy a variety cake platter and was disappointed that it was extremely dry. I ended up throwing it all away. It was Sunday so they were pretty busy and unbelievably they didn’t have their self checkout open. Every register was stacked 5+ deep so it took at lease 30 min to checkout.

Store is very hot! Associates are not very friendly. Cant never find what youre looking for cause they take to long to re-order things.

I went to Walmart to get a haircut. The young lady did an excellent job and respectful.

Walmart in Alice Texas, gives the senior shoppers the feeling they dont care if we shop at Wal-Mart are NOT.Myself and my husband both need motor carts because of age and bad health, But every time we go there is twice the mobile cart are STILL broke down. If you ask employees at the door for help to get a mobile cart. They reply by a stir and O we have none.We go to Calallen Wal-Mart! We love it there and employees are alway glad to help.👵👴

Wm 791 never has handicap cart available. Last several times Ive been there end up having to leave n wait for my wife in the car. They several in the shopping cart bay but are all out of order.Walmart is not senior citizen friendly!!)

Very conveniently located pretty much have everything I need every time. Also always clean But need more cashiers and friendlier ones at that. I’ve had only 2 who actually greet you and smile. The rest act like they hate their life. To each their own but customer service is costumer service. If your not a people person you shouldn’t work dealing with people just saying. I know we have a bad day here and there but it’s every time I go

Its ok. They arent providing the wipes and sanitizer like they were before. Containers are empty. They no longer are spraying baskets down and sanitizing them.

Good place but as always not enough registers open and I refuse to take a job away from anyone and go to self check out and not get payed to do the checkers job if it ever comes down to all self check i will not step foot into Walmart again

We went to exchange a propane tank, we went to the the garden center and were told to go to the front registers ! We went to the front and they took the money and sent us back to the garden center and wait outside, we go wait outside, and the person that was supposed to do the exchange didnt have a key, he had to to look for the person who holds the key !!!!!! Something that should only take 5 minutes took almost 30 minutes . It was cold and raining....... The Alice Walmart in Alice is a horrible place to shop !
