Their customer service is always great.

Not the worst service for a construction supply store but theres definitely room for improvement. I like that its usually a fast in and out, but when its not, it definitely takes a while to be taken care of. To be fair, the handful of times I have had to wait a long time, its because the people making purchases are doing phone payments or something similar.

Called 5 times to ask a question and all 5 times got hung up in face no customer service at all
