I will never again eat at this Dairy Queen. I called in the morning and ordered a cake. I told them what time I was picking it up that night. I went to pick it up at the said time only to find the doors locked with the employees inside. They would not let me in to get my cake that I ordered. They said that they closed early. Even though my cake was done and sitting there, they refused to sell it to me. It didnt matter that I came when I said I would. They still refused. Good luck reselling a personalized cake jag offs.

Drove all the way there to get my son ice cream after winning a football game because it said on google that they were open till 10:00 but when we got there at 9:40 there was a sign in the drive thru saying. Theyre closed at 9:30! Now I am almost positive that we dont have any time to find another place that is open!

Would have liked to have given a good review, but have had good and bad experiences. Tonight I ordered chocolate ice cream in a cup and got vanilla. I ordered a animal cookie blizzard and a cotton candy blizzard and got cookie dough instead of cotton candy. Neither me nor my fiancé likes cookie dough really so he let me have his animal cookie. Its just a lot of money for ice-cream to not get what you asked for. 😞

My favorite DQ to stop by. Place is always super busy and still offers great service and ice cream (cakes too). Definitely recommend the new girl scout thin mint blizzard it is SO good!

I’m not sure what the issue is with the drive thru operation at this DQ. Every time you go through it takes FOREVER. I used to think it was people ordering off the wall items slowing it down but I started paying attention, they were handing out single cones and blizzards. If you haves load of time your golden, otherwise Brusters is right up the street.

Immaculate service area, ample frozen stock for quick pick ups like Buddy Bars, and coconut dairy treats (including DELICIOUS non-dairy items), all with folksy, prompt and polite service AND a dedicated, quick and accurate drive through service; I mean, youre getting a treat, no need to get out of the car here. Honor system mask wearing for CUSTOMERS; at last report, all staff continue to wear them, for now. Im not an owner, just someone who wants to see a great local business succeed. Would be a better review if it werent for 2 issues. The drive thru constantly has the main road blocked and near accidents, and some of the staff argues about making stuff as its said to be made on the website, i.e. using vanilla ice cream when there should be chocolate in a blizzard. Other than that, its pretty good, and relatively fast service.

Would have given 5* if there were chairs. 2 wonderful chocolate sundaes with fudge.

Went to the door both were locked drive through was only thing open..waited 20 minutes..wont go back until doors are open..not sure as to why no indoor ordering is not alowed..

Wanted ice cream to end our date night. After our movie we saw it closed at 10pm, it was 940. We rushed across town and made it 5 minutes before closing! However, the teen workers had already closed and were just chatting in the parking lot staring at us🙃 just wanted ice cream...

Ordered 2 hot fudge milkshakes but there was barely any hot fudge. Tasted like a vinilla shake. Very disappointing.

The line for the drive-thru often goes to the road which is just horrible it will eventually cause a crash probably. Also, I sat in line for about 20 minutes just to be told that they dont serve food, it was a complete waste of time and that was one of the stupidest things Ive ever heard. A Dairy Queen that doesnt serve food shouldnt exist.

This facility doesnt seem to offer very many of the menu items that several other locations would have, if youre looking for anything besides ice cream a hot dog or a cold chicken sandwich or you dont have an hour to wait you may want to go elsewhere

Not sure why the last 4 times that I have been to this Dairy Queen 10 maybe 15 minutes before closing & the lights are off & door is locked & drive through is closed. When closing isn’t for another 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Sweet little old lady working the drive-thru and the front counter herself. Fairly fast, very sweet, and by far the best made blizzards Ive had in a while.

Went there again a couple days after my first incident of having an employee’s ride block the drive through preventing my order ONLY to have 3 employees ignore that I was at the drive through. Terrible service not going again. Not worth the time or gas.

This is what they call a strawberry sundae no strawberries and very little syrup just a bunch of vanilla ice cream very disappointed

I was so excited to hear another one of these was opening, especially one not infested with roaches (hopefully!) However, I decided to go in tonight and it was packed, and the drive through had made as much of a circle around the building as they could. I probably arrived around 8:45 pm and waited in line for quite some time and did not get my blizzards and leave until almost 9:30 pm. Who I believe to be the manager had locked the doors with us inside because apparently they close at 9 pm ON A SATURDAY DURING SUMMER, I mean that just baffled me. And they still had people trying to come in and use the drive though as well, it would help if they even had their hours listed on-line. I ordered two small blizzards to-go and the manager(?) began making some of the orders to get us out of there because the staff worked at a snails pace, he handed me two almost melted blizzards that where spilling everywhere, and it was not just me that saw this as the people behind me even mentioned the horrible melted state of these FRESH blizzards. I asked for lids and he went and grabbed two soda lids and gently placed one on top and became frustrated, it wouldnt close over my overflowing blizzard so he said to me Do you want me to scrape all the top off? I was speechless. If I paid for the normal blizzard amount who in their right mind wants you to REMOVE SOME OF IT?? Over all I may give them one more chance down the line but I hope the experience is nothing like this one.

Visited the DQ in Gettysburg twice this week. Yesterday for our evening meal (cheeseburgers and fries for both of us) and again tonight. (The 2 for $4 again - cheeseburger and fries for hubby and a blizzard for me. Hubby finished the food and went back for a cone before I was done. Price is right and the ice cream really hit the spot on this 88-degree day... Cant ask for more than that!

Decent service, but they would not give you more than two napkins for some odd reason.

Its pretty decent. The staff can be a little rude. A little sloppy with the ice cream.

On my most recent visit I ordered a small reeses peanut butter cup blizzard. What I got was some vanilla ice cream with a couple tiny pieces of reeses!!!!!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! I wouldve paid extra to get the reeses put in the blizzard but I didnt think I needed to do that to get a reeses peanut butter cups in the blizzard!?

Drive thru is a bit slow but usually the people are friendly. The food is usually good & it’s faster if you only get ice cream!

Smaller DQ. Just serves ice cream. Hours change based on the season so double check before heading out.

I was there this evening employee Jack mad a orange juluis. I believe he just mixed orange juice and ice not including the powder scoop material in the past nor was it foaming at the top. He needs to be let go acts like he can care less and manager had to tell him to bag a customer which he should have offered.
