This place is fantastic perfect customer service it was recommended to me by Signarama Plano Spring Creek/Avenue K. Im so thankful they did. They were so patient with me and we made things work they were very flexible. I previously went other places who wanted me to do everything online but then didnt respond. Definitely will always pick Big Frog just because they saved me when I was in dire need and everyone else turned my back or gave me a 14 business day window. Other places hung up on me didnt respond to emails which they asked me to send them 2 days previous. I dont think anywhere else could have made my Kindergarten Girls basketball team jersey with this level of quality and detail. They are passionate about what they do! Im so happy about the speed in which they did it also! Not saying they can do it in 1 day for everyone but thats much better than 14 business days yes business days. Or telling me 10 days without even hearing what Im trying to do. I did bring a lot of material so they were able to work with me. Other companies were so dismissive and then Big Frog was just compassionate.

When I arrived to the store there was music playing and everything but there was no employees there. I was there for over 10mins by myself. It was very odd and uncomfortable. I guess the last employee there just left and then somebody showed up over 10mins later. But otherwise the t-shirt turned out perfect. I know if I was the owner I would want to know if my store was left alone and unattended. Honestly anybody could have walked and stollen stuff.

Had a great experience at the Highland Village location however this location lacked customer service. I understand there are shortages but the unwillingness to assist in lookup or alternatives to out of stock items was disappointing. I wish this location all the best but training staff to welcome customers or simply answer general questions is due.
