This store along with other stores within the DFW were amazing when it came to Warranty service for my leather Carry-on. I wanted to especially give a HUGE shout-out to Alec at the Allen Premium Outlet store. He went way above and beyond the call of duty to meet my repair need. Oh my god what happened to the team that was here when this location first opened up. They were so friendly, helpful, and I loved coming in. I believe the first three years I spent around $5000. I went in this Sunday and the two people that worked Were very rude and kept talking with each other. Did not want to help me. There was a bald guy with glasses and the old lady. I can tell Tumi that I will never return to this location.

Horrible customer service!!! My wife and I went into the store today to purchase multiple new suitcases and instead of being greeted when we walked in the two associates ignored us even though we were the only people besides them in the store. We had to call them over to us because we had questions about the bag and still took barely responded to us. Decided to leave the store and not purchase any items at all will be going to a different TUMI store, I suggest you do as well!!

Be aware that Emily Watts and John Smith are not real people/reviews. See John Smiths other reviews to see a response from Pioneer automotive proving hes a fake. Alec is a great guy and I have several Tumi items that have lasted for years and when I had a problem with a zipper while living 1,000 miles from Dallas Alec directed me to a Tumi store in my area and called them ahead of my visit. It was fixed within days.

Location stinks. Nightmare parking. Service was good, but nightmare parking, having to walk a mile from the genius parking lot a mile away, tons of weirdos in this outlet mall makes me want to pay an extra $100. Hard to get excited about $100 off a $600 bag that probably cost $10 from China. Plus, newer models are still horribly overpriced, even at this outlet. Stay away on weekends!

Tumi provides some of the finest travel gear available. Great quality and design well beyond the standard.

Shame on Tumi. I’ve received terrible service from Alec. I was there early this week and Alec acted like I was not even there. After purchasing a bag two months ago it was already falling apart. I wanted advice on what to do. He seemed uncaring and to busy for a customer that needed help. Will not be going back to Allen Outlet Tumi.

Employees were extremely rude when I tried to return an item. Tried to convince us that it couldnt be exchanged without a receipt. It was a gift, so I did not have the receipt. Had to argue with them to allow me to return it for store credit...which I will use at another store!
