Two story Michaels arts and crafts with escalators. Wonderful experience shopping and browsing the selection of markers and picture frames. Employee approached asking if I needed any help with anything. Easy to find and locate items. Clean aisles and walkways.

I went to pick up my online order. There’s always something more I need when I go to a craft store, plus, I’m visiting from Michigan and wanted to browse!Initially, I was disappointed because the store looked small upon entering. But to my amazement and joy, I saw that this was a two story store!!!!Oh! The joy of using an escalator!!! I was very impressed with this visit. The store was spacious and clean. Large selection of all crafts. It was set up differently than I’m used to, but that doesn’t change the quality of the visit.Employees were courteous and extremely friendly and helpful.My online order was ready very quickly upon placing the order and pickup was snappy and quick.

This place is always packed with the latest items and its always very organized as it should be. The Yarns are my go to when I go to this location because they always have a good variety, however, if youre trying to make a large blanket, you might have to wait for their next shipment and hope the yarn you need is getting replenished with that shipment otherwise youll have to order online.Overall, the store is well stocked and you should be able to find what you need, staff is friendly.

This is a two-story Michaels located next to Starbucks in a really pretty walkable outdoor shopping village with escalators and an elevator for easy shopping. Friendly employees, and an excellent selection. The prices are great too, even better than what I could find on Amazon.

Fantastic place to shop for sale and clearance items. I love that it has two floors with an elevator and escalators! Only downfall is how messy it gets. The customer service is always great at checkout, but on the salesf floor its either hard to find someone to help you or they ask you 100 times if youre doing okay. No consistency.

I always find amazing items, great prices and even clearance items at this location. The staff is very friendly, especially the guy who works in the print center in the back of the store, he is always happy to drop what he is doing to help you on the floor. Cant say enough about this place. Its my favorite location and always clean and well stocked.

Maybe I just went at the wrong time but this Michaels was very dirty and had low stock on everything. Employees seemed nice, but there were items strewn about everywhere and some in places they shouldnt be.

Store is clean and well kept. You’ve got to love that you never have to pay the full price as it seems the sales just rotate weekly. We’ve been to this store 5 times, and the first two visits we had a poor experience with inexperienced cashiers but all has been good the last few visits so I feel this is a solid number of stars.

The manager and cashier took personal care of me. I wanted to do a necklace for my deceased brother and they got me the materials to turn his drum key into a necklace. They are AWESOME!!!!! This is the final result. The M is for my brothers first name.

I was able to find everything I needed for my kids school project. What really made this a WOW experience was the cashier who checked us out. She was full of energy and even was asking my daughter about her school project. Its refreshing to run into a staff member who does not give off that vibe of I hate my job.

Have had several things framed at this location, and always awesome. So why the one star.... I took a framing job in, paid in full, but missed the date I needed the very simple job done by. I called and immediately offered to pay more to move up the finish date. I was greeted by a dismissive voice that had little to no concern, told me that you have to pay for that up front. I was stunned. A customer that is offering to PAY YOU to adjust an order, and this company is unwilling to offer help, nor seems to care. AWFUL

I assume its temporary, but their bead selection was sparse, quite a few empty spots where they were sold out.

Stocks are low. Maybe because of the holiday sale

Its a Michaels, so you probably already know what to expect, and youll definitely find whatever youre looking for. Not much else to say about it, but I did find a good amount of deals during my holiday shopping, so Id definitely recommend this place whenever holidays are around as you can get quite a bit of stuff for not much money

I have gotten some cute items here especially to customize my school work. Teachers love the extra things I add to my papers maybe a bit much but they apparently just absolutely love the stickers and notes and not only that the paper clips and clamps! Plus this store has everything based around crafts! Perfect to hit up for school projects too all at a reasonable price

Stuff is hard to find...staff is hard to find. The building is split level but u can only enter from top floor. Down escalator is always off it seems.

The store was very busy as its the holiday season. Minimal sales staff on the floor. The checkout person at the register was inexperienced and had to re-ring multiple items several times.Due to lack of experienced or available floor staff, I seriously over purchased. Not very happy about that. One or two questions answered would have been very helpful.On a positive note, the store was well lit and clean. They did appear to have quite a bit of stock although some of the things that are high movers were visibly missing.Also, I received a 50 percent discount on one item at checkout. Save me an entire four dollars. After my experience I felt that I deserved it so I went next-door to Starbucks and blew the four dollars on a hot chocolate. Win!I would like to give the store four stars but this experience did not justify it.

Great place for home and garden decor. Also has bakery items . I enjoy baking and making treats so I found everything from pans to edible decorations. This place is great and very relaxed atmosphere.

The only reason this isnt five stars is due to parking. The lot is usually pretty full so its hard to find a spot. The store is quite clean and has a good feel to it. Bathrooms are okay, not great. Ive taken two classes here recently that I enjoyed. The internet wasnt working great for one of the classes, but overall very good experience.

I probably spend more time than most here... always needing paint or framing for my ART. Very quick and convenient.

This Michaels is huge! I just moved to the area and was pleasantly surprised to find that this particular store was located in a nice outdoor shopping mall type of location and was 2 stories tall! The staff was helpful and extremely patient with my 2 young boys who wanted to spend their time riding up and down the escalator and had questions for random staff members about everything from Hatchimals to wanting to know when the next employee break was scheduled😂. The store was surprisingly easy to navigate and had a ton of great sales going on.

Huge Michaels with 2 floors. Even with coupons I still manage to spend way to much money.

This Michaels is a decent place to go in a pinch. Its location is perfectly positioned in Waters Creek, next door to Market Street. The staff is friendly but, theres something sterile about the atmosphere and product options always seem slim compared to somewhere like Hobby Lobby.Still, If your shopping at Market Street or enjoying a day at Waters Creek, its worth stopping by to pick up any supplies you may need. Otherwise, Id recommend Hobby Lobby which is located right down the street.

This Michaels has multiple floors and a lot of different types of good finds here. Its easy to navigate.

Love this Mchaels store!. It has 2 levels with an elevator and escalators. The bathroom is located in the bottom floor right as you step off the elevator. Theres always someone that can help you find what you need.

This place is home to all the people with creative minds! They have decor, art supplies, and so much more! They have so much stuff here that there is a second floor!You can get so much here for such a cheap price! I would totally recomend coming here!

This may be the largest Michaels in the area but it woefully understaffed.Just left and there were two cashiers and one teacher. No one to help on either floor.The store in Plano is much better staffed.Will not go back to this one.

The store is nice, but lack customer service. Not enough staff, had to look around store for help. Also I have a disability and your escalator was not in service approximately 2 weeks inoperable.

Had a wonderful custom framing experience here with Sam. He was very helpful in helping pick matting colors and in choosing a frame that would look great, but not break the bank. He made sure we got all the available discounts, was very personable, and made sure we loved the look of the final product. This was my first time framing at Michaels and Sam made sure it wouldnt be my last. UPDATE: I have now had 5 pieces done by Sam and am so pleased with all of them. I always know my art is in good hands here.

I love me some craft/hobby stores. I visited this location because the one I usually shop was out of the supplies I was looking for. Homecoming Mum season was the occasion and they had a disappointing selection. It was very small and only stocked a few schools. My local Michaels had a huge selection. I cant judge the store based on Mum season though! Everything else about them is great. A great location thats easy to find and access. Its clean, well maintained and staffed with friendly, helpful employees. Highly recommend!

Best Michaels in the area!Make sure you park upstairs in front parking lot next to the grocery store, the downstairs isnt a working door (they took over an old book store, Borders I believe).Im not very crafty and staff was super helpful in guiding me to the materials I needed and even back upstairs with the frames.Oh yeah! Its very big with a whole down stairs area!Registers did not take NFC.

Pretty good but this one girl let out the ABSOLUTE LOUDEST hiccup i have ever heard. I thought it was the tornado sirens going off again, but it was just that weird girl. It really ruined my shopping experience

This is a typical Michaels store for the most part, albeit with an interesting 2 story layout because of the dense Watters Creek development. The biggest disappointment was that we came here looking for materials to make a mum for a floral design class, only to find out that they no longer carry those materials in this particular location. In fact, we were told that only the Plano location had mum supplies this year. I suppose its not really the fault of this particular store since that was a corporate decision, but inconvenient anyway.

Friendly place. Staff is helpful. Janet who works in the craft area is wonderful. However the elevator in the store sometimes gets stuck and they have been having escalator problems lately. Otherwise it is a good store.

Great place for crafters of all skill levels! Employees are knowledgeable and seem to truly enjoy their job. They always keep me excited about my next project!

Everything here is very overpriced, but the companies I love are the ones that do something more and I love the 4 dollar grab bags.

I havent been to a Michaels in years, but I needed some things that only a Michaels would have, so I went. The store is huge! It is also very well laid out; I was able to quickly find what I needed. I also found things that i didnt even know I wanted until I saw it on the shelf haha! When Id gotten all I wanted I went to the checkout and the cashier was quite knowledgeable and told me where to find a tool that I hadnt found on my own for which I am very thankful. We chatted during the process and I felt we kinda clicked. I could totally be friends with that woman. I know Ill be back in that store sooner than later!

Bought Christmas decorations at great discounts but they are all so pretty. Love this place!

Could not use my coupon on storage boxes priced at $75 ... also picked up two clearance headbands of the same kind but different colors, one for $2.47 and the other for $3.99 they could not price match ... spoke to the manager and he was not helpful on neither of the items. Going to unsubscribe to their emails. Did not say I could not my coupon on store everyday prices. Mine was for a regular priced item.

Clean store fun design! I love how organized the store is! I would have given it a five star but the cashier was so rude.

MEAN WORKERS, super racist workers, when I asked for help finding fabric they said we don’t even have fabric but another worker came to us and said we do have fabric. He followed the only colored person with us and led him out of the store. Very dissapointed with these action. Definitely will be taking the extra time to drive to another or hobby lobby.

Other than the parking lot sometimes being a madhouse due to this locations close proximity to other popular shopping spots, this is as good a Michaels location as Ive seen. Definitely the first Ive seen with a lower level floor and an escalator. Staff is friendly here, as expected. As far as inventory, if youve been to one Michaels, youve been to them all I think. It would be cool if each location had a little freedom in the products they carry but I cant really fault them for this. Ive been here several times and Ill be back again. I like that they have discounts (usually 40-50% off a product at regular price) available on RetailMeNot and other similar apps.

My least favorite Michaels location. Not only is the store split into 2 levels but the staff is terrible. Ive had both straight up rude, too busy on a personal cell phone or out of stock. I only go to this location if Im desperate.
