Lauren (Im 99% sure that was her name) was cheerful and helpful with our odd decoration request for my grandsons birthday cookie. It was ready when we returned from lunch. The cookie and frosting was great. Im glad I came into the store. I got some great ideas for appreciation gifts.

Rude staff. I asked whether the cookies taste better when warmed and she gives a weird expression. Has a bad attitude. Tried the blueberry, chocochip, peanut butter, chewy pecan, double fudge and macadamia cookies. Pecan tasted horrible. All the cookies were soft like cake. Was not worth tasting or visiting.

All the girls there are Awesome. They make sure to tell you the specials.

Requested customized drum art on large birthday cookie. Nichole created the design far better than I could have imagined. She also had it ready to go faster than expected. This mom is very appreciative - you made my sons birthday extra special, thank you GACC Allen!

Cookies make everyone smile and it’s even better when the staff making/selling them is bubbly. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff, Melaka, Seth, and Aiden. Their friendly jovial smiles were so warm and made me feel as though we knew each other for years. They kindly served me and sold me on so many cookie flavors. I appreciated their great customer service and will most definitely come back and recommend to others. Keep up the great work guys!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. If you read all the reviews before me the common problem is RACHEL W. Didnt greet us upon walking in. Was a jerk about my birthday coupon from another state. She could have used a better tone with me. Didnt say thank you after the purchase. Very cold to us the entire time we were there. If you dont like people or your job, go find something else. Definitely going to contact corporate but others in the reviews have too and nothing had changed. We only choose this location because our is now the closest to us instead of going to Stonebriar mall.

I came in yesterday to get my sons cookie cake I ordered on 10/23. I was the only customer there, when the manager, Rachel, saw me walked in, did not even said hello, totally ignored my presence (until I tried to get her attention. I told her that Im there to pick up my order and I guess she did not hear me and said in a rude way what? with a grim on her face. I felt treated like a second class citizen and disrespected. If it wasnt my sons birthday, I would have not gotten that cake at all.

Received a stale pan cookie cake for my daughters. Despite the fact that I called and requested to speak with a manager Rachel was no help at all. Very rude and not even apologetic about ruining my daughters birthday as everyone was literally in the restroom after attempting to eat this stale cookie. Shop needs a new manager with better customer service. Someone who is attentive and ensuring fresh product goes out the door. I called corporate but have yet to receive a return call. Poor, poor customer service and product at this location.

Great service. Great taste

After waiting several minutes for an employee to appear a lady finally emerged from the back with a scowl on her face and stood there staring at my 8 year old son in disgust. I prompted my son to tell her what he’d like and the employee seemed so put out to be dealing with us. Her facial expression and body language was sheer disdain. I told her “never mind” and we left. She gave us a evil grin as we walked out. Then I went to the grocery store and bought cookies and baked them for my son myself. We won’t be back.

I went in there the other nday and aidan took my order. lil dude helped a lot and was super cool. ima definitely come back and get more cookies

The product has increasingly been getting worse. I go in there get a slice of cookie cake every time it is not fresh and the slices get thinner and thinner like I feel like I’m eatin a thin crisp and not a cookie! Such a disappointment. They need a new baker!

The staff member Racheal W (saw her name in the receipt) behaved very rude while getting our order. Not a friendly environment at all, wrong billing, not respectful, not tasty either. Definitely a NO GO place.

Went in to potentially purchase some cookies. I was making small talk with one of the employees while browsing the cookie selection and the manager Rachel Asked me if “I was going to buy something, and if not I needed to leave .” Very poor customer service and rude manager . Will not be back .
