A very nice optometry office. Doctors are knowledgeable and patient. The office staff is always welcoming. It is easy to get appointments within few weeks. The office has good selection of frames; carrying designer brands such as dior. Kate spade, tory burch, rayban, oakley, as well as some cheaper ones. The frames start at mid 100s and can go all the way up to 400-500$.I had issues with my progressive glasses and they sent them for adjustment. When I got contacts for the first time, they were very patient with me with the fitting.

I WENT IN FOR A 2ND TIMW TO TELL THEM THE GLASSES THEY SOLD ME WERE NO STRONGER THAN WINDOW GLASS .THEY RAN THE SAME TESTS AND TOLD NO STRONGER LENSE WOULD HELP WHE N I AM SURE LIKE A TELESCOPE THEY SHOLD BE ABLE TO GET ME ONE STRONGER THANKS GOOD MEDICARE PAID FOR THE WASTED TRIP

The staff and doctors here are so wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Ive been a patient for years and I highly recommend. The doctors are very thorough and super nice.

Called the office 3 times for an appointment over a week, no return calls. The third time left a message stating, if you dont call me back, i guess you are not interested in my business. After my 3rd call, I got a call, the person was unapologetic and really did not care. I had to get my appointment elsewhere.

I went there to have glasses adjusted that I Didnt get there. My glasses broke and they gave me a new frame for free! Its so refreshing to meet someone who wants to do right thing rather than look at bottom line.go to dr chu hes the best

Dr. David Chu is the best! My daughter scratched my cornea (ouch) and they took me in same day. My family and I are very fortunate to be under his care. He is very informative, never rushed and treated like family.

What I always expected from an optometrist is one who shows patience and explains to me everything thoroughly.Dr. Chu and Dr. Ali definitely did both while I was seen at Aliso Optometry. They took the time to explain my eye scans and worked with me to find the best fitting contacts.Their office team is great and the place itself looks brand new.Definitely recommend these guys.

Our family of six have been patients of Dr. Ali as well as Dr. Chu for many, many years. The staff is kind and always very helpful with my four young children. Dr. Ali is extremely patient and really takes the time to explain your tests and answer any and all questions. With four kids, our questions can be a little weird, honestly, but Dr. Ali makes us all feel so comfortable in her office that the kids will ask and say anything at this point! My husband had corrective eye surgery a few years back with the recommendation of Dr. Ali. He has never been happier not having to wear glasses or contacts anymore! Dr. Ali also oversaw his speedy recovery and answered all the questions he forgot to ask the surgery center. They also recently moved to a new state of the art medical building and their offices are fantastic. Cant say enough about Aliso Optometry! We love our Eye Doctors and Staff!!!!

I stopped by to see some frames but the selection was very poor. Also they didnt seem to really care about helping me find a nice frame.I wasted my time here.
