Thanks for all the help switching from Sprint to T-Mobile. Morgan was a great help and the rest of the staff as well. Nice to be able to walk into an actual location as opposed to a call center. Highly recommend them

The staff there are awesome!! They really do go above and beyond to help out customers. Some of the staff are new but they are doing a wonderful job. And Frank, the manager is absolutely wonderful at his job. Hes helpful and very knowledgeable about the products and what not. I wont go to any other T-mobile.

Kayla was outstanding, and very friendly and was the only one in the store due to the boss having a emergency. She handled everything like a pro setting up my new phone.

I have never experienced such awful customer service. Associates seem to know what they’re doing but lack the confidence I assume is missing from management. Management there is immature and disrespectful to their customers. Could not pay me to step foot in there again.
