They have absolute horrible customer service in this establishment. I cant send boxes through the post office as the post office doesnt deliver to the person receiving them so I send them ups. The blonde always has an attitude and doesnt care which service you are asking for, she takes the money and does what she wants. She was on the phone for the first interaction and wasnt paying attention which is why she got me paying for the wrong services. Took boxes that I specifically said couldnt be sent through the post office and needed to be sent on a truck ups and sent them through the post office anyways to where they came back and her manager had to resend them out free of charge. Then for the second interaction while trying to explain what she did wrong the first time so we dont have a repeat of the first situation. She rudely denies having ever met me, claims the first situation never happened, then pushes all my boxes to the edge of the counter and says take them to the post office. Clearly showing no signs of intelligence. So off to a real ups store to send boxes out where I can get real customer service. I highly suggest avoiding this place to do any shipping out of as they have no sense or manners and it will be a waste of time and money.

I want to say hes the owner Im not sure but he is awesome. Brought a package that had been super damaged by the shipping handlers and he went above and beyond to help me try to make things right. Even gave me time to go home and get the payment. Love this store!Perfect place to ship anything your heart desires. Legally to those whom might take this comment the wrong way😝

I love how close and convenient Pack N Ship is for my husband and I. We dont always have to send out a package, but when we do I like knowing a quick 3 minute drive puts me at the front door with personable people that are quick and efficient at what they do. We dont have a printer anymore so its convenient that I can send them an email with what I need printed and be out the door in less than 5 minutes (it does cost a dollar for a label to be printed though; more if you are printing multiple pages). All in all I recommend them for your shipping or printing needs.

Like the convenience of having it so close and the service is usually great. This morning, though, not so good. Drove there at 9 as site said it was open. It was closed. The closed sign showed back at 10 and the typewritten sign said open at 2.....hmm. when do I go back????

We use this facility at least twice a month. Love the owner and the young lady as well. Very friendly,courteous,& helpful.!! Nice addition to our area!! Thx👍

Was here to have a package done, girl was clueless how to pack them. My husband and I did most of the lifting and taping and they charged me way to much for labor then the package reached the destination in a shambles... dont think I will use them again ...sorry!
