Absolutely terrible customer service! Went in with my girlfriend to look around this past Sunday. She really liked one of the models, but decided to walk around first and look at other stores before she made the purchase. Came back 15 minutes before close and guess what? We were not let in, even though the woman at the door was the one that had showed us the watch and knew we were there to buy it. Super rude and even sprayed the door with disinfectant after we touched it. Never coming back.

Crystal has no business being a manager much less working in customer service! This morning I arrived to get two watch batteries replaced right at opening. She had an attitude from the moment she unlocked the store doors to let me in. After learning one battery would have a $10 charge I asked her to tell me the battery size and I would change it myself. She explained that the battery alone would cost me $10 so it was a good deal. I told her that is not always true and I’d like to look into it myself. She had an attitude that I asked her to check the size. Turns out I was right, I found size 321 batteries in a five pack for less than $6 on Amazon! Then we went onto the hybrid watch. She took the back off and looked for a battery. Then she turned around and said we don’t have this size in stock. I said okay and left. I went across the shopping center for another store and had a feeling something was not right. So I called fossil and asked if they had my battery size in stock before I come up there. Crystal was the one who answered. I asked if my size was in stock to which she immediately replied we have two in stock (remember she just got done looking for me not even 5 minutes before the call). I said great. After finishing my visit at the other store I went back to fossil. I was greeted a little friendlier this time but when I told her I was the one who called her attitude came right back out. She then went looking again and couldn’t find the size even though she had looked 10 minutes prior and answered the phone call made between visits telling me there were two in stock! Lies lies lies. Waiting for the store manager (Joaquin) to reply to my email to speak with him.

Good selection of merchandise, but no one ever came to ask if I needed help or wanted anything. 10 minutes, and ready to buy, just bought online instead. Not coming back to this store.

I went in with several different questions about my fossil watches and also needed batteries changed and Crystal was amazing! She took her time while also being attentive to other customers. I highly recommend this location!

I went once and they by chance had a fantastic sale: $249 watches marked down to $89. The staff was very knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. Because it’s an outlet store, many of their watches are models that you cannot buy online. It’s definitely a location that’s worth browsing through.

Extremely rude store people . They’re not show any watches and ask us to look online . If they wants us to look online why they have a physical store . Such a waste of time . Better to visit watch station instead of fossil .

I am so appreciative of the level of customer service that was offered to my husband and I today as we shopped for anniversary presents for one another. I wished I could remember the names of the two associates that helped us. After a not so great experience with an online order from Fossil, they completely turned it around for us! I saw some watches online that were $59, I went to the Allen Outlet reluctantly thinking that they werent going to have it or that the price was only good online. I was quickly greeted by Kristen, I asked her about the deal and she said it was good here. She showed me the one I was looking for and another one in rose gold(which looked much better). She definitely helped me with engraving when asked and answered all my questions. definitely would come back to the store again

I have always had good experiences at fossil stores and I have taken watches to get the battery changed several times for free at other locations like the North Park fossil. However, this store charges a fee for changing the battery. They would rather lose a prospective client than just being courteous and change the battery for free. I’ll keep taking my business somewhere else.

I really like this store and the help I get when I go I go-to this store to window shop but usually find a great deal. Rashee was a great help today. I got what I was looking for and the price was what was advertised. They said they would even do price match, and they did. Was very pleased.

Recently purchased a GEN three smart watch from this location, really enjoyed my experience. They had to order in the color that I wanted, and gave me a call as soon as it was available. The transaction was easy and painless, and they even offered to set up the app for me, and adjusted the watch band before I left. I worked with three different individuals during my two trips to the store, and all were pleasant to work with. Would recommend this location, as it seems they have great deals on outlet fossil watches.

I went into the Fossil store for replacement batteries, and left after having a delightful interaction with the staff. Both Krystin (Store Mgr.), and Fatima, were knowledgeable about current styles, and historical/past favorites. Krystin, not only replaced the watch batteries, but she also submitted a repair request for one of my damaged watches. In addition to the reasonable cost, the repaired watch arrived within the advised timeframe, and is as good as new. In lieu of living a good distance from their location, I’ll be a returning customer. Their service was top notch; thank you, Ladies!

Super helpful! I was at the stonebrair location where they refused to change the battery on my Michael Kohrs watch, I called this location and the immediately offered to change it an comp’d the fee. So greatful for this that I purchased a new hybrid watch while there. Both women working were extremely helpful and made sure my new watch was set up before I left. On Black Friday, Thursday 22nd, 2018 between 9pm and 10pm. I was standing in a line waiting with my wife and my friends to get into the store. There was a lady that was sitting on a chair at the front door pretending that she was organizing the line to the entrance and was very disrespectful and rude with us I don’t think she is well trained.she wanted to kick us out of the line because my friends went shopping while we were waiting in the line then they join us. But they were in the line at the beginning, even though we explain to her that they were with us before that we approached the entrance but she was not comprehensive or professional. She thinks that she owes the store but fossil is a big international company. She needs to be properly trained in customer service and learn how to talk with people. I will not be returning to that store ever because of the disrespect I was shown.

Fossil Outlet store is a great place to shop for reduced-price Fossil products. The most outlet stores seem to have out-of-date merchandise I dont believe this is true at the Fossil outlet store.

Im a big fan of fossil products and always check out fossil stores in any mall i visit. This ones a small store with very limited collection and i saw rarely any great deals in spite of being a factory outlet. They need to improve on variety and discounts.

Went to the store to pick up an online order in the Stonbriar store in Frisco, Tx that was paid for online. Online it stated the watch was in stock and when I got to the store they did not have it and wanted to upsell me to the Gen 4. I ordered/paid for a gen 3 which the web sight said was in stock, but the store did not have. Can you say bait and switch. So they called the other store in Allen Texas and they were holding the watch I wanted and another we we purchasing for a friend. When we got to the Allen store they said they only had one of the watches they were supposed to have. When I told the sales person we would just order online she told me they were out of stock. This has been the worst shopping experience ever spending close to $400. Buyer beware shopping for a Fossil watch and expects run around in the store.

On December 10th I was gifted a Gen2 smart watch. I was so excited but when I opened the box there was a defect, the sealent around the watchface was coming off. So I took it back to be replaced. I had both the receipt and a gift receipt. Now let me tell you that I use to work for this company and I know it wasnt the sales persons fault, things happen. I didnt go in there with an attitude. I wasnt trying to get a refund, I just wanted a working watch. The young man who helped me was awful. At first he told me that it was a cosmetic issue and the warranty didnt cover it. Then he told me that he could see scratches on the watch and I must of hit it causing the sealant come out. I told him this was bought on the 8th and it was only the 13th. I told him I only wore it one day and noticed the issue. He said you can tell its been worn because of the band. That seems like a concern for the product wasting so quick dont you think? He didnt want to do anything until I told him I use to work for fossils corporate and I know that this is a manufacture malfunction. Thats when he decided to replace it. He replaced it with a used watch that was returned for not charging. I couldnt believe this kind of customer service. I couldnt believe that a company I use to work for and knew customer service was a major key for them would have an employee like this. I went to the fossil at North Park in Dallas and they did an amazing job fixing this locations problem.
