I was a huge fan of Integrity Tires and appreciated their business very much. In February I purchased new tires from them and added the protection plan as they recommended. On Saturday night I drove over a chain on the freeway and blew a tire. I took my car in to get fixed where they informed me that Integrity Tire is now this company and my protection plan won’t work anymore. They could have kept me as a client and offered me a great deal, but they were rude and charged me more than I paid for my tires in the first place. After 10 years of loyalty I will not be returning here at all.

I had bought a full synthetic oil change on Groupon with a tire rotation. I was told that I needed brakes and rotors on my Mercedes SUV and at minimum rotors on the back and brakes all the way around. The brake sensor light was not on when I arrived, but when I drove away, it was on.I chose to make an appointment with my Mercedes mechanic. Not only did I not need rotors (very expensive), I didn’t even need brakes! Still had 50% on the front!The Mercedes mechanic showed me that the sensor had been tampered with!Buyer Beware!!! I highly recommend not using this establishment.

When we realized we were two hours away from home and about to have our brand new tire be out of air and no longer usable. Big O tires turned us away, said they were too busy to help. Big o tires did us a solid referring us to good year integrity tire in Aliso Viejo. We pulled up and explained our situation. “Alex” helped us immediately. He was about to leave and be on his way home and he still stopped and helped us. Integrity so definitely what this place was all about. They helped us replace a stem and put air in all of our tires. This guy was such a life saver. Thank you so much Alex. My husband and I are soooooo grateful and thankful 😭 A+++/10 out of 10/ highly recommend 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

I came in on a Saturday morning with a nail in my tire. The were extremely welcoming and fast to check it out and determine that the tire did not need to be replaced but could just be patched. They gave me a great price Ans had me in and out in no time! I would highly recommend going to them for any repair needs!

Extremely dishonest and will be submitting a report to the BBB this afternoon due to unethical practices. We brought my car in for an inspection 3 months ago - the gentleman was unable to complete the necessary work in a single day and told us to take our car and bring it back the next day. We showed up the next day and twice a week after that - the gentleman had either quit or they told us he was unavailable. We spoke to the people at the front desk, who explained that a manager would have to approve our refund. We called, visited in person, explained that no manager was ever responding to us and always seemed to be missing...Today my husband went in (again, 3 months later) and was informed that the company is now owned by someone else even though the original workers were retained and recognized him. We have lost a significant amount of money. Please avoid. Very shady and dishonest.

We so appreciate the excellent service we received today! We had a completely flat tire today and arrived minutes before they were ready to close on a holiday. The manager Roy, worked with Jesus to repair our tire quickly for us. We can’t thank them enough for going out of their way to keep us on the road! Definitely recommend this service center for their outstanding customer service!

I had just had my front & rear brake pads replaced on my car using another competing business and noticed my frontend shook when braking. I needed my car early this morning and chose Integrity Tire, because they opened up the earliest. They did a front end allignment, checked tire balancing, and rotated my tires. The manager showed me that my rear rotors had not been replaced, as was told to me by the other business. He was willing to do the work, but i needed my car asap. When I tried to pay my bill, the manager refused to take my credit card and told me to get out of here, not allowing me to pay for services rendered. I now know why Integrity Tire chose their name. They have my business for life. They were professional, knowledgable, friendly, and full of heart (knowing a competing business had taken my money and not provided the services promised. Thank God there are still businesses out there that have Integrity.

Took car in for a flat repair. Said they couldn’t find anything so they replaced the valve stem. Next day tire was low pressure again. Took car back in 13 days later and they found a pretty obvious leak in the side wall, not sure how it was missed the first time. Refused to refund for the improper repair from the first visit, only stayed because they had good prices on tires.Overall got a slight deal but cost more time than necessary.

This place is amazing! Ive never been to another car service that has as much respect and patience with their customers. These guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. They let me know what theyre going to service me with and the options that I have. This is my go-to place now.

I got an oil change and wheel alignment. I want to give special credit to Marissa who was my service specialist. She is wonderful! She really goes the extra distance to provide superior customer service. She made sure to go over my inspection and discuss any issues I should be monitoring. I have dealt with dozens of auto service stores and The extra service Marissa provides makes me a loyal customer.

1 week after my oil change found oil all over my drive way.After taking it to the shop found they over tightened the plug and cracked the seal.Also after opening the hood, found they left 2 papers under the hood and only clipped on half of the air filter.Not only did I Have to pay to fix the oil plug, I had to buy more oil and skid cover as it was soaked in oil.Integrity my A$$When I went to pay, the tried to sell me on a battery, saying it only has 5% life left.Umm… batteries don’t work that way, there not cell phones.Read more reviews about this place. Bad bad experience, took my GF car for engine chick and after 3 hours they called me to take my car ND bring it next day because they are closing and they couldnt finish the engine check to know whats wrong but still insist to pay for them ... and they never finished their job and when I was asking for refund they kept asking me if I can comeback next week to get management approval and so it took months and now they are telling me the company changed and all of this belongs to the old company which is not their business anymore !!??? Everything is shady and not right .... dont ever go there and waste your time and money

It is advertised as a Goodyear tire...they do anything they can to avoid looking at a flat tire. Twice now I have come in with flat tires. They insist nothing is wrong because I fill the tire at home to drive it in. I have to insist the tire is flat and I have filled it only to leak ver and over. The first time they reluctantly agreed to put it up and look at it. To find a nail in the tire. Then call and claim I need new breaks. They are super pushy about that, insisting what a great deal they were giving. Took it to our mechanic and he said nothing is wrong with the brakes.Second time they refused to properly inspect flat tire here today, we drove to the other tire place in the center, who was super friendly and actually wanted to help.Don’t go here.

I came here trying to get the groupon deal $59 for a 4 wheel alignment and groupon was not working properly but they were still cool and said theyd honor that price. They looked at my van and later told me an alignment wouldnt work because I need a host of other front end work. The guy at the desk (Arturo) seemed very honest and even was kind enough to walk me to the bay and show me 1st hand what was needed. Many shops just give you the work even if its not right or wont go extra mile like they did here. This place seems to have honest guys doing honest work. 🤔...seems they are living up to their integrity name. Thank you Arturo and Integrity tire for treating me right. Id advise anyone to go here.

The furthest thing from “integrity”; should change their name. Their workers here are nothing other than rude, unhelpful and ultimately lazy. I would never give this automotive place my business. Especially when there is so many more willing and helpful places in the area.

They always give great service at a fair price. Tony and crew are great. They have maintained my fleet and personal vehicles and I have not had any issues.

If you dont want to deal with mechanical problems after a basic oil change, Do not go there. I had to take my car back to the dealer multiple times to fix the OIL LEAK issue after Integrity Tire failures.If you love your car and dont want to deal with bonus issues, stay away from this FAILURE shop! Some one literally sabotaged my poor car...

I bought a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change. About three weeks after the oil change my car completely stalled and I needed to be towed home. It turns out that they drained the oil from my car and never put in clean oil. They also didnt replace the caps on my tires after checking the pressure. And they were annoyingly persistent in trying to up sell me. Overall I really dont recommend this store.

I am not sure what I was expecting for a $49 synthetic oil change. I dont think that even covers the oil. I brought my car here and so did my girlfriend. In both cases they tried to upsell over $500 worth of work. It is possible that the work needed to be done. The thing they showed me that a coolant line was slightly leaking looked like a 2 minute job with some liquid sealant. It is not worth the $60 you save for the lack of peace of mind. If you have someone you trust that you already go to that charges $120 or so I would highly suggest not switching. I wish I would have gone to my normal place and paid more.EDIT: I want to give a 1 star review: Just realized I now have a new servicing light on in my car. I bought it in with 700 miles till oil change light and now it has a 190 miles to servicing. I got my car back in worse shape than I brought it in. Do not go here under any circumstances. Ruining at least two days and going to cost me an extra $100 just to get it looked at. Who knows what they did.

Had a flat tire on my Ram 1500. Walked in without an appointment on a Sunday morning and they changed my tire and added some washer fluid within 45 minutes. Nice little sitting area with the game on a flat screen, to hang out while you wait for them. Great service and very happy with my experience.Anything else comes up, I’ll be back!!

These clowns run a pretty good scam. Using groupon which only saves you $10 anyway, and then they mess your car up on purpose so next time you have to spend more money. They literally broke my oil Pan and then said yeah I dont know how that happened. And then the manager sat there and lied to me point blank 5 times. I caught him in 5 lies and he just sat there like a bootlicker saying ok, ok, ok.These people will purposely damage your vehicle, and then turn around and smile like theyre your best friend offering to fix it. Go go out of business soon because clearly the reviews all say the same thing that theyre just a bunch of money hungry thieves.Youve been warned, dont do it.

My daughter took her car in to have the brakes inspected. These guys quoted her $633. When I told her over the phone that was ridiculous they suddenly decided they could do it for $400. I cannot vouch one way or the other for the quality of their work, but I highly recommend anyone considering them get competitive quotes to keep them honest on price. Disturbs me they would attempt to take advantage of a young woman. Be cautious.

Warning took the car in for an oil change they left the oil cap off engine bay is saturated with oil. Took it back they did an oil change they only clean the top off. I later find out from my brake mechanic that they didnt clean any of the bottom off had to pay an extra hundred bucks to get it pressure washed.

Fixed my flat tire in 25 minutes without appointment yesterday. They didnt try and sell me an expensive new tire for my tundra when I thought it would be necessary. Great job guys. Keep up the good work! I highly recommend them.

I took my car here for an oil change and they discovered $1800 worth of work that needed to be done. This included a timing belt that was cracked, rear struts that were leaking and front struts that needed replacing.. I took my car to another auto mechanic and he said my car doesnt have a timing belt - it has a timing chain and it is not cracked. My rear struts were not leaking and the front struts seemed to be in good shape. So $1800 worth of repairs that I didnt need to have completed on my car. Its kind of sad that they tried to take advantage of me like that and I am very glad that I trusted my intuition and did not approve the work.

The service was done as promised and they answered all my questions, Leonard and the rest of staff were very professional and had great attitude.I will be back for sure.

I called this shop at the last minute when I got a flat tire before Christmas/ New Years weekend. It was 5 and the shop closed at 6. They didn’t hesitate to have me come in to get it fixed. I had little to no wait time and they did a great job. Reasonable prices for services as well. Had the best experience during the launch of the spaceX rocket ship. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get good service for reasonable prices. Not to mention I live one street away.

Went in for a rotate and a balance, fine. Fast forward a week later and I got a nail, asked for a plug and a patch. Somehow then it was reported that my tires are wearing unevenly and needs an alignment. Thus leading me to question if my requested rotate and balance was done. Could have used a heads up when I went for the rotate and a balance and I probably would have bought tires that day.

I would recommend this trusted tire and service to anyone. They do great work, are very friendly and honest. Tona is the one who rang me up and was very knowledgeable and friendly, he gave me updates and had my car done super quick. They even topped off my empty window wash fluid and I didnt even ask. I will be returning here for all my car maintenance and repair needs!

They offered great service for my wheel alignment and balancing my tires, but my only problem was their mechanic left grease on my inside door handle and on my seat cover. You should never allow this to happen to anybody’s car and the management needs to be aware of the mechanics washing their hands and wearing gloves when handling a customers car. That’s the only reason I did not give a five star rating...

I discovered Trusted Tire soon after it opened and found Chris and his staff to be fair, honest and very knowledgeable. That was a year or two ago - since then Ive brought all my vehicles there and have had nothing but great experiences each time. From my classic Vette to my Bentley - Navigator to Mustang GT this place is 5 star service with World Class Customer Service. Highly recommended to say the least.

Car services are a dreaded chore for me since I’m never really sure what services are essentially needed. When I find a person who is helpful and honest they have me as a customer for life. Stay away. Especially if youre a female. My wife took our SUV in for an EVAP leak code so we can pass smog. She called and made an appointment. She gets there and they say 1 to 2 hours done. 4 hours later they get to her SUV and tell her its a $330 part and with labor $660. She calls me and I spoke to the thief and told him no way, the smog test only place said it must be a hose or the charcoal canister should cost you $150 anywhere. I decline their service and pay them $60 for trying to jack me. On line I buy the charcoal canister for $80 (the part they said $330) and You Tube shows me how to replace in 30 minutes. NO TOOLS needed. I did it myself and passed smog. Should be illigal to charge $600 for 30 minutes of work...

I stopped by today, Sunday, at 2pm to have a nail removed and a tire repaired. The manager asked me for my key and moved the car into the auto bay. I asked him how long it would take and the cost. He said a few minutes and it was complimentary to the community. I asked him again how much, not believing my ears. There was no charge and my car tire was patched and complete in 15 minutes. They just won my business for life! Ron Kapur, manager, could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this business and their fabulous service.

This place is the worst. I came in last week to have my car looked at for a check engine error and they charged me over $400.00 to replace an O2 sensor and some wires. The check engine light was still in a week later and when I brought it in to get it looked at they said they would take a look and give me a call. This was Saturday. Its Sunday evening and they closed without a word. Now I have to figure out how I am going to get to work tomorrow.

Two hours for an oil change with an appointment. Had another guy with no appointment come after me and leave before me. Should have spent the extra money for better service.

I purchased some tires online and TT&S was one of the installers in their network that was close to my location. The tires were delivered to them and I made an appointment for installation the next day. I was greeted in the parking lot by Ron, who immediately began the process. Besides the installation, I requested an alignment which is done on premises. I have been to other places that do not offer alignment. I also requested a brake inspection as I suspected my rears were in need of replacement. Upon inspection it turned out my rears were fine, but my fronts were worn. I received an estimate to replace my pads and added this service along with the tires and alignment. I did not have a ride, so I waited in the reception area. It was very nice, with a TV, WIFI and a choice of coffees and other refreshments. I was able to get some work done on my tablet. It took about two hours and I was gone. Many people came in while I was waiting and the owner knew most of them. This was a nice family owned business with great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thanks to the staff. I will return.

By far worst oil change experience of my life!Called 10am on 8/28 and was told they are busy till noon to come after by Sepehr, I arranged babysitter and arrived at 1pm. At counter I waited in front of Tona Martinez and for literally 5mins he was typing looking at screen never acknowledging me 2feet from his face, finally I told him I needed oil change and have my own oil and waited more, responded saying there’s 3 cars ahead of and it’ll be 2hrs. Told him about my call to Sepehr, didn’t care, said I can make an appointment for tomorrow 11am. With much reluctance I did, arranged for sitter again and arrived at 10:45 next day on 8/29, waited for Tona to come in office for about 6-7mins on arrival he didn’t acknowledge what happened yesterday at all, after getting details of my car he raised the price by more than double the quote from yesterday. I was furious at this point, asked for Sepehr was told he’s off today, requested and he refused to honor yesterday’s price, I’m done with this place permanently, save yourself the headache pay a bit more and keep your sanity. I told him I would leave this review, without a care said go for it.

Terrible experience, I changed my tires 5 days ago then I saw one of my tire have a problem with tire impursur alert, I went there and they said they have forgotten to reset tire impursur . again yesterday I heard very bad noise from front tire and today I went there and they said your shok absorber have a problem and you have to fix them and their cost is about $2300,So I didnt believe them and I went to the Lexus dealer and they find out the problem is only for looser tire closure and fix them and right now you can not hearing any noise same as before .

Rude liars. Sketchy scam personality. Called in to ask about oil change. They said sure come on in we have room. When provided with Groupon they said i would need to wait 3 or 4 hours or come back next week. They even lied about taking the call.

These guys suck! Read why:Talked with Ron, and made an appt for 11:30am for an oil change. I walk in at 11:30am and theres two guys at the desk, one on the phone and one writing up some info on an invoice. He tells me theyll be with me in a minute.I literally stood there infront of the two of them for 10 minutes before I was actually helped. In the meantime, other calls were coming in and they were answering those before helping me who had an appt and was standing in front of them for 10 mins already!!They then told me they wont change the oil in my car because I wanted to use conventional oil which Ive been using for the past 6 years on that car every 3000 miles, he told me the manufacturer recommends synthetic oil and I told him thats a recommendation, ive been using conventional oil for years and my last oil change was AT THIS LOCATION WITH CONVENTIONAL OIL! He told me he will not do it. I told him that he should have told me that on the phone when he looked up my info to make the appointment, so now ive wasted time to drive there, gas to drive there, standing there for 10 mins without even being helped, and then told they will not change my oil! I asked his name, and he said it was Ron and that he didnt make my appointment or he would have told me. Funny, because HE WAS THE ONE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE and greeted himself as Ron when I made the appointment! What a joke.IT GETS BETTER. I leave and go to another repair shop get the oil changed and asked them to check for oil leaks as the oil light came on that the oil was low. The mechanic told me the previous place DID NOT TIGHTEN the oil drain screw tightly and he unscrewed it with his hands, so the oil has been slowly leaking out! These guys stink. I would not trust my car to them and that is the last time Ill ever go there and will steer others away from them...

I have been there twice and so far, so good.
