Napa stores have always been A Cut Above the Rest of the other auto parts stores. The last of a relic from the days of Circle S Auto Parts, Big A Auto Parts and places like that. The staff is always attentive and very helpful. Have more than the usual amount of knowledge when you go seeking a part. Store display has changed a bit over the years, but they still are able to maintain a very good selection of tools parts and products. NAPA Auto Parts is the first place I go before going to the other parts stores.

They are very helpful and have a large well stocked inventory. They also have weekend hours. They speak english and are very courteous.

I have been in the automotive business for 30 plus years and i dont think ive experienced the amount of contempt this store has for their customers. Its a competitive business, if they continue to operate this way, i dont see this store lasting much longer

These guys have been great to deal with they seem to have a lot of items and if they dont they can get it by afternoon or next morning . So far no complaints store has a good amount of items to browse through also.

I ordered online and received price A then go to the store to pick up the product and they could only offer me a much higher price B as if Prce A was non existent
