Service tech told me I needed to change my Oxygenator filter every three months but didn’t leave me any filters, saying I had to call & ask for a service call - then he took my bad Oxygenator & left me a new one that sounds like a diesel powered generator compared to my older one.Also he handled my nasal cánula without washing his hands. Yuck! Might be spreading diseases. Find a different company. Notifying my health insurer to not pay them.
We have always ordered prodigy test strips from this store and have always had a good experience. My wife forgot to order refills on time and explained to the lady we spoke with that she sometimes runs out of strips. The store associate was very accommodating, she asked about how often I test and calculated how much supplies she needs each month. She offered to put our order on a schedule to make sure my wife never runs out of her testing supplies and then placed an order. The order was made last week Tuesday evening and we were told that delivery was likely going to take 5 to 7 days. To our surprise, we got the order on Thursday of the same week, in about 2 days! My wife was super happy about getting her test strips early because she was almost out of supplies. I highly recommend this store:-)
We called and asked about available knee scooters. We were informed that they had availability did I want to rent for a week or a month. I asked for a week; sometimes as a disabled veteran things can move slowly in the VA system and I really needed one for events happening this weekend. They said yea sure and began taking my information for the rental. When I provided my address for delivery she stated it would be at fee because I live outside their delivery area. I asked how much, she put me on hold came back and said 10 dollars I said no problem. Then she told me she could not do a week rental I would have to rent for the month, knowing I already said I do not need a months rental because I expected to get one next week through the VA. Finally she told they did not have any available any longer and hung up.This is a medical supply company, it’s one thing to turn me down because you won’t deliver to my address or don’t have the knee scooter but when you tell me the feed and I agree and then you lie and tell me you don’t have a knee scooter anymore, well that is just disrespectful and bad business. Attempted to call this company back led directly to voicemail.A couple of things to note if you are calling them. They are not in office and do not allow pick up, delivery only and only to Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Plano areas which is not listed on their site.Personally there are plenty of other medical supply stores out there, choose a different one for your needs to protect against any fraud or lies!
