This place has good collection and we wanted to take time to choose what we like. But the employees at Rack there have a problem with that. This lady Ally who works there I was told she is the store manager by an other employee(not sure if she is the store manager, he was not ready to tell me her name and if she is really the store manager). She was so rude to us she didn’t even think twice before saying you can’t keep all the shoes here. I told her very clearly we are not the one who left the shoes they were here before we came, I was also trying to help her put things away and she is giving me attitude. She wants to remove the shoes which we were trying on .I asked her if she would mind if we try the shoes before she takes them away. She just rushed mumbling something with anger. We bought two shoes after trying trying 10 - 15 shoes. She couldn’t handle that. Rack store employees who work there need to understand customers visit store to try the right size and pick the one they like, If I just have to grab something with out trying I could go online I don’t have to go to a store. Rack should be careful, they will loose lot of business if the employees are not kind to their customers. Will I go back to this store no I wouldn’t. At least not at this location.

Saturday the 16th, so I visited 3 days ago. Soon I was planning to enter Korea, so I bought 8 pairs of shoes as a gift for my family. I couldnt ask because there was a lot of rain. Is it a store where VAT is refunded? If possible, is it possible to return with a receipt?

My luck as usual - my shoe size was mostly out of stock.

The selection leaves a bit to be desired, and the prices are no different than a regular shoe store with store wide sales, but there may be diamonds in the rust.
