I dont leave very many reviews, but it is definitely warranted in this case. Shopping for a mattress is not one of my favorite things to do. Upon entering, Danny had us set up on the sleep equipment in order to narrow the list of mattresses to try. From there, it was a quick test run of the mattresses that would fit us best. Once we landed on the right mattress, everything was fast and smooth. Even bought another mattress for our son. What really impressed me is what happened after the sale. By chance, we found lower prices on the mattress. After 1 quick phone call, the prices were matched. Really impressed with location and Danny! Well done!

My husband and I had such a great experience at Sleep Experts! Customer service was 10/10. We walked in there with an idea of what bed we wanted to try but they insisted we lay on a sleep diagnostics bed to measure exactly how we lay and figure out where our pressure points are. They generated a list of specific beds based on our results and had us try them all. They weren’t trying to sell their most expensive bed and, instead, were trying to find the bed that fit us best, regardless of price. We definitely felt like they were trying to help us out more than just make money. Also a bonus - they were COVID-conscious and sanitized everything!

We loved our experience with Danny at Sleep Experts! Originally, we popped in back in June 2019. We knew our mattress wasnt working for us & needed to be getting a new one soon. We were greeted by Danny whom even after telling him we didnt yet live in the area & would probably be in the new year we could actually purchase showed us around. We did the sleep expert test & calculated which mattresses were best for both my husband & me. He spent a good 40 min with us & left us feeling good about purchasing there in the future. Fast forward to January 2020 - we were ready for a new set! We went back to Sleep Experts & were greeted by Danny, yet again. Since it had been a good while since we went through everything, we wanted to make sure we were remembering our mattress match correctly. Yet again, Danny was patient & spent quality time with us. We conducted the test again, tried out mattresses, & finally came to a conclusion of what we wanted. Danny then helped us get the best pricing for our set. We walked out owning a new king size adjustable base, king size Purple 2, 2 Purple pillows, a Purple mattress protector, & warranties. Not only was everything in stock but we also were able to get delivery the very next day! Within 24 hours of purchase, we had the bed delivered & assembled. That evening we were sleeping on our new set! We were so pleased with our experience from start to finish! There was no rushed feeling, we felt important, & that any questions we had were valid. We dont want to need a mattress for awhile. However, we would go back in a heartbeat! We would recommend this business & Danny to anyone we know!

They also allowed our two young kids to sit on the beds and play their iPads to pass the time (which was very helpful). Bought an adjustable bed back in July. The store honored their 120 night tryout period on the very last day. Buying a new mattress is like buying a car. One could get really tired of having so many choices. I personally went to 3 different stores each selling specific brands or types of mattresses and frames. This store was great. The sales guy (Mo) was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and just nice. I have been shopping for a new mattress for a month now. I had been in a number of mattress stores but was unable to find a product that I really liked. Today I found it in a Tempur-pedic product. More appropriately in a specific model and firmness. I went into Sleep Experts, found the product I wanted to lay on, and then I proceeded to once again try out all of their offerings. The sales person was helpful and she guided me through the process. I did make the decision to make the purchase. Hopefully it will fill the void I am currently experiencing with my current mattress.

We were using the Mansfield location and were already working with amazing salesmen there but we needed more time and the Allen store was closer to home for us. Our sales guys from Mansfield called over to this location and the manager, Danny was ready for us when we arrived. He could easily have brushed us off, knowing we already had a sales person and he wouldnt be getting credit, but instead he looked at our list, showed us where all the mattresses we wanted to try where located and gave us recommendations on pillows. Went for a new bed after ordering a “bed in a box” from Tuft and Needle. The bed was more a “Tough as Nails” (very firm). So long story long, we (my husband, child, and I) drove to this location. We were welcomed by a very friendly salesman named Danny. We were probably there for an hour. Tried just about every single bed. When we picked one out, he gave us a very nice discount ($700 less than the online price). Looking forward to getting the bed delivered. Best shopping experience (as far as beds go). Would totally recommend (this location at at least).

My wife and I visited this particular location in mid June and were informed of the ANY SIZE FOR THE PRICE OF A TWIN sale. We had purchased our last bed from Sleep Experts a few years back and have been very happy since then. Since we are getting a house built, this sale was a great opportunity to furnish one of the guest rooms.Let me just say that Mike was awesome. Although we had no intention of purchasing that day, he was very thorough and provided valuable information. Even offered a few discounts which is always good. To be succinct, he service and knowledge were excellent. We definitely plan to make another purchase from here soon. We returned as promised before the sale expired and Mikes manager was also very helpful. He honored Mikes offerings and even worked with us on withholding delivery due to waiting on the house to be built.
