This craft coffee shop is a short pleasant walk from the Homewood Suites and walkable from the Renaissance. This is a relatively quiet neighborhood with lots of people walking their dogs.The shop is small with a nice outdoor seating space. Great lattes and a limited food menu, including avocado toast (which I did not try). Very friendly staff.It was very busy at 9am on Saturday, but the lattes were pleasantly presented in about 5 minutes.I will be back.

Steven the super barista and overall coffee genius, along with the super fresh roasts and beans makes this place my favorite coffee joint of all time.

A meeting local favorite. This crew is so nice and what an amazing local coffee shop. The vanilla lattes were on point and the rosemary bagel was one of the best bagels I’ve ever had. We went 3 times during our trip and the coffee was equally great each time. Highly recommend the coffee and the food. Thanks for a great place, such a wonderful staff.

Seven seas was amazing! Super cool spot to grab coffee and avocado toast. I got the growler Cold Brew and it was good. The flavor was perfect, I drank half and get to save the rest for tomorrow. My wife got the cinnamon honey Latte and she said it was the best latte in the OC. Super friendly staff, that was very helpful. They have outdoor seating which we took advantage of and cant wait to go back.

We are very picky about the coffee shops we frequent and this location is a true hidden gem. The staff is amazingly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate. We have been in every day during our week-long trip to visit family. The espresso is pulled properly, the drip is excellent, the various milk and creams are steamed perfectly. I wish we had this where we live currently. Keep up the good vibes!

As a coffeeshop owner, its very hard for me to find coffee that I love outside of my own business. This has been a blessing to have Seven Seas right in the same business park, within walking distance of our hotel. For seven days, weve enjoyed the coffee here. That they are the roasters of their own beans only adds to the experience, as many small coffeeshops try to roast their own beans and the coffee is terrible. Seven Seas found that perfect taste. The El Jaguar is my favorite of their drip and the chaga latte is the perfect mix of sweetness and coffee. I dont like really sweet coffees so these guys deliver on that. The Aliso Viejo location is a small shop in the Vantis Business park that is not mentioned much on their social media and yet still always has a line out the door. The staff is second to none in friendliness and knowledge. There was no drink discussed that they didnt know how to make which was music to our ears and made our experience that much more memorable. I could write a lot more but instead, you should just go experience it for yourself! They are maybe 200 yards walking distance from the Homewood Suites.

One of only two cafes in a 10 mile radius that can correctly make a cortado, macchiato, flat white, or pour-over. Good place to buy beans as well. Great place for those who enjoy exploring single-origin coffee varietals.

NOW we have great coffee and toasts. They are definitely spoiling us. SO GOOD, we got them home as well. From one cup we could make keurig, or pour over or french press coffee as well :). Great cup of coffee and toasts every time :)))

Nice vibe friendly staff- got a cortado and everything bagel with vegan cream cheese. No delivery but preorder on GrubHub the night before. Nice seating area.

The team here is fantastic.Turkey Avocado Toast is delicious and super filling. Apple Turnover is huge! And the Dirty Chai is one of my favorites!Ill be coming by more often! ☕👍

This is a little gem tucked away in a mixed retail/residential area. I had a beautiful pour over coffee with the light roast they recommended as #fruity and it was outstanding. Not cheap at $6 but worth stopping in. Their drip coffee, which I did not have, is $3

OMG, i got a lavender honey latte iced with oatmilk and it was hands down the best coffee ive ever had. Had to bring one home for my bf too. Bagel was pretty big for the money too. Totally gonna be a regular now.😜

Excellent coffee, fresh bagels, avocado toast is great. Kind of wish for more variety of food options but cant complain, the stuff they do have is uniformly great, and the staff is friendly and awesome!

This is perhaps the best coffee I’ve ever had. I ordered the ChagaChino on ice, and got a vegan chocolate chip cookie. The cookies are amazing and do not taste like you would imagine a vegan cookie tasting. Ha! For sure you want to come here when you’re in the area.

We are fortunate to have an independent coffee shop with excellent coffee. So happy Seven Seas is walking distance from my home. AV is a tough place to run a non-chain business, and this place is crushing it.

They have good milk alternatives, was happy to see macadamia nut milk. Cinnamon honey latte and cherry bomb latte a very nice flavor and change up from the chain coffee houses.

This is a new coffee shop in this are replacing prior coffee shops. It is a cute good quality neighborhood coffee shop. The residents living is this neighborhood seems to be their primary customers. The quality of the latte I had was pretty good. The barista brought it over to my table outside. They have few bakery items and simple breakfast items. Unfortunately they close early especially during summer having it longer hours will make this a place to meet friends and neighbors. Good vibes and good coffee

Been buying their beans for home espresso, and so far its the best local roaster Ive tried.

Great service and great drinks and food. Im a plain coffee kind of guy so I cant say much more other than I enjoy a straight black from them. I can say however that Ill come back here any day for their avocado toasts. They have a vegetarian one which is good but get their protein one that includes chopped turkey. That is the ish!
