Went there to get my company truck serviced. Because its a diesel they had to run it down the road to change the oil. Other than that the service is good. Oil change and tire rotation, in and out.
I still remember back in 1992 when I was 9 years old and Rothrock Dodge for their very first Dodge Viper RT/10 and I idolized that car. I used to come to their dealership and stare through the window at that car in the center of the dealership. One of the salesmen noticed me staring at it and invited me in to take a closer look. I dont remember the name of that salesman, but I remember how welcoming and friendly the staff were to me and thats something Ill never forget. Im really happy to see that Rothrock is still open for business!
Good experience with Rothrock Motors. Wes was very helpful and new everything about the car we were interested in as well as the financing options available to us. Im writing this review on behalf of my sister. It Baffles me Im here visiting my sister on vacation and she has to take out time to bring a newly purchased only 2 payments in having to bring a vehicle back in less than a week. My sister a lady whose handicap who has a leg stimulator a mobile heart monitor who had a mini stroke on last evening after discovering warning lights flashing across the dash and now having to carve out more time out of our bonding time to come and sit in a dealership to have service done on a new car. I am a journalist from the dc area who had friends working at the local Station whom I will be putting a call into as we drive 48 miles yo this dealership

By far the worst car buying experience I’ve had. I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle and it’s given me multiple issues. The worst part is the service is TERRIBLE! They never answer the phone, never call back, and when I have gone in (since they don’t answer) they are very rude. F this place.
Wait time was over 3 hours! Every mechanic was on lunch break. Front service was also extremely rude and dismissive. Definitely not going back despite purchasing two of my vehicles with them 🤔. Poor customer service!
I got a lot done just by driving in the service bay! Oil change, wiper fix, inspection and recall work. No problem at all!
Tommy was GREAT!! He helped us get into two new cars and made sure our payments were within the price range we had requested. It was a long day there but Tommy was great, he made us feel comfortable showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. I must say that this was our best car shopping experience ever. Tommy was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Tommy delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. Ive been here for 2 hours and only came for an oil change through their EXPRESS Maintenance it was like this my last visit .I think they need to be a little more efficient and quicker .
I went to purchase a 2017 black Hyundai Sonata limited. It had about 50k on it. I asked for a carfax they refused and insisted that autocheck was just as good. I decided to pay the $40 myself for the carfax. Turns out the car they were trying to sell me was in an accident. Yup an accident that they knew about and tried to hide from me. I couldnt even get the manager to look me in the eye afterwards. Its going to be my mission to take this up with corporate. Ive never been to a dealership that doesnt take some pride in how they do business. Once they got caught I didnt even get an apology or at least an attempt at keeping my business. Stay away folks!!!!

I initially called and left a message 4 times before anyone called me back. I spoke with service who stated they would look into my issue but never called back. They thought it was an issue that couldnt be fixed but I resolved the problem in minutes with another dealer. I called one last time and was recommended to leave a message however I assumed they dont need business because I had been reaching out to them for 2 weeks. Really poor service!

Recently bought my Jeep through Rothrock and sales consultant Brendan. The experience was positive. Brendan was very easy to work with on my Jeep order. I believe they gave me a fair price and treated me very well. The delivery of the vehicle was efficient, informative, and low pressure. I will consider them for my next purchase and recommend a visit if you are looking for a new vehicle.Jan update: I was in today for my first service and my prior positive experience turned sour. I had a 1:30 appt for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I waited for over 2.5 hours before my vehicle was complete. Almost 3 hours for a simple service just should not happen..unacceptable...especially when I made an appt.Dropped my star rating to 2 due to the lengthy service wait time and poor experience. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for service unless you have a half a day to wait.
Let me tell you about a GREAT experience I had with Rothrock Motors and Ed Long Jr. and Chris Andrews. My wife wanted the Dodge Durango, we knew we couldnt afford a new one but, still wanted a great one. With Ed and Chris working tirelessly to find just the right one in our price range, they exceeded our expectation. We live in south Jersey and could not just run up to see them they still managed to find it and Ed even took it one step further and delivered it to our house. When he dropped it off Friday, Memorial weekend i tell you, Ed took his time in showing us all the special features, and boy I tell you there is a lot of them. this is our 7th vehicle from Rothrock Motors and will not be the last. I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star but there is no option for 0. Unbelievable how they operate. My car needed a new transmission, got one fromRothrock, it was bad... this was 2 weeks ago, 2 weeks of leaving messages and calling multiple times a day and not one single person has responded to myself or the garage fixing my car!! Horrible customer service if you ask me. And like I said. Now 3+ weeks I amWithout a vehicle and no one is returning calls to fix my car the right way!! I did buy a vehicle from them in the past, but NEVER again will they get my business!!! Shame on you rothrock. Shame on you. Guess I need to contact a lawyer since no one can return phone calls!!!
I was going from Rhode Island back to Texas when I realized my headlight was out on my Dodge Ram 3500 Promaster. I called ahead to see if the part was in stock it was. The guy on the dodge side said he would walk it over to the Nissan side for me because he was closing. By the time I got there it was 5 minutes to 6 and they were about to close. I pulled in and asked if he could change out the bulb, he said I dont think I my technicians has ever seen one of these lol. He proceeded to open the hood and before I knew it, he was done. I dont live anywhere near here but if I did I would definitely be back. They didnt even charge me for labor, they wished me a safe journey home and sent me on my way. I am so grateful to them both, I feel horrible that I didnt get their names but they know who they are. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great place to get service done. As a high volume dealer, they work very hard, tell it like it is and wont upsell nonsense to make a buck, unlike other dealers I have experienced in the Lehigh Valley. Mario, Nate and Greg get the job done everytime. My personal responsibility for the care of my vehicle, paired with the service provided from Rothrock, results in my vehicle being a reliable investment to keep my day to day activities from stalling!
I dont even know where to begin with Rothrock dealership off 15th street in Allentown, had a camber issue a year after getting my new jeep and was lied to regarding that issue, even created a star case and that was erased saying they dont carry those records from months ago.. never even got to speak to the regional manager plus she never even returned my phone calls. Now just left the dealership with an almost death rattle saying the cant do the alignment because I need new tires. And even argues with the sales guy who waited on me saying your not gonna get anything accomplished from years ago even though it wasnt my fault. I pay good money for my jeep but get treated like crazy every time I walk in here. Please if I can save one person the trouble from getting a vehicle from here and go else where were they will not lie to you.. please do it. Now I leave with an unsafe vehicle. Thanks Rothrock!
I had recently just bought a Jeep renegade from this dealership and was/still is excited for this purchase. Matt one of the dealerships salesman really helped a lot and actually took the time to answer all of my questions and guided me through all of auto technology in the car and etc. .He provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend him to anyone whos looking for a vehicle at this dealership. It was a pleasant experience all around from car insurance services to finance services and a very smooth transaction overall. Great job guys!

My recent experience with this dealership, I purchased a 2017 used vehicle, I did not hackle the sticker price with the sales person, however I was unhappy with a few things, 1. I told the salesman that I had 2 financial credit unions I wanted the dealership to apply for the loan through, I however discovered days later that the dealership applied to at least 6 different finance companies, they said to obtain the lowest interest rate, I have a good credit rating and with all these credit checks has caused my score to decrease substantially! 2. Without explanation of the endless paperwork (as usual) I signed the papers, however I was told I would get a bumper to bumper warranty with the purchase of the vehicle, no one explained that there was a fee for that bumper to bumper warranty which was $2400 dollars added to the total along with a $850 Gap insurance fee that I had no idea was adding to the total price to be financed, very disappointing that this is Not explained by the company or it’s employees,
The pricing at this place is really good. They like to give you the best price up front. However they dont take kind to competition and their customers looking at other places. I heard the sales manager basically getting angry in the back cause I didnt want to buy in that same day. He then reflected this tension to the sales person, which then lead me to walk out and bought the vehicle at a different dealership.
We had been looking for a new Jeep Wrangler and had been to several dealerships. As we went into Rothrock expecting either high pressure sales or ignored when we said we didnt know when wed be buying. We met Tony Bittenbender, who started talking to us about a test drive. We were familiar with the vehicle but went on the test drive anyway. Tony proved to be knowledgeable about the car showing us all kinds of features that other dealers hadnt mentioned, we had our heart set on a red one, but the only one on the lot in the trim and with the features we wanted was in GOBI color. We left to think about it, We heard from Tony and told him we really wanted a red jeep. There was no pressure in the deal. He started looking for the trim and model we wanted and was able to locate an exact match. After discussion and negotiation, we were able to get the car we wanted at the price we wanted which made the decision to buy much easier. Tony has been following up to make sure that we are satisfied with the vehicle. Next time Im searching for a car, my first stop will be Tony Test Drive Bittenbender.Two moths later I decided that it was time for me to replace my old car, I went back to see Tony and was looking tor new but inexpensive. My assumption was that I would get a Renegade, The smallest model. Tony looked around, and we were able to find a new Compass that had been on the lot for some time. After some discussions, We reached an agreeable price and I bought my second Jeep in two months.Kudos to Laura Beers, the delivery specialist, who set me up with a rental while a sunroof was added. Laura walked me through all of the major features, which were a lot different than my 10 year old car. I got 4 wheel drive which is controlled by a knob on these newer models..Thanks Laura and Tony..
I’m not an easy person to please when it comes to car buying. I went to 5 dodge dealerships to negotiate a lease for a Dodge Durango. Not only did the sales manager Brian Reichenbach go out of his way to find me the exact truck I was looking for, he gave me a price I was happy with and answered every call I made to them during the entire process. Wilson Guaman was a great salesman as well and worked with us to fix all of the hiccups along the way. There were no hidden fees or charges anywhere during the sale. I was never pushed to buy anything besides the vehicle.
The salesman Matt Peters helped us find the exact vehicle that my family wanted while being very friendly and not pushy at all. The finance guy (I forget his name) helped us get a lower rate than I thought I was originally qualified for. Overall a very good buying experience.

The sale/transaction went smooth, the problem is everything else that came after. Watchout for their service contract fee. They failed to inform me $2,000 of my down-payment was going towards that rather than the car itself. The car was tagged a little over $16,000. Ended up paying 21,000. Thanks Rothrock. Anyway, onto the fun stuff!I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from them on March 18th 2020. A 2017 Jeep Compass with about 25,000 miles on it. From then until now, I havent even put 5,000 miles on the car.First service experience:My check engine light came on July 8th. When I was waiting to drop off my car, there was only one person helping customers and I was about third in line. The person that brought me to bring my car in had to wait for me just to drop off my keys to my car. The person wouldnt let me just drop off my keys. I had to wait in line. Okay, I understand, no big deal. Later that day, no one even attempted to tell me that they were keeping my car overnight. They closed and didnt give me a phone call at all. Didnt offer a rental, NOTHING. Thank God I could find a ride to work the following day with no warning. Then the following day I still had to keep calling because no one decided to return my call. Eventually someone got a hold of me said I needed a new turbo body ($600 repair). I have a warranty (thankfully) but still had to pay $100 for the deductible. I also had to fill my tank again (just filled it the day before) because they drained it.Second Service Experience:So driving my Jeep to work on a Saturday morning (August 8th, exactly one month later), my Jeep shut off COMPLETELY while I was driving TWICE. I only continued driving because I was right down the block from work. I tried to call Rothrock about it immediately and some lady not related to the service part took a message and told me they would be in touch. I told her it was kind of urgent and explained the situation. No one was returning my call so I had my insurance company tow it to Rothrock, without even speaking to them. Hours go by and I still havent heard anything. I call the same lady and tell her I need someone in service to call me immediately, my car was being towed there, etc. Hours go by when finally someone called me. They were the only person working apparently, and he couldnt work on it that day. Fine, whatever, can I get a rental at least? No, its a Saturday theyre all closed. Okay well thanks, I have no car for the weekend. Monday comes around and I heard nothing (not surprised). I called them at 11 AM to get an update on my car, no one answers. I get a call back at noon saying I now need a new cranker sensor. Okay, whatever do what you have to do. Once again, no call or update before they closed so I called. Found out they were keeping my car again overnight to make sure its good (without any warning again). No rental offer again. The next day(July 11th), no update, I have to call AGAIN. I get my car back with a full tank, with my paperwork. They did a complimentary inspection but failed to fill out the actual inspection paper, so it makes me feel like they didnt do it, since its blank. I drive my car home and theres still heavy vibration under the hood. I feel like they just fix one problem and dont give a crap about any underlying problems. The guy told me to bring it back the next day, but Im over dealing with them. They dont take it seriously.I talked to a sales manager that showed no sympathy for the situation. I asked for a service manager to call me, never got a call. I filled out their satisfaction survey on Aug 14th with all of my concerns and I have yet to hear from anyone.

2020 inspection at Rothrock today. They found a nail in my tire that was causing a slow air leak. Fixed it and I drove away with a freshly washed car.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My husband bought his Jeep Wrangler unlimited there in 2014. His sales rep, Doc, was supposed to get him the door surrounds for his soft top that we bought and paid for. We made multiple calls, stopped by, and got no response. Fast forward to present day. We still haven’t received those parts that we paid for, but was told that we can buy them at a discount from them at $450, even though we already paid for them. You can buy them for $250 elsewhere. I called for service today because the Jeep needs a new radiator (which is still under warranty). The girl from service said she can’t get it in until July 11 and I was out of luck for a vehicle until then! That’s over a month!! I told her we needed the Jeep fixed because we are taking it on vacation on July 20, and she said that she doesn’t know if it will be fixed by then! Are you serious?! I talked to the service manager, and he said the same thing. We are taking it to another dealer and will be doing all future business with them. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Payed a visit to Rothrock Ram today (8/4/18) with my wife to search for a new Ram truck. Beautiful dealership with a great selection which is why I chose to begin my search at Rothrock. We were greeted in the parking lot by a fairly new salesman whom which admittedly primarily dealt with used vehicles and though we were looking for new he began gathering info to help us. After a short fact finding session, he offered to show us the available trucks. On our way to view the inventory the salesman suggested that it may be better for us to deal with an experienced new car salesperson since his specialty was used cars. I agreed. So, he left us to find another salesman. My wife and I waited outside. We waited, and waited, and waited. No one showed up! Needless to say, I got pretty upset after a 20 to 30 minute no show. I finally went inside the showroom, found the sales guy and thanked him for his ignorance. He stated that all salesman were too busy to help us. No problem Rothrock! Ill take my $60,000.00 and spend it somewhere else like the nearby Ford dealer.

I went here because my heat shield underneath my car was detached. Mario from the service team helped me and I couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent customer service I received. They were helpful, honest, and fixed it for me. Will definitely be coming back here for service to my Jeep!
They put my breaks wrong as in Upside-down on my FRS went twice to get them replaced but didnt have time. I do not recommend going here. Really disappointed on the service.
I had a very good experience with the sales. Very helpful, was eager to solve my special case to be able to finance a car. I would say they are 5 stars. But the service. It is just one thing that had to go back several times since the certified pre owned inspection wasnt flawless. They kept their words and replaced the things within the warranty. While they were replacing the navigation the scratched the carbon fiber interior and assembled the panel on the instrument cluster quite loose. Missing part on the floor of the car... I can understand that everyone can do something wrong I have no problem with that. But ignoring me after I claimed this. I dont think that is the right behavior.Update: they offered the help to resolve the issue. I appreciate that.
Salesman Tony Bittender (AKA Tony Test Drive) was great! His non pushy attitude made the car buying process very easy and smooth! I am only going to buy my Jeeps from Tony in the future! This dealership is very inviting and there inventory of vehicle makes it easy to pick THE EXACT car or truck you want! Steve Bennett the sales manager is also very easy to work with especially when it came to giving me the selling price of my vehicle. He was upfront with pricing and pulled no punches. If you are looking for a Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler go to ROTH ROCK!!!
The only good part of this was Tony our salesman. He made us laugh, and was very attentive. The finance guys however completely ruined the Rothrock brand for me. Told me they tried every bank, and that was the best they could do, stretched it out for 4 days. Whereas another dodge dealer across town got me approved on a much lower rate in less than 2 hours, from a major bank. Am I supposed to believe that Rothrock doesnt have access to Ally Financial? Even when Rothrock comes up on the top of Allys list of dealers in Allentown? To me, it is much more likely that the finance guys were doing their best to shove an extra 6% APR down my throat. At 6 years, thats 36% more for the car. Because they thought they could take advantage of me, because we found ourselves in a bad situation. Im not saying that Rothrock are a bunch of crooks. Im just saying Id rather buy a car from Bernie Madoff than from Rothrock. Buyer Beware.
We have bought 2 vehicles now from Rothrock and specifically Chris Andrews and would return again. We came back because we had such a good experience the first time. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Chris and the finance team worked with us to get a great price for the car that best fit our family. We will definitely be back if we need a vehicle in the future!
Doc helped me find my dream car and got us approved for our financing in just one visit. He treated us like people and not just another sale. My experience at Rothrock was absolutely wonderful! I was hesitant when it came to looking for a new car because I wanted to make sure I was getting a great deal and I wanted to have a knowledgeable and trustworthy salesman. My experience with Mr. Nicholas Stelzman was everything a customer could want! He was extremely welcoming and made sure I knew I was getting the best customer service in the area! Not only was Nicholas a great salesman, everyone at Rothrock was pleasant! I felt very comfortable and I plan on recommending friends/family to this dealership as well!
Finally got my Jeep. My initial thought of going to the dealer is how much are they going to get me for? But to my surprise I was very wrong. Justin, who took care of all the paperwork was prepared and on point. I veered off and found Ken and he gave me an in depth look at all the jeep features as well as the dodge truck (awesome by the way). Loved the car buying experience!
Best sales man ever Tyler. Honestly it was long process of negotiation and getting the deal but he truly get me a good deal on 2018 Ram 2500 brand new left over with a snow plow I would defiantly buy from there again and people at the service very friendly and professional.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle, Nick was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles and when I explained I was not looking to buy today he was very understanding. We looked through the lot and he showed me all of the vehicles that I was interested in. I have never had a car shopping experience like the experience I had with Nick. When I am ready to purchase my new vehicle, I will be sure to return the the Rothrock dealership. Nicks focus on customer service truly sets him ahead of all other sales people I have dealt with in the past. Great job Rothrock, you found yourself a great salesman. Hats off to you Nick. 5 stars is not enough!!! I bought a car in 2016 from Jose at Rothrock which was a remarkable car buying experience! Today, in 2018, I was ready to trade that car and returned to Rothrock. I was so happy Jose was there, we discussed what I was looking for and within two hours I was out the door with my new car! Their certified car warranty is unbeatable! They don’t play games, straight up, fair pricing! The entire staff is phenomenal, friendly and professional! They go out of their way to make customers comfortable. I had originally posted a very positive review on here but now have been forced to re consider that. Brendan in sales is great and did an awesome job, he didnt have the Jeep I was looking for so he listened to what I wanted and went out and found one for me at a different dealer! Unfortunately that is where the greatness stops, Michael in Finance screwed up the forms multiple times and required me to come back to the dealership 3 times to sign forms again. Now he said he was going to get the previous lease with Chrysler Capital taken care of but its still showing up as past due on my account more than 2 months later, and I have tried to text and call Michael and he is not getting back to me! Poor service if you ask me!

My wife and I purchased vehicles from Barry Camfield. One of the best sales professionals weve dealt with thus far. Never pressured us into anything, made it a very laid back experience, and very knowledgeable of the products. His only interest was to get us into vehicles that worked the best for our lifestyle and budget which he accomplished. He was patient and helpful while we tried to figure out which vehicles in the end worked best. I always recommend friends and family to deal with him when theyre in market for a vehicle. The rest of the sales team was very easy to work with as well. The Rothrock system for sales is very well setup and made for a very non stressful sales scenario. I recommend Barry and Rothrock to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Weve Nissan also have had both of our vehicles in for service with the Nissan teams which too was a good experience. Very knowledgeable and straight forward.
Dodge jeep service department is horrible. Starts with this old man Mario in the service center. He is very rude and arrogant. . On one occasion when my jeep was brought there for an schedule oil change it took them over 4 hours. And when asked is it done with an attitude answer was it will be done when its done. Not only was me also my mother inlaw was treated badly here . You will see her review soon. If i could rate this place it would be a -100. So that means the next jeep grand Cherokee will not be purchased here and was looking to get the trailhawk. But not from here. Buyer beware go shopping elsewhere ppl.
We had an excellent experience at this dealership. Bill was very good to us and even bought us pizza while we waited for approval from the bank :) we were overly satisfied with the customer service and were grateful to have worked with a great team that was not pushy at all! I wish I could remember the names of the other men we worked with. The manager was very sweet and so was the employee who helped us in the finance department. We got our used car for a great price. We will certainly return to buy our next car here as well.
Recently my Chevy Equinox was inspected. It was a quality experience. Mario did great for me. The Service dept is top notch and Tony drove my car home for me since he works there too, so I even got home delivery. Weve had 3 of our vehicles inspected at Rothrock and plan on the rest too.
Jose worked with my family and I to get a used car that was affordable for us and in great condition. I would highly recommend Jose and the rest of the team to help you out as well. They even put a bow on the car to present it to us 😂 Nice touch!
We recently had a lot of work done to our Jeep Cherokee Sport. Our advisor Joel walked us through each step of the way...I am so happy with our new rims and tires and all of the work was done in a timely manner as promised. Joel is the most personable and helpful advisor we have met at Rothrock.
I leased a Dodge Dart from Rothrock, and when the lease was over, I bought a Chrysler 300 from them. I contribute the success of my dealings with Rothrock to Mr. Barry Kampfield. He has been extremely instrumental in ensuring that I receive the best deals, service etc. Barry always makes me feel like I am important. His professionalism is superb. His way of treating customers is with excellence. I gave Rothrock and Barry 5 stars, but I would have given them more if it were possible!

Consulting with Doc was a great experience. Doc made sure that the car was ready for me by the time I got there and I was coming from Maryland so he really made sure my time was not wasted. I purchased my 2017 Dodge Challenger GT from here last night. WHAT A EXPERIENCE!! The absolute BEST customer service I ever received shopping for a car. Tony Jabbour definitely made me feel comfortable with purchasing this CPO vehicle! And thanks to the finance guy (Justin Moss) for not making me feel hustled! I highly recommend this dealership!
I would give zero stars but I have to give one star to leave a comment. So I made an appointment to get my wheel barring checked, (which my mechanic told me needed to be replaced) I called Nissan service twice today and left messages each time. The 3rd time I called I pressed zero for a person. When I got that person, they stated that the shop manager was just test driving my car ( keep in mind its 3:30 in the afternoon, which means my car sat all day.) When I originally called to make the appointment I was told that if it needed anything and as long as it was covered by my warranty, they would fix it the same day as the appointment. Which is false!!! Considering they didnt even get to my car till 3:30 this afternoon! Im so upset, my time is valuable and I made an appointment for what??? Since apparently they think I can just keep coming back to get my car repaired.. what a joke! Im irate with rothrock! I shouldve taken it somewhere else where they get that I have a life and realize my time is valuable. What is the point of having an appointment???? Seriously??? Terrible terrible service.
If I could give negative stars, I would! I bought a certified pre owned 2016 Jeep Cherokee three weeks ago. To begin, sales were completed unorganized. I traded in a 2013 Ford Focus, which they tried to low ball me for the trade in value. After that signing the paperwork was fine until the next day I wanted to take the warranty and gap insurance off the loan. Went in to do paperwork for the cancellation, the guy said he would submit the paperwork to the bank for me, fine. I received paperwork from the bank stating my payment was higher than expected. I called the bank who then stated they had no paperwork for the cancellation whatsoever!! Called the dealership to fix this, they didn’t call me or anything they just paid the amount owed on the loan, making my payment stay exactly the same! Definitely not what was agreed on! Yesterday my father called me stating he got MY registration at his house with his name and address on it! Let me just add that his name and address were not used on any of the paperwork for the Jeep, it’s solely in my name! Today I go to drive an hour away, my transmission keeps slipping the whole time while driving. Then my check engine light came on and I couldn’t drive over 20mph!!! I pulled over and called the dealership asking them to make arrangements for this Jeep to get picked up because this should definitely not be happening for a certified Jeep that I just bought a few weeks ago; the lady told me I needed to make arrangements for it and I have to do so before 5 because they close. They have a drop box so it will definitely be getting there. I have never had any experiences like this before, EVER! So ridiculous that someone pays the amount I did for a certified car to not have problems when it turns out everything is a problem with this dealership!! Very unprofessional! They give the run around for anything and everything, they do everything for THEIR best interest and to get every penny they can.
I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND I NEVER GET A CALL BACK. I BOUGHT A CERTIFIED DODGE VAN I HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THE VAN PLUS I BOUGHT EXTENDED WARRANTY BUT NO ONE HAS INFORMATION ON WHAT I ASK FOR . THEY ARE NOT UP TO DATE WITH ATTENDING CUSTOMER TO THE FULLEST. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE EVERY DIFFERENT CAR TRUCK VAN THERES NO POINT IF SERVICE IS NOT TO PARR. I WOULD ASK TO HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING NO MATTER THE EXCUSES THAT COMES UP.
