It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The cashier was stressed because it was 5:55pm and clients were still coming in. She was screaming at everyone who was entering that they were closing soon. When I paid with a $20 dollars bill, she gave me the wrong change. When I told her I paid with a $20 dollars bill, she was rude and loudly argued that I gave her 20 dollars bill. She said I had to wait 20 minutes for her to check and prove she was right. I left my phone number and waited in the parking lot for about 45 minutes. She never called me back. It’s not about the $10.00 I lost, it’s about the most unprofessional attitude and experience I’ve ever had to endure. I will never come back but for those who still need to go, be sure to take a selfie with your money to avoid this horrible experience I had.

Ive been going to CVS for 5 years. The pharmacy clerks used to be friendly and helpful. I dont know what happened but this keeps happening, Im going somewhere else.

I personally dont do any business here anymore but I have family that does and when I pick up their prescriptions I am always surprised by how rude the employees are here. Disappointing to say the least.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. The ignorant pharmacy tech whom was in the medicine section said what?! When I said excuse me. Then I went to pay and I stood there and no one came to ring me out. I ended up just walking out.

Supposedly opens at 8 am. Works show up at 10 after. All I needed was a bandage for my sprained ankle. Should have been and in and out before work. Now I’m going to be late

I chose this pharmacy for coupons. The technicians were beyond rude and very judgemental 2 months in a row (my scripts get 2 refills) I was so embarrassed for no reason. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BANK INSIDE THAT STORE!! I highly recommend you go to any of the other pharmacies in the area.

They mess up my perscriptions, every single month. No matter what I do, who I call and talk to, I always end up with a lapse, going 2-3 days without my medications. Not to mention the times I have gone in and had them randomly fill a perscription that I havent taken in years. Mistakes happen I get it, but it is literally every month, and I have never seen an ounce of concern out of any of the staff that I am going days without medications. How do you even get into medicine if you dont see any issue with that? Just go to Rite Aid instead, its right down the street, and the store is much nicer.

My dr called in rx before noon it is now 300 pm and pills still not ready didnt kno it took 5 hours to get rx filled

I cannot speak for all of the employees, but the ones who work for the pharmacy have been some of the rudest individuals I have spoken to. Whoever answers their phones needs a class in etiquette and customer service. In just one instance, I spoke with them about a prescription that should have been cancelled and two different companies advised me that this cvs filled it. I advised the girl on the phone of this and she proceeded to yell at me “we do not have your prescription here.” Then tells me my order is on hold with them and if I wanted it to go to my new pharmacy, they would need to call CVS. She was of no help and was outright rude. This again, was just one instance of many. I would have hoped I wouldn’t have to deal with them since I have moved, but I haven’t been so lucky.

I only go that pharmacy cause I like the girl in pharmacy with the big rack. Lol

Medicine was promised at 2pm day of vacation which was later than wanted but whatever I have to wait. At 2:45 medicine wasnt ready was told it would be ready in 30 mins. Well 30 mins later its still not ready I was told maybe another 30 min so I guess Ill just sit in your parking lot for an hour thanks alot CVS the rudest pharmacy techs also

So my wife has a massive ear infection a dr called in a script to this location at around 1830 hrs so we called the store it was claimed to be filled we arrived at this location around 1745hrs my wife walked into this lication and her script wasnt touched they said their cut off time is 1700hrs then the male at this location told my wife her script may be done by next friday this is bs we will switch or scripts elsewere.Oh and by the way ever since their Pharmaceutical lead by the name of Marla left this location they are horrible

Absolute worst pharmacy! Pharmacist and some staff here are the absolute rudest pharmacy staff Ive ever encountered. Must be the culture at this location because been like this for years. Have went there many times because close to home but I will drive any distance just to avoid now. Opposite of accommodating. Wait times are always over an hour, and you get attitude and false information if ask any questions. I recommend medicine shop in Aliquippa, or the other location, just save yourself the stress from going here

Nice staff but poor customer service

LOVE the Aliquippa CVS on Broadhead Road. The pharmacy staff is beyond friendly and professional. Any issues Ive ever had (which have been minimal) have been resolved quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend this particular location for anyone needing great service and a well-stocked clean store.

The worst pharmacy workers I’ve ever experienced, they are a total joke and should all be drug tested immediately!

I remember why I never go to CVS. The pharmacists are extraordinarily rude and give terrible CUSTOMER service. At the end of the day, we are customers and deserve to be treated with respect. Being on hold for 15 minutes then calling back to be place on ANOTHER 10 minute hold is ridiculous. Just remember this... A white coat and a college degree dont make you a good person. At the end of the day youre still a drug dealer.

Worst place I was ever in. Very rude staff and man working at the front. This is the second time I was there and both times staff was rude and unprofessional. Go to the Hopewell CVS and be treated much better.

My doctor called a prescription in for me and it still isn’t ready two days now and they are stilling working on it
