First time we met Christopher I knew we would be taken care of professionally. He made my husband comfortable and explained everything that he was doing. I hope he stays for a long time.

We first met Kathy and Mary Ann in August of 2017 at the Miracle Ear office in Aliquippa. After an extensive professional hearing test administered by Mary Ann, Kathy ordered my inner ear hearing aids. We got to know Kathy and Mary Ann much better during several return trips to adjust my new hearing aids. Due to the occlusion effect I was not a good candidate for the inner ear models -- not everyone is. Not a problem. Kathy ordered a set of the external hearing aids. When they arrived, Mary Ann performed the initial the adjustments and they were much better. A couple more visits for fine tuning and my hearing was perfect. Throughout the experience Kathy and Mary Ann were professional, courteous, and friendly. So much so that we now consider them part of our extended family. We recommend that you go by for a hearing exam and maybe youll pick up two new friends as well (even if you dont need hearing aids). Thanks Kathy and Mary Ann. We love you guys.

Maryann and Kathy are wonderful!!! Maryann is patient, kind and funny and has gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping my Mom learn to use her hearing aids. Kathy is always a joy to talk to and knows her stuff!!! Love them girls. My mom and I consider our time at Miracle Ear to be a fun social outing----the snack table doesnt hurt either!!!

When I walk through the door and I see Kathy it’s like walking into a family or friend’s home. This is my second set of hearing aids and until I met Mary Ann I didn’t know how to operate my first pair. I love my new hearing aids, especially the Bluetooth! I love using the programs. As far as this office is concerned they are so friendly and professional.

I have worn hearing aids for probably 10 years now just got my new set and they are so amazing!! They new technology is so awesome I can hear TV again and on the phone!! The people at this shop are so wonderful they really care that you get the best service!! Love them and my new hearing aids!!!

I am writing this as a customer, and now friend. I went through a long length of time with hearing problems finally after finding this office, I met Kathy and Sara, they both are amazing. Friendly, and patient with me, while struggling to get started, they were with me till I got my hearing aids.
