Its an okay store. While they do have a little bit of everything, its not exactly a Walmart replacement. But honestly there isnt much you wont find in terms of essentials. Plus being located next to a giant eagle and a gas station pretty much makes it easy to get all you need within one trip.

The employees in the store were very helpful. The store has been remodeled, BEAUTIFUL! They also have a new wheelchair for the customers to use, awesome. The manager, Kerry was very kind and helpful on the phone. I will definitely be back to shop for more.

Not the same as I remember, course havent been there in years. It was more organized and cleaner.

Big Lots is a great store. But this one was a little under staffed. So customer service was a bit slow. But good products at good prices.

Manager is extremely rude woman. No respect. Place has really gone down hill will not be shopping here any longer. Sad.

This is the better of the two stores closest to me. Its bigger and seems more orderly than the other nearby store. I dont generally have a list when I go to Big Lots - we dont often get fliers from them, so dont know what new items they get in, or whats on sale. Because of this I generally stop at a big lots when I happen to be in the area and have time. I shopped there a lot more often when we received their fliers.... Still a good store for cheaper prices on goods. Ill continue to shop there as long as theyre available.

Today is 20% off for Rewards Members. Tomorrow it is 20% off for everyone. The store was not crowded. I needed a SD card for my scanner. All they had was the USB type. That would work fine for the computer but not the scanner.

They changed everything first they change their logo which is like a sleek black color now, and then when you go inside the place the furniture is the first thing you see which is probably good because they do sell good furniture, I think sometimes people dont make it all the way to the back of the store to see the furniture but its pretty nice, anyway they reconfigure the whole place and its very different but its good change is good

Used to be a great place to find the random items at a great discount but lately it has become more of a furniture store with home finishings.

They just remodel the store and have a great furniture department

It would have been such a productive visit if there was anyone around to answer a few simple questions. A main one involving inventory that was clearly for sale but without an actual price tag and further more not any identifier expressing an amount for which I kould purchase it for. I looked on the risers along the edges of the fixtures as well as below along the foot and yet I found nothing. The way the furniture section was set-up one kould assume that there would be an associate nearby to help remedy the situation.

Whats happening here? They chopped up the ailses. Hardly carry anything here. They used to have everything. Oh well. Still a cool store with neat items..priced right.

The remodel is really nice. Much nicer shopping and browsing.

Big Lots just doesnt have it consistently anymore, too much cheap house brand items, not enough quality buyouts. The store layout is quite impressive after the remodel. Emphasis now though is on furniture sales.

This is Desiree VanKirk on my old mans account. I did not appreciate last night march 14 2018 me my boyfriend and 3 kids was in the store perusing and i noticed we was followed around by a male employee and a female seemed to be near every isle we turned down .I am a white woman with 2 white kids and a bi racial child. So we are trying to shop and when i initially came into the store i had a bin with items i had just bought from the salvation army. I did not know the store policy so i asked could i leave my bin up front and they said we dont hold onto peoples things so i said ok and proceeded to shop and then my boyfriend whom is a black man walks ahead with my kids as i am looking around. Every other aisle we was followed. I totally understand loss prevention but this cuts the cake for me. The woman who rang us out a older woman nothing short of nice but for the male employee and woman who decided to follow us as if we didnt have money and wanted to make us feel like common criminals which i never myself ever been in trouble and my old man a few minor traffic tickets come on now. Maybe you shouldnt judge folks cause we are not walking around all fancy. Some of us live within our means so for this i will take my money elsewhere. This has been my favorite store since i was a kid i spent almost 150 bucks last night. But now i dont think i ever will patronize their brand ever again.
