AWESOME APPLLES!!! CHOCOLATE COVERED GREATNESS is what this place is! This place is the first place we seek and find, then indulge in my Families favorite chocolate covered apples! And almonds, strawberries, chocolate turtle bear claws...etc. Just find chocolate everything!

The woman working today, Tu. Sept. 1, was incredible. She was so friendly and kind and the chocolate was sublime. I will return every time I can and I am near the area!

Great customer service. Accommodated special order for holiday events. Even more of an amazing selection in the store with new creative and delicious seasonal offerings created by talented staff!

Update- the franchise owner contacted me and apologized. She will be coaching her team for better customer service. It is nice to hear from a business owner that cares.Went out of my way to get a great. Arrived at 8:43 pm . They close at 9. They wouldnt open the doors. Poor customer service. Paying customer before closing should always be allowed in before posted hours.

I’m here at Rocky Mountain every chance I get... but unfortunately today I found a nice long strand of brown hair after biting into my chocolate covered strawberry. It shouldn’t have been missed at all.

Excellent product! I really like the orange cream filled chocolates. They also make great caramel and chocolate covered apples. There is one that is like a caramel apple pie.

Always the best service and products! Especially their sugar free chocolate.

Very poor customer service! I walked in to this store with my 6yo with only one other couple in the store and was not greeted. I was already put off by that but was encouraged to visit by a friend for their caramel apples do I stayed. Before making it to the apples section, I decided to view the different candies being that it was my first time in the store. I was never offered any assistance from either associate. I finally make it to the apples and inquired if they were completely out of the pecan apples as the space was empty. The young guy looked at me while scratching his chin then looked towards the older associate and we both waited before she decided to dryly answer that there should be some on the rack. She walked over, pointed them out to the guy and neither of them still had enough decency to ask if I wanted one! Needless to say I took my childs hand and left out without making a purchase.

These guys treat you like family. The best fudge ever.

Went to Allen outlets to shop which included Rocky Mountain. Realize it’s NYE, but closing at 3pm when rest of outlet is open until 6 is kinda silly. Have a sign saying “will be right back” handwritten sign didn’t help much. Might as well say “wewanna leave early” thmppppp

I love the selection and if you need to place an order they fill it very quickly. It just smells like heaven when you walk in.

The store just relocated to the Food Court in the Allen Premium Outlets. Its now in suite 164A and still has all of the premium chocolates, caramel apples, homemade fudge and lots of other treats.

Place was closed at least 5 minutes before 9PM. I tried the doors and they were locked. That’s a shame because I was planning to buy at least 4-5 apples. I know to avoid this location in the future if it’s too close to closing time.
