I have been using this distributer for several years. The management and inventory are very good. They are always my first choice for my needs.

The store seems to have a good inventory and good selection, but they need to make very clear on their site that they don’t sell to the general public. They make that very clear at the store with rude and dismissive behavior.I was alone in the store and was informed by 3 associates standing behind the counter that they couldn’t sell me a part. Then, when I asked if they knew where I could get one, they all told me they didn’t know and walked away.Fortunately, a very kind HVAC specialist came in and told me, in 20 seconds, what I needed and where to get it.If you are a homeowner, don’t waste your time in going here.

Friendly staff that are always willing to help get me the wholesale parts I need.NOTE: This is a wholesale HVAC distributor. Dont expect to be able to walk in and purchase parts with the proper license and certification.

Excellent service from the guys here. Very funny sense of humor as well. Got me what I needed and handled my issues promptly and with a friendly attitude. Didnt catch their names because I rushed to leave for a job but the guys scheduled to work today around 11AM were awesome
