Bought a blow dryer on 10-6. Went back the next day to return because I wasn’t a fan of it. It’s the new Gamma dryer I have a dyson currently and like my dyson more. They wouldnt refund me the money because they don’t do returns with cash back they offered me a gift card for $300….no thanks. Absolutely ridiculous. You’ll give me a gift card and keep the dryer and then turn around and sell it again but won’t give me my money back when I’ve had it for less than 24 hours. I would understand if it was a week or longer. No where on there policy online does it list return policy that they won’t take a return on blowdrys and offer a gift card. Will not be shopping with the franchise anymore I’ll take my business to salon centric.

Staff extremely professional and friendly. Amanda is so amazing! I enjoy this location SO much that I find myself making a weekly trip. Allen location never disappoints! They are so knowledgeable and helpful! 11/10 would recommend!

As a independent stylist, I come here weekly to restock my inventory. I love all the staff. They are all so friendly and make me feel so welcome. I’ve been to other locations and this one is by far cleaner and more organized. I love coming in here every week to be greeted and welcomed by the manager. It’s nice to go somewhere and have them remember you and learn your name. They are also great at recommending new products and are always on top of their inventory. (Other stores I’ve been too always seem to be out of what I need)

Extremely rude for no reason especially if you are a student, do not go to this Armstrong go to the one in McKinney, the one in McKinney all the employees are always really nice. The one in Allen there employees are not at all. I will never go to the one in Allen again.

I am seating here and helping my sister to wrote this : Terrible customer service.I went there on 12/6/2018 for CHI flat iron, something went wrong with their system and its show cost of CHI brand for $699.00.She said she have to email her manager to fix this,she cant check out it now. (The lady was helping me out her name Nicoles ),she was talked me into try the PM NEURO STYLE IRON, and she said i cant return this if I dont like but i can exchange .I was oke with it because i through if I dont like i will go back and exchange back to the CHI brand which i normally use.On 12/10 i came back for the exchange because the NEURO STYLE IRON seem not work well with my hair .I swear i turn on and try ONLY 1 time for 5 minutes.And today i came back and the check out person was the manager,i dont know her name but she said i cant not return or exchange because its had been use and the box already open.So what do i do with it now?i ask her and she said I can sell to someone els if i want but can not exchange.She was said the policy on the receipt said that. So How do you know if it work with your hair or not when you never try it before. Too bad i had been spent alot money at their store ...

I called this location in a panic because my usual store never ordered the color lines that I needed for my salon Opening tomorrow. I put in the order on 2/15/19 and they gave me some excuse that since they were back stocked; they needed to “special order” it daily until it became available. Well, they dropped the ball and panic started to set in!! I called the Allen store and Autum answered. I told her my situation (almost in tears) and she said, “give me your number and let me see what I can do.” She called me back in 20 minutes and explained that she could fill my order with stock she had in the store, what she didn’t have she would get it transferred from another store, spoke to her district manager and they honored the pricing that my local store offered, AND her manager contacted Framesi and they will be drop shipping freebies due to my store dropping the ball!! I was in complete shock!! Autum even stayed past her working hours to fill my order and kept me updated the whole time!! She is such a GODSEND!!! She also typed up a list of things that are being sent to her store for pickup!! This girl is just an angel!! I will continue to drive the 45 minutes just to shop at her store!! I will forever be grateful for the OUTSTANDING customer service that Autum continues to provide me. Thank you Autum!!!!
