I was looking into finding discounts on a new phone plan through my job with T-Mobile Work Perks. Since T-Mobile owns Metro and my familys current account is with them, they were unwilling to give me any discounts even if I was opening a completely new plan under my name. The store associate at T-Mobile also said that I wont get a better deal anywhere else. Weighing my options, I decided to go back to Metro-PCS since the plan cost would not make a huge difference. I explained the issue with our current phone plan to Frank at this location and he was able to cut our plan down $20 cheaper a month than what T-Mobile was offering for nearly identical services. I appreciate the customer service and transparency Frank offers with MetroPCS so I dont think I will be switching carriers anytime soon.

If you looking to get a new phone and if you dont know much about phones come here Frank will hook you up. He doesnt rip you off or rush you, and gives you awesome deals. I dont go to the wine on Van Born and Inkster there will rip you off come here instead

I disagree firmly! I went into this Metro Location and was blessed beyond belief. Not only did Sam and Ashley greet me with smiles and passion. They met me at my spending limit, and produced all I wanted and than some. As I observed closely as they prepared my blessing with intricate detail, making sure that all was in order and that I lacked nothing.From setting up my account, putting the cases and screen protectors on my phones, cleaning the screens and so on. Trash store I was impressed by the association with works but I had this guy sell me a free phone n free hot-spot but he didnt bother explains how it works how long it would work for just rang it up without informing my how much I could use the hot-spot which was only once. This store is only out to have you spend more money than you should.. Honestly my option would be to go somewhere they wont look at you for your wallet but look at you just to help n make you feel better about what your getting

Use to be a great store. Went in last night thought I lost my phone. Well he opened me up onther seperate line without my knowledge and overcharged me. Went to return he said no. Went to corporate they said to take it back within 7 days.

Dont bring a check in there he will yell at ur mom n tell her this is not the 90s. There are no signs saying we do not take checks. Ive been going through him for years n i bring my mom in to get a new phone and that is how we get treated. So took mom to a metro store on van born n found out he was charging at least $60 more than this place and he messed up her account
