My townhouse came with a sun-baked slab covered in red pavers. I wanted a patio cover similar to my neighbors, built on the existing slab. The HOA had hired Factory Direct Patio Covers to redo the old wooden covers over our dumpster areas. I liked the materials and workmanship so I reached out to Troy. Over the next month, I worked closely with his project manager, George, to give him measurements and details about what I wanted built. We worked out the entire design via email (I have a tech background and have worked directly with contractors before). George developed a full set of engineering drawings and specs needed to complete the permit process with the city. The result is exactly as I envisioned it. The crew completed the job in a single day and Im completely satisfied with with the work. As is the city, it passed final inspection without problems. Ive received so many compliments on the cover and its great to finally have this space usable for BBQs and gatherings with friends. Factory Direct Patio Covers has my unqualified recommendation - throughout the process their communications were excellent, their pricing reasonable, and they responded to every request for features and changes. If you want an Alumawood cover, look no further for a contractor.

The purchase and installation experience was Very Good. I would have said the experience was Great, if they had contacted me a couple of times to just let know they were still awaiting the product. Due to Covid, there was a long wait for the material to be made for my project and they had warned me it could take a couple of months. However when it ran past the third month with no contact, I was beginning to worry that they have forgotten me. Other than that one small thing, I feel the product expertise of the salesman, the quality of the product and the price were far superior to the other companies that quoted the project. Also my project needed some special attention to my peculiar situation and the installers were particularly helpful in making it happen to my satisfaction!

I had my dry rot wooden patio cover replaced by Factory Direct Patio Covers. Every aspect of the job was highly professional and priced reasonably. Even the demo crew that he hired to remove my wooden patio cover was thorough and cleaned up every last nail and debris.I am loving my dark brown lattice patio cover. They are easy to work with, experienced and best is they do what they say and say what they do.

Troy showed up for the initial evaluation and sales meeting and he had a lot of insights and pointers that told me hed been doing this for a very long time and had high standards when it came to his products and installation. We were not disappointed. This was also a fairly complex project - in order for the install to occur, we first had to demo the old existing structure, take out existing rain gutters, and reroute / re-do all the backyard raingutters. Troy coordinated and hooked us up with very reasonable and easy to work with demo crews and rain gutter installers before we got started with the install of the patio. There were a few times where communication came to a stand still due to a medical emergency, but Troy was clearly very passionate about making sure the install proceeded as quickly as possible and by our desired deadline, and everything ended up working out. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous, reasonably priced, and was completed in an astonishingly short amount of time, especially given all the prep work that was needed to make it happen.

Factory Direct Patio Covers installed our Allumawood patio cover in October, 2019. We are very happy with the entire process, from George who measured and helped us decide what we wanted, the scheduling, the installation crew. The crew was here on time, worked very efficiently, professionally, cleaned up and left us with our beautiful cover. Factory a Direct definitely has our recommendation.
