After trying four or five mechanics in south Orange County I will only take my car here! George is awesome. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. There’s always a Karen that can find a problem. He has consistently treated both our cars very well for five years. I recommend him to everyone that needs a mechanic. He is very clear about what your car needs and what can be delayed if cost is an issue. Take your car here

I took my car to Nissan and it took them over a week and over 1K conclude they couldn’t locate the problem that George detected in 20 min for a quarter of the pay. As a young woman, I appreciate how seriously they took me. No deceit, just a job well done! George even gave me very sound advice for my next car purchase.

George is great! He will treat you right. He fixes what needs to be fixed at fair prices. Its like having a relative in the business. I completely trust him! Thats so important in car repair. He shows me whats wrong and explains it in detail. Hell also tell me if it is a repair that is needed immediately or can wait a bit.

Unless you are a single mother trying to make ends meet, I suppose that he could be straight. But when you come in for a simple oil change and you walk out with new rotors and breaks for your Mercedes which by the way werent made by Mercedes but by some Chinese manufacturer and you are charged $700,,, oh yea, throw in the oil change for free! REALLY???!!! You call that fair? The break pads were noisy from day one. When I went to a REAL REPUTABLE mechanic- Antonio Romero- my trustworthy mechanic said that he didnt want to rip me off because I still had at least 50% of my pads left. The reason for the noise coming from my pads was due to the fact that they werent OEM. When I came back to see why George had installed aftermarket breaks, he was adamant that I requested the cheapest! I did not! He also went off on a tangent about my so called husband beating me up, right in the presence of another customer waiting for his car in his waiting area. Not only is George unprofessional, he is a thief with no conscience who preys on those who are down.. might as well kick them to finish off the job. GREAT JOB GEORGE! Single mothers, men, everyone who thinks that you are getting a fair deal, get a second opinion.

My Dad and I have been coming to George at B&M for over 10 years. We have yet to have a bad experience. He is always direct, helpful and honest. I have gotten to know George and his guys over the years and have come to trust them 100%!

George has been my go-to guy for the last 10 years. He and has crew have been able to find and fix problems, on the first visit, that no other mechanic had previously been able to fix across multiple and sometimes costly visits -- and Georges guys were able to do it at a way better price. Once, my car had a major issue happen out in Yuma, AZ -- I saved more money by renting a UHaul + tow dolly and driving it 200mi back to George than using anyone else in that area. He and his men have a lot of ASE certs.There is only one time I can remember during that whole 10 years when he and his guys messed up -- but they made up for it in the end. I paid around $600 to replace this part-in-disarray on my previous car that seemed (at first glance, at least) to be the culprit in this serious issue I had. Turns out, though, that wasnt the culprit as I was still having that same serious issue right afterwards. I took the car back, and when George came back up to the front desk after he and his men looked again at the car, he actually ordered me to yell at him for screwing me over -- and he wouldnt let up until I did, so I did. Turns out it was some ~$50-or-so part that was the real culprit. And sure enough, that fixed the problem. And that was, in the end, the only part+work I was charged for despite the fact that the previous part could not be returned/sent back to the vendor. That is to say, George ended up eating the cost of that other work+part that remains installed on my last car. The one time in 10 years he made a mistake, and he owns up to it. I would recommend George to anyone.

Do Not take your car here, they will rip you off. I took my car in for service last month for routine maintenance and George later called me with a quote for over 3k. I didnt pay him a penny, took my business next door, they said the car needed nothing but an oil change and and air filter.There are several other repair shops just next door, this should be the very last one you ever do business with. They will try to sell you on thousands of dollars of repairs you dont need and claim to know it all when the owner actually doesnt know much at all when it comes to imports. The other mechanics next door will all tell you the same thing, do not trust B&M in Alsio Viejo. I encourage you simply ask his neighbors, he has a horrible reputation for quality of work and price gouging.Dont do business with B & M repair Aliso Viejo
