The ice cream was great.Have a large selection ofdelectable ice creams.My biggest concern wasthat the server was notwearing gloves as hesevered me and familymembers.Rating would havebeen a 5 star if server observedsanitary requirements. The small paper band around thecone, size was not adequate.It didnt cover the cone .

The owner is very unprofessional, rude, and gives false (lies) information. I called about a birthday cake. The owner assured me he had a yellow cake with vanilla ice cream. He boasted he had 60 cakes. (Lie) I asked how long would they need for an order of a cake?? He replied 24 hours. I decided to stop into store to make sure they had the cake I wanted. Of course they didnt. I ordered a cake. I paid for my cake. I returned the next day to pick up my cake. I was then informed by the owner that they had not made the cake. He was insistent that I take another cake. I didnt want another cake. I ended up going to Dairy Queen for the cake. They saved the day. Thanks for almost ruining the birthday party i had planned Baskin Robbins. I will NEVER returm here!!!

I recently went there and ordered a cake which I placed the order about an hour ago and the manager was so nice that she made the cake in a hour and also it was beautifully decorated. I was satisfied with their customer service

I came about two weeks ago with my two kids, and it was not a pleasant experience. My three year old daughter who was in a princess dress had to use the bathroom, the employee who was helping me said yes instantly and allowed me to take her to use the bathroom and help her, I told her she can help my son who was waiting for us. But my son is only five so obviously he was shy so he wanted to wait for me to come back and order for him. This older lady who was decorating cakes I believe she was the manager, told the employee to “help others they are taking too long”. Which is wrong considering I was already in the middle of my order. The employee did the right thing and waited for me to finish helping my daughter. When I came out the bathroom she was so nice and finished my order with no hesitation. I remember her name being “ Aaliyah” or “ Aliyah”. But hopefully next time when I come with my kids again to get ice cream, she is there. She is a good hard worker and made my visit a little better.

This place was meticulously clean. There was a very long line, and the associate knocked the line out in 5 minutes. I thought we were going to be there forever. Highly impressed! Got the cherry cordial ice cream... just delicious!

Odered a double scoop in a waffle cone. After 5 minutes in my car with the A/C on high the cone cracke and disintegrated and icream was all over my shirt and car, then ther store floor when I went in for a cup. She offered me a napkin but did act conserned that their cone fell apart. Thats why I stopped going there last year. I guess its my falt. 😲😤

Just about the worse customer service ever. Yes I called corporate and yes I got my refund but what took to get it was ridiculous. I normally would not have went to this location but because they were the only ones open during a time like this I had no choice. I ordered a cake on April 2nd around 1pm before work online order. I screenshot in my phone the date and time for my pick up was Saturday April 4th, my boyfriends birthday at 11am. When Saturday got here I was up at Baskin-Robbins at 10:55am no one was there. I sat around for a while til about 11:15am still no one store is completely dark and no cars. I took off after taking pictures of the place and called the # ending in 3131 about 15 times and still no answer. I even came back to the location around 1pm still no one I thought his birthday was over with. I waited until Monday morning to call the location and a lady picked up. I explained how I had to go to meijers and purchase a cake and I would like a refund because I’ve already paid for one I did not pick up. She told me the manager will get back with me but no one did. Tuesday and Wednesday came still no manager so I contacted corporate. After the talk with corporate a man called me I’m guessing the owner from a Pontiac number and basically said I was lying about everything. He told me I should still get the cake and I asked him for what ? I no longer need it why force me to take it I would like my refund. He kind of did a rude laugh and said no I know someone was there at 6pm. After I just told this man that I called all that day and finally gave up. It did matter if someone was there at 6pm I had a pick up for 11am. Please do not visit this location, I stay in Riverview I rather go somewhere closer to my area.

If you go in...... have a large group, that way you wont be ignored. I went In for a malt on at 8:30 pm on 5/12/2016. I stood at the register and waited. They serviced the couple that came in after me.... then the family of 6 that came in after me. Ill never step foot in this establishment again.

Very poor management and dirty store. There was a bug in one of the ice cream tubs, when I asked one of the girls they just scooped it out. Disgusting. Manager does not know how to run a store or deal with customers. It’s all about money. Girls don’t know what they are doing and seem to not be trained well.

Normally this is my favorite ice cream parlor. But this visit was not as enjoyable. The ice cream was so soft, it seemed like soft serve . Not sure but thinking the freezer compartment was not set low enough in temp.

Ive been to this location multiple times with my children, the girls in the back have no business working in a family setting. My 3 year old begged to use the bathroom and they said we dont have one. So sure enough we had an accident. Small children cannot hold their bladders there should be no reason they dont have a restroom for children to use.

Saves old ice cream flavors that are months old and resales them. Better watch out anything expierd they will still sale it to u with a smile on there face. The biggest thing they resale ice cream cakes that are almost 2 months old they dont waste a thing. Good luck please dont waste ur money

The have dozens of flavors of ice cream and sherbert. The different flavors change periodically. I had a cone with blueberry cheesecake ice cream on it and it was very good. My wife had a new flavor called spicey lechen it was chocolate with a hot kick at the end, very different and tasty. The employees at this location were very nice. The new outdoor seating there is also very nice.

They used to have a oreo milk n cereal ice cream. Through the roof!!!! Wendy we miss you at the taylor telegraph store.

As a former worker, I can say that their management is HORRIBLE. Was forced to stay over on school nights past 11, which is illegal as hell. The management doesnt know how to professionally handle a situation for the life of them. Will NEVER be working there again.

I went in to buy a quart of hand-packed ice cream. (The pre-packed is not the same quality.) The woman behind the counter (in totally slow-motion mode even though the place was empty) schlepped a few scoops in until it came to the top of the container and that was it. Not packed at all. (I guess she doesnt understand what hand-packed means.) I usually go to the Baskin-Robbins on Dix and they pack in as much as they can fit. There was easily a 25% difference in what I got at this store. Ill never come back to this Allen Park location again.

Ive been coming here for years HOWEVR 2 weeks ago the owner was working by himself and definitely cannot multi task. I was next in line and he was finishing up with the customer and gave him a BIG long talk about coupons. Then the guy left and there was a guy and his son sitting down and the owner looked at me andd said it will be just a minute. He proceeded to work on writing something on a cake with icing. I waited and waited and waited for like 15 minutes. I decided to leave as it wasnt worth it and all I wanted was a capacino blast. If I ever go in there and see him again Im walking out. He is horrible, does not have any good skills in customer service and does not care how long you wait.
