Drove two hours to come here. They made me a new hose because the one we needed is no longer available. THEY MADE A HOSE! no one else before would help me. These guys went above and beyond. Im so grateful and impressed by them. I will make a point to give them my business all the time now.

Have used them for 10 years paid all kinds of money been a faithful customer. Call this year for cleaning as I do every year told them that whenever they could fit me in. Said that they will not be able to do it this year. Thanks for the loyalty I guess it was just one way

We purchased a 24 Round above ground pool. We love it. The experience around the purchase was excellent. Kyle, the manager, is very knowledgeable. Every question I posed he had a solid and clear answer. He didnt push upgrades on me. He explained the benefit and let me make the decision based on my needs. It is hard to find honest sales folks these days and Crown Pools is a place you can find them.I installed the pool myself over a weekend and on Sunday we found that 2 support pieces were missing from the sealed box. This was not a fault of Crown Pools as these pieces were missing from the factory. I contacted Kyle and he immediately started finding the parts at other stores and got them to me early the next morning. This helped save me money by not having to extend my equipment rental. Crown Pools really cares about their customers especially after the sale.If you are in the market for a new pool or need to maintain your current pool, I highly recommend Crown Pools in Allen, TX.

I was very pleased with how I was treated inside of Crown Pools. Their service was PHENOMENAL. One young woman in particular was extremely helpful. She helped me find the right chemicals for my pool, as well as recommended a few others that may be good if the first options didnt seem suitaband so far they have worked great. My pool has remained remarkably clear over this quarantine with little maintenance to it. She also helped me carry my purchases into my vehicle. If I remember correctly her name was Kylie.

I’m very pleased with how this establishment is run. Both the management and other store associates were extremely helpful. I was looking to have a pool installed and Shawn, one of the associates, helped walk me through and answered all my questions with ease. He then also referred me to speak with the Manager Brittany to help solidify and clarify the whole process even more. Not only are the employees knowledgeable, they were also very deliberate with all the information given.

As a business owner myself, I know people are very quick to fire of negative feedback, but not as easily motivated to relate a great experience. Crown Pools delivered that great experience to me. My wife and I needed to replace our large above ground pool, so we went shopping around. Crown Pools, both Allen and Dallas stores, provided excellent customer service from the young salesman, Braxton, through the actual company owner helping to load my pool into my truck. I didn’t even realize he was the owner until I was about to leave and another employee told me. Hardworking, honest and nice people who gave outstanding service. Thanks for providing the example of what every business should strive for.

Since new management took over the Allen location a couple of months ago, we no longer will be a customer (we have been a happy customer of this location for 17 years). The new manager and one particular clerk have been rude, unprofessional and sold us chemicals which we did not need. After trying to return an unopened bottle of enzyme chemical (which was not needed), I was told by the clerk with his hands raised in the air I will not take that back and that it is state law we cannot give refunds on chemicals. I soon found out that this is their company policy not state law. Furthermore this policy was not posted at the register, anywhere in the store or on the receipt. I was told this has changed and this policy has now been posted during this past week. Unfortunately, as long as this current manager and clerk are at this location, we will not return. I have never been treated like a criminal in a retail establishment and I was treated as such on October 10, 2020. I have spoken with the owner and made him aware.

Absolutely the worst service after the sale ever. I had my pool installed last Saturday and the installation was professionally done by a contractor Crown Pools recommended. Problem is our salt system is still not operational because Crown Pools never kept the appointment they made with us to complete that installation. So it’s been 5 days and I have zero chlorine in my pool. If it were the Intex pools I had been buying we would be swimming by now. Nothing like taking our money, paid in full prior to the installation, and running.UPDATE: Crown Pools sent a tech out today as per their response. The service was AWESOME! This was absolutely what we were missing. The tech checked our chemistry, adjusted as needed, installed the salt cell, walked me through the nuances of the entire system, and many other things. Very much appreciated.

Literally drove almost an hour to this store and left dissapointed !! Came in to inquire about pool prices and the gentleman just took us outside and opened a binder for us to look at??!! Didnt even try to sell a pool to us .... we asked what was included with pricing literally pointed at the binder again ??!! Like wow really ?? And told us if we wanted more info to send email to district manager with measurements and pictures .... well taking my money somewhere else 👋

This store and the people are the worst. Been here 3 times and each time I’ve had issues.1st time wanted water tested. Brought a whole cup of water. They ran test incorrectly and threw out the rest of the water so they had no more water to test and I was asked to go and get more (and I live in McKinney) 2nd time their machine “wasn’t working”.Today I came in before 6 pm and they had already closed. They were inside and they could see me. I kept pointing to my watch letting them know it was not 6 pm but they didn’t care. They never came to acknowledge me. Also staff is mainly young kids that don’t know anything about what they are selling. Sad to say I have never had a pleasant experience there.

The New Hot Tub by our pool looks just as amazing as the pool done. I am just so pleased with your finished work. I have told every family and friend who came around about you guys. I truly believe you deserve it. 5 stars and thumbs up too.

After shopping here for about 4-years to buy all of my pool chemicals and parts, I have to say that the customer service at this store continues to go down hill. In my most recent experience, Crown was unable to repair a pool cleaner that I purchased from them, keeping it for many months to “order parts” and really giving no apology or not offering any other option to resolve the situation. This is disappointing after all the money and loyalty I have shown them over the years.Customer focus and service needs to improve ASAP, else its not any different than the competitor down the street. I cant speak for any Pool or Spas sold by Crown since Ive never bought these products but I certainly hope management understands how the lack of service and customer focus in their store would impact future sales caused by customer experiences like mine.

I have used many many different contractors to fix my pool in the past. Thus far I have found this company to be the most knowledgeable and reliable. I’ll be definitely using them in the future.

I love my above ground pool. We had it installed this spring. The 24ft round fits perfect in our back yard. Staff is friendly. They tried to sell me on pristine blue, but, is a money pit, I use chlorine like my previous pools.

My family and I had a wonderful experience building our beautiful in-ground pool with Crown Pools. We looked at many different companies but felt like Crown was the best value and would get more personal attention to detail with Brandon. He spent hours helping to design our vision and was with us every step of the way, even up to today, a year later. Our pool has been trouble free and now we use Crowns pool service who has been wonderful also. Everyone always comments how clean our pool is. I continue to recommend Crown for a great trouble free experience.

It’s not often that you find people who go above and beyond in regards to customer service. I recently bought a pool from Kyle (the manager) that was installed about 1 month ago. Long story short, there was a complication (plumbing vs liner) and he personally handled it. He took the time to listen and alleviate my concerns and frustrations, helped with chemical balancing (I’m a novice) and problem shooting. He is extremely knowledgeable, sincere, and truly cares about his customers!

I would not recommend this company at all.Every single thing they tell you they will do, they won’t do.They ripped my parents off badly on their pool. The work is not good and they never can get anything done.The owners seem to be very broke and always come across as desperate. I told my parents to not work with a company who has no ability to pay for anything and that you have to pay in advance.

I wouldn’t leave a comment today after making a $140 - 2 minute purchase at this store, if the manager didn’t tell to my face that next time he would not help me and I have to keep waiting in line. No sir, there will be no next time! And I have waited in line. He needs to improve his store management skills. When you have 1 or 2 minute purchase customers and some 15 minute water testing customers in line, sir, you need to be flexible and find ways to help the quick ones instead of just letting them wait. I wouldn’t say “excuse me, could you help...?” either if other customers didn’t walk in the store and just walked pass me as if I was not standing right there.I know it was my fault, .... that I spent money at the wrong store.

I came in and asked about replacing a backwash valve. They could have sold me the entire fixture, but pulled out a parts book and walked me through the necessary part, and only sold me what I needed. I have never returned to the areas large chain, and opt to shop with honest folks that have integrity.

We bought our first above ground 16x32 pool from this store back in 1999. We do all pool maintenance ourselves. Although our early experiences using Baquacil became increasing problematic over a 6 year period, after we moved to conventional chlorine, it was much easier and less expensive. A couple years later, the store manager (Talbot) introduced us to Supreme Startup. It turned pool maintenance into a simple task because our water remains crystal clear. Our liner finally failed after 12 years, so we let the water slowly leak out for over a month without adding any chlorine or circulating it. We were surprised that it took almost 2 months before the water showed signs of algae or green tint and this was during the heat of the summer months!! We call Supreme Startup the pools drug of choice since our pool is now hooked because it is nothing short of magic. Their staff always gives us great pool advice and offers free chemical testing. I heartily recommend this store.

Great place and the customer service is excellent

Crown Pools saved our 4th of July. We had been fighting issues with our pool for months with no end in site. Two days before the 4th, Talbot the store manager, came to our house to try and help. He was there till almost 9 pm and diagnosed all the problems we were having. He also taught me several things about the pool and the salt water system that no one had bothered to before. He setup a vacuum curew to come clean up the bottom the next day. After dealing with similar issues for two years, we will never use another company.

Drove 65 miles for part they said they had and didnt.
