Parts needed to repair tractors are still the same not available need to order but at least they say it will take 3 to 4 days to get thats better than weeks if the warehouse has them.

They need to get Stephanie Russell back In that office. Very disappointed in my recent purchase. I was told they had the back hole attachment in stock with all the parts so I bought it. 1month and 2 weeks later and I still don’t have it. Sales guy Mark never called or to let me know anything within the month. Bad sales service but great people. Then I asked for refund and the reply was you already signed a contract. Oh well. Not going back to that store unless Stephanie is I. The office.

They can fix anything.

Stopped in two weeks ago to purchase tractor, the deal was made, credit approved and they were going to get back with me?? I have tried calling several times but they are to busy to talk and will call back but they don’t. This would have been my second purchase from them in four years first time out was good this time it’s not been a good experience. I recommend end go somewhere else.

Good old fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stephanie our sales person was amazing. Everything from the price, the process and the purchase was beyond our expectations. Refreshing in this day and time to deal with real people who are hands on and just as passionate about their customer as they are their product!

Called 3 different times and never got a call back

I am very disappointed with the follow up and after sale service from Fuller Tractor. I received the RTV almost 6 months ago and have not received the title yet. I called in February and spoke to the sales woman and she told me that they had filled out the paperwork incorrectly, stating that I used Kubota Financing when infact I paid cash. I was told that it would be corrected immediately and should receive the title soon. I have called twice since and they just take my name an say that they will call me back. But they never do.
