For an electronics repair place that claims to service LCD TVs my experience was a joke. Had the TV for a month, claimed the backlight leds were bad ON A EDGE LIT TV, said parts werent available for it.. Of course not backlights dont exist on an edge lit led TV! They offered to throw the TV away for me. I took it home, watched a few YouTube videos replaced the $30 t con board and all is great again. Saved my $3000 TV (yes price when purchased...) I wonder how many other items in there are for sale that were not fixable. Refused to refund my diagnostic charge. The leds are fine, they wouldnt come on rye to a short on the t con which kept the main board from starting the TV Beware of the business done here and I dont leave reviews!
This place is a hidden gem. the quality and service are great. The shop finished my device in two days. so they are timely and professional. do yourself a favor and choose vision. Thanks guys!
Had my old Mackie 32/8 fully repaired and they did an awesome job.
Was honest with me about diagnosis even if I wasnt able to fix.
So I called earlier this week. They told me that itd be 50 bucks to look at it, but it went towards the repair of it. I said okay, cool. I live about 45 minutes away and that id come on the weekend. So today, I drive all the way out there and explain my situation to the guy. I ask him if he can take care of it, and he tells me theyre backed up 4 weeks. So I drove all the way out there for something they couldve told me on the phone. Not happy.
I took in my 7 CD player. It kept saying FAIL. PAID $200.00. AND ITS STILL NOT WORKING CORRECT. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Cassette player also isnt right. Warranty is gone after 30 days.
Great place...been going there for 10 years.
I needed a repair for a Roland drum kit controller, and this was the only place out of three local Roland service centers that could still provide the service after COVID hit. The cost seemed a bit high, but the service and communication was outstanding. This is definitely the place to go for specialized electronics repairs.
Great place, guy was super cool at counter and hooked me up with my xdj rr .
I sent in a piece of gear that really needed some work, the associate was very informative and went out of his way to get me taken care of. I will be doing business with them again very soon. Thanks guys!
Great work! Totally professional and fair pricing.
Ok, I have reviewed your reviews, most are favorable, I will be contacting you about repairing my 33 year old Technics single plater CD player. I hope I will be able to add/edit on your behalf to this pre-post...
I took my vintage stereo there.cant wait to get it back repaired.the guy at the counter was very cool
They were able to repair my 40-year old stereo amplifiers power supply section in a matter of days. Nice to have a real repair shop in todays throwaway electronics economy.
Got my VCR out of the shop, after being in shop, 3 weeks! My dream come true! I got a 60 day warranty, just in case something goes wrong! Victory to Everlasting Lord!
Mr Mike in my opinion knows his stuff. I would recommend any electrical issues with your instruments give him a call.
They brought my old amp back to life with a reasonable turnaround time and friendly service. Wonderful to do business with.
Im having a vintage sampler repaired by these guys. Despite it taking a bit longer than I would like. The guys at VE have been super with their communication about the status of the repair. I plan to have them recone a cerwin Vega speaker for me next. Great service is an understatement. I would highly recommend VE to anyone in need or electronic repair!
Excellent Service!
I had a very expensive keyboard repaired here and they did a great job, and now. Very pleased at there service and punctuality.
They are experienced and do an excellent job!!!
Had to wait a month to hear my amp cant be repaired and had to contact them. I wouldnt recommend this place too anyone they will rip you off
Brought in a Roland Juno 106 which I paid $1200 for from an Ebay seller in Japan because it was exhibiting strange sounds while playing. The pitch bender was also broken. I was worried it might be almost non-repairable & considered just sending it back to Japan, but Mike was so helpful I decided it was worth getting it fixed. They successfully fixed the phantom sounds, pitch bender problems/LFO circuit!Im very happy with the restoration.
I strongly encourage anyone who may need a electronic instrument repaired; do not take it to Vision Electronics. I took my piano keyboard there to be fixed & was ask to pay $100.00 by Mike one of the workers, just to open it up and look to assess the situation, after which it would cost only an additional $100.00 giving an estimate of $200.00. I was called back 3 weeks later by the owner Dean who testified he had the piano opened and was looking at the situation and it would be another $200.00 in addition to the $100.00, I already had paid making the amount to be a total of $300.00. The original estimate was $200.00 when I took it in the store. After deciding I was not going to let him fix it & picking the piano up and after getting home, I discovered Dean never even open my piano up. How do I know this? I always put scotch tape on my electronic equipment in the discreet areas of where it opens up. Therefore invisible tape like that blends with the color of the instrument, so the tape was never broken. It was in tack at all angels.
Had a bad experience with the first person I dealt with but upon my return, I found the owner mike to big much more willing to help... I will chalk this up to someone having a bad day. I would call ahead to ask about backlog and try only to deal with the owner Big Mike
I’m a mobile DJ who’s equipment breaks down from time to time from the weekend, week out grind. They always take care of me and do excellent work . The only company I trust.
Quality work, knowledgeable staff and a fast repair time!
This place does way more than service Plasma TVs. We use them for servicing our commercial sound and lighting equipment, and they are excellent to deal with. Weve never had to bring something back for re-do, and their service has been beyond expectations for us.
Audiopipe amplifier 1500d 1 resistor burned quoted 290 dollars to repair and paid 50 deposit for them to tell me that mess I know is a 60.00 repair the amp new is 175 not honest at all

Four trips over two and a half months with two attempts to send me home with a amp that wasnt fixed with a bill for $200 and at the end I took my still broken amp back with a only partial refund and some very cocky sarcastic comments for a incompetent staff.
