Great store, horrible customer service from the only worker on site. October 7th around 2 pm i stepped in the store with 2 friends, they where visiting from out of country and wanted to buy a couple things to take back home, i live in Dallas and am the owner to my own business. We where to purchase some hats and baseball shirts; to start i to the stick to reach a shirt and he asked me to put back which I totally understand and respectfully apologized. Wont describe situation word by word as there is always 2 sides of story but as a business owner one of the most important things should be customer service and this dude is rude, even talks back, argues has no class. Some customers think that just because theyre customers they can bug employees in my case I fairly know we all work to pay our bills and make it through life but this dude just needs to understand he needs to be a bit more polite and responsible when representing the store by taking pride and having a better attitude.

Cant answer the phone, tells me they must be so busy they dont need the sales . Just stop shopping at lids in general.

I called the number listed twice (recorded video on the 2nd attempt). On the first attempt, after a minute of ringing, I was hung up on. On the 2nd attempt, the call rang for 2 minutes until I got the fast busy tone. This is horrible!

Very fast service ! The guy was really helpful in helping me pick out the perfect hats for my husband

No customer service! Walked on and wasnt offered any help or any deals. Associate was busy on his phone. I will take my business else where .
