Made two purchases back to back. Second purchase they required I provide proof of identification. My previously legitimate purchase prior was not enough. Once I showed that they approved and shipped my first purchase the concurred and stated they were in error and that it would be shipped. A day later it was canceled. When I approached them again they started to put me through the whole cycle we just went through. Also the “pristine” phone I did receive is not pristine. Never again.

Pictures also show the IMEI which helps getting all the exact detailed specs of the device.Get texts and emails along the order process which is great, and a video of the actual devices packaging.Customer service is very responsive and helpful with any issues - at least with questions I encountered.

I purchased a iPhone XR refurbished and after I got it opened in another country realized the camera was jittery. Dont know what quality control process they use but the camera is a pretty important feature of an iPhone and this video and camera is not functioning properly.

This video can also serve as a clear evidence that should the Device arrive damaged it’s due to the Shipping Company.Also the pricing for there Phones is comparable with listings you find on Craigslist, OfferUp and Marketplace only difference is that Phones from UpTrade come with a warranty plus there are no bad Surprises. They are more trustworthy than an actual Apple Store as I was sold a bend IPad Pro in 2018 at an Apple Resale Store which was not even an accidental oversight from there side because I clearly pointed out that I wasn’t aware that the new iPads had a curved Screen which really should have been a red Flag for the Sales Person. UpTrade has questionable grading and difficult processes for returning bad products. I recommend going elsewhere. I ordered a phone that was purported to be in Very Good condition. When I got it, it was significantly chipped on the corner. I took it to AT&T and they said that was a damaged phone and would not pass the test in terms of normal wear and tear - much less be in very good condition. After searching around on how to return the phone, I printed the ship back for free label and sent it in. The US Post Office sent it back to me indicating Uptrade did not include enough postage in their shipping label. I took it to the post office in the exact same packing it came in and had them weigh it and they told me the printed label was 75 cents short of the postage needed. After all that, I was finally able to send it in. I will give credit to UpTrade for processing the return fairly quickly but way too much hassle to get to that part. Given the grade inflation and not including enough postage in their free returns, I would suggest purchasing a used phone elsewhere.

I did some online research to make sure they were legit. and once I was satisfied, I started looking at phones, as the price for many new phones is crazy! I decided on the S10e, which is more than adequate for my needs. I chose a phone that was listed as Pristine, and nearly flawless; I beg to differ......I think the phone is totally flawless!!! Im very happy with my purchase, and it was kind of a kick to see the video I was sent of my phone being boxed, and the shipping label applied. The next time Im in need of a new phone, Up Trade will be the first place I visit!

I ordered an iPhone 8 from Up Trade Technologies. I had an old iPod Touch with 32GB, with the battery giving out. I decided to replace with iPhone 8 with 256GB of storage. It was in great condition and I have used it to take photos and store my music. I am very happy with the purchase and would do business with them again.

The phone I purchased became a danger as the battery expanded and was soon to explode, so i had to throw it away. Didn’t want to return it because it could have exploded in the mail.

Phone was shipped quickly but not packaged real well. It was obvious the phone had plenty of room to move around in the box. The phone was received in good condition except the speakers did not work correctly. The site did not mention any issues with the speakers so I am not sure if the issue was caused by shipping or just missed by the site.

At this time 3 month later we have not had any problems with the phones. I bought the phones at good prices and had good service when doing so
