Ms. Ellis was friendly and knowledgeable. I took my vacuum cleaner to another shop that told me my machine could not be repaired, and if they could find the parts; it would be too expensive to fix. I took it here and Ms. Ellis looked at it and diagnosed the problem immediately. In 10 minutes it was fixed, all it needed was a new cord. I will not go anywhere else, if you have an issue with your Electrolux, this is the place to go.
For the third time in twenty years, three different vacuums, I was turned down for repairs even though the sign says all makes and models. This time, I took my Shark vacuum in for repairs and was told it couldnt be fixed, they didnt know anyone who could fix it, that it was a cheap machine and thats what you get. I paid about $200 for this vacuum about a year ago. Does this place fix anyones vacuum?
