Dont waste your time going in the building. Open your trailer doors, put paperwork back in trailer get in an open dock, and chock wheel. They got to me right away.

This place is quick,fast unloading, first come first serve,docks 18-26,cut your seal and put your phone number on the paperwork,put your paperwork in the back then chock your wheels, once they are done they will either call you, wave from the back of the trailer or the red and green light will be flashing

My husband has been working for andrews for half a decade. He started when he was 19 and he is now running a high volume convenient store route. Amazing company to work for! Ive worked for half a dozen companies in my lifetime, and I can honestly say Andrews Distributing CARES ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES!!! I cant stress that enough. The facility is basically new, its well maintained, the staff here are all professionally friendly. The team I work with are all hard workers, there is no slacking going on by anyone, which I will say is both a dream come true and also one of a kind. ONE MIND, ONE TEAM, SUCCESS DRIVEN GOALS, PRODUCTIVITY ENLIGHTENMENT!

When ya post that it is by appointment only & then we arrive to trucks backed up to the street & ya only have 3 docks open for said appointments somethings wrong!

V Good place to dilever. If you are in time then open doors.put paper work in trailer. Slide tandems back up to any door 18-26.choke wheel. Then wait in truck.when got green light pul out and take paper work from trailer.Quik in and out.If doors are occupied then wait for 🚪.

Awesome company! Fast in & fast out! If its your first time there, back in when the next dock door is available. Slide tandems to the back for the dock workers safety, when you open your doors just before docking, place your paperwork on the trailer floor for the dock personnel. Back the rest of the way, then you MUST use the provided semi automatic wheel chock system. The red & green lights change to red until the unload is complete. Then youll get a red & green light until you remove the chock, carefully set it back into the closed position, then you can pull out & close the trailer doors

They go by APPOINTMENT but they. UNLOAD very QUICK NICE

They absolutely are horrible! Never come to check and clean lines, never check in to see if any product is needed. Been sitting on 2 empty kegs for months, and no one has bother to call back or checked in. I would try calling my “rep” but only met him once.. absolutely horrible

HOW ABOUT YOU JUST DONT HAVE A NUMBER AT ALL? Would make more sense!!!!!4) *** MOST IMPORTANTLY: Why when I call the Dallas customer service number do they direct me back to the other number I originally called and could not connect to someone? They all say Sarah can help you, call this number-- and then it connects to the first number listed on google (remember you cant reach anyone).?? This happened 3 times.... 3, not once or twice.Dont you think your business would be more successful if you actually had a human answer the phone? $8 an hour is too much???????????You have lost this business and my others trucks deleverong here in the future.
