This is the 3rd time in less than 2 months that Ive been told that they dont have the paint that I need. I typically dont write these reviews but its a bit frustrating to go into a paint store and be told they dont have paint. I can understand once, maybe even twice, but three times theres clearly a problem that needs to get fixed. I shouldnt have to travel to different locations to get what need.

Customer service was awful here. Asked about paint and they stalled for twenty minutes and eventually told us they had no paint in any of the lusters we wanted even though they told us they did when we came in. Very unknowledgable employees with awful customer service.

I was very impressed how perfectly the sales consultant matches the color that I needed. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the products they are selling.

Love Sherwin Williams paint, but this store has been out of paint two out of three times I have been there. Its like going to KFC and they say theyre out of chicken! The clerk suggested I go to another store 5 minutes away. When I questioned wouldnt my color mix vary, they said yes, so then he suggested I go pick up the paint and bring it back to them to mix. I decided to wait until the following day to come back and pick it up when the paint came in but paid for it ( sale was ending), then in full. The clerk wouldnt add my color choice to make the order and have it ready for me, so now Ill have to wait in line again.

I came in because the touch up paint our builder left was running low. I was greeted by Jesse and told him what I needed. He asked who my builder was and confirmed the paint color. Jesse knew which paint I needed and sure enough it matches perfectly! The whole process was extremely quick and easy.

Slow. slow. slow. Walked in to get some help and saw two employees doing nothing while one was working hard to get things done. When the guy who was actually working hard finally helped me, they didn’t have what I needed. While he was helping me, some guy in a nicer polo black shirt, who looked either like a manager or an owner just stood there and watched our conversation. Very awkward to speak and very annoying. There was also someone else in line behind me he could’ve been helping, instead he just stood there. The service was extremely slow. Would definitely find another store to go to next time.

It’s the worst sherwin Williams store I have ever been to. I would rather go to the one in Plano than here however it’s just five minutes away from me. The customer service is so bad, the people there are not knowledgeable nor do they even try.

Very unhelpful. Was lead wrong on type of sheen for project, apparently SW Satin is same as Eggshell. That makes no sense, and when someone tells you, the paint experts, the project you are painting are interior shutters, doors, trim, etc., that would be good information to share. Have no problem with any other manufacturer’s Satin. Now stuck with 5 gallons of paint I can’t use. Lost my business.

The staff were all wearing masks. There were signs on the floor for 6ft distancing. Very efficient - friendly.

Many things are overpriced here compared to other Sherwin Williams locations. We have a commerical account and visit many Sherwin Williams locations. I had a feeling when I painted my own house in Allen but didnt care enough to check. I finally realized when a bucket of xylene was priced ~$50 more than other Sherwin Williams locations. $129 vs $74.99 for 5 gallons.

This is our go to paint place now. Jesse is really knowledgeable and helpful. We re-painted our living room and the paint recommended by Jesse was great and went on easily with great coverage. One of the best parts was the price of paint was cheaper than the Sherman Williams paint the Lowes sells. The paint was a better quality too.

More employees with less of a wait time. Dont get me wrong, the 2 guys working were remarkable with their tag team style. But there were always at least 3 people waiting behind the customers that were being helped.

The person at the counter was very helpful helping me track down a paint color that was purchased by Certa Pro on a job they did for me more than 6 years ago. He was very persistent and was able to find the color. He was very nice and patient and was able to serve other customers while searching and preparing my order.

I went to pick out paint samples but no o e said hi to me

The folks there are really helpful and seem to know their stuff. The paint products are easy to apply and lower odor than other products. The sample sized quarts are a bargain if you are struggling to decide on color.

They were very helpful and I brought a paint bucket that needed to mix & they did. Needed another gallon of the same color. The codes were changed and he updated the current code on the old gallon of paint.

Staff was able to match my paint color perfectly, so I didnt need to paint entire room for minor touchup

The new management team is very professional and they are always so nice. Store looks great now and they always carry my paint to the car! This will definitely be my home store!

This store is top notch. The men who run it were knowledgable, attentive, and busy! At the same time the store looked great - clean and well stocked.

All the paint is good

I live in Auburn Springs in Allen, Tx and we needed to have a paint sample matched, home Depot couldnt do it, Sherwin Williams matched it perfectly, all of our neighbors now know to use Sherwin Williams.

The personelle there are extremely polite and knowledgeable. Given that I don’t paint often, I had tons of questions which the representative answered very kindly and was very thorough.
