The service department is going down hill fast. Guessing at whats wrong and not standing behind the things they fix. My shocks and struts were installed and my van still is not right, now a sensor is not working? Who broke it? It was working before I got there! The service manager was no help, I didnt get a refund and my van is still broken after spending over $700. STAY AWAY from this place if you actually want your car fixed!

Worst sales people I have yet to experience buying a car. I was trying to negotiate a lease and in less 24 they leased the vehicle to someone else! In that 24 hours they did not return any emails and waited till the end of the business day to return phone calls (and nothing could be accomplished at the end of business day) all we wanted was another $400 on our trade. I didnt think that was to unreasonable due to the fact that another GM / Buick dealership had offered that amount just one day earlier! Do yourself a favor and drive the few extra miles to Robinson and go to a dealership that is not going to treat you like this!

Horrible customer service went out to look at a car that they just got in it wasnt even ready I had to look at it in the service bay I was told by John after he went over my car for a trade in that he will call me the next day once he finds out when it would be ready cause I wanted it and told him I was very interested I didnt hear from him so I called the next day to find out someone came in and bought it the day he was suppose to call me to let me know if it was ready the other people bought it on the spot didnt have to think about it i told him he should of called me first because i wasnt given the option to buy it just yet because it wasnt ready it was still in the shop getting worked on or if I would of had the option I would of bought it he said to me well sorry I can call you if anything comes in no thank you I will not buy anything from them and I will let people know how their customer service is
