I have had ABE towing come out a few times the last couple months through AAA due to car battery issues. They were fantastic! Really personable and put my mind at ease in stressful situations. Would highly recommend!

New battery was sold to me in December with 3 year warranty and in July I was told that I needed a new battery. When I said its under warranty so go ahead and put one in, they refused to honor the warranty. When I complained to AAA, they told me that I didnt drive enough miles! There is nothing in the warranty that states you must drive a certain amount of miles! The battery is only 7 months old and it failed!. I have owned this vehicle for 10 years. The last battery 2 batteries lasted 52 months and 48 months. Yours lasted 7. Its okay. Another Triple A service honored the warranty and tested the system too. Charging system is fine. No excessive voltage draw. No excuses. They did what you should have done for me. I paid $139.+tax to your company. Carlos checked it out thoroughly. He knew what he was doing. I ran a Firestone dealership for 10 years and a Goodyear dealership for 15 years. I know about cars, batteries etc. I also know about good service. You failed to provide that.

They did a great job and helped us out in a pinch after all the snow we just recieved. Another company promised to fit us in and never responded hours later. ABE came in with fair prices and the owner was very professional. Everything was done in a timely manner. Well definitely be using their services in the future.

Stranded, called for a tow. Got told theyre too busy on state police rotation. Guess they only have 1 truck.

The Owner of the Company actually came out out on his DAY OFF after he heard my story about ANOTHER Towing Company that came out for AAA that was ABSOLUTELY unprofessional. I almost CANCELED my AAA Membership because of the other Company. THANKS to A.BE. Towing I will KEEP my AAA Membership now. The Owner was OUTSTANDING and helped a Veteran the day before Veterans Day🙂

The guy came promptly for a AAA call. He was efficient, but ignored attempts to stay six feet away and socially distance. He didn’t wear a mask. He wasn’t interested in staying six feet apart. He did his job, but did not minimize risk to either of us. I wore my mask.

My car recently died on a major highway. A tow truck came and only removed me from the highway and left me stranded waiting for another tow truck to take my car To the car dealership. A. B. E. Towing came to my rescue and drove myself and my car to the dealership. The driver was super nice. The company went out of their way, literally, to help me out and honor my AAA Plus membership, unlike the first tow truck. I highly recommend them!

After being in an accident and my car being towed to Abe towing & recovery I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Ed I believe who helped me and another handsome helpful gentlemen. The two of them gave the best most straightforward, honest, and detailed advice with my circumstances that I could have asked for! This is one of the best towing companies in the area. The staff are courteous to their customers. They are always well presented, and address any concerns that you might have. Furthermore, the prices are very competitive. I would recommend them to any one that requires their vehicle to be towed, or to be worked on.

Dont like to pay for service I didnt receive. I called for a tow, but car started and didnt need them anymore. Still had to pay half of tow price. They are punctual though

These guys are better then the rest. They answer the phone with politeness and there drivers are professional. Very reasonable rates, and fast as hell. I recommend this company to every one. Your not going to find a company as good as these guys are!

Got helped like 30 minutes ago. I really dont remember the guys name but I cant thank him enough. Friendly, fast, knowledgable and a freaking pro. 11 out of 10. I dont really use towing a lot (thankfully) but i will definitely have their card and recommend this place to anyone who needs it.

I absolutely recommend ABE towing! I was reading the reviews and we all of your respect I have to disagree with the negative feedback. It almost seemed like they were talkin about a different company, or at least as far as I am concerned Ed was not only very pleasant, polite, and honest but also went above and beyond our expectations. I almost forgot to mentioned that he arrived earlier than the estimated time.

Josh came to jump my car and ended up being able to replace my battery right on the spot. He was courteous and got there 30 minutes early.

His professionalism and courtesyness at the pickup and during the ride was outstanding. He answered all our questions which gave us interesting information on towing and safety tips around towing sites for the future.

A.b.e towing is awesome had to have my car towed 2 times within this past weeks time to the dealership. had John and Ryan and they kept me calm since i was so stressed with car issues. also very quick and reliable. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Used this company a handful of times for flat tires, accidents, car startup problems and service was phenomenal each time. They arrived in a timely manner, crew was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about their line of business. If youre looking for a company who gets the job done without adding more stress to your dilemma then I would highly recommend.

One of the drivers hit my car.The manager Ed agreed to pay for damages.It took over a month to get reimbursement and multiple unanswered emails and phone calls & being spoken to very unprofessionally and used profanity.Completely unprofessional and trashy.

My driver, Ryan I think? He was the nicest tow driver I have ever met on my life. He was very helpful and very courteous of my situation and he helped me out wonderfully.

I was broke down in the parking lot of Lehigh Valley Hospital in Muhlenburg with 2 kids 7m and 1.5 year old in the freezing weather and they came in less then 10 minutes to help me! Thank you! And have a great holiday! Very polite and courteous!

ABE Towing & Recovery goes above & beyond! My wheel bearing seized up while stopped at a red light in the middle lane at a very busy Allentown intersection during evening rush hour today. Eddie, Liz, Dave and Ryan were nearby, saw I was having trouble, and immediately came over to help while I was on the phone with AAA. Their first concern was to get me out of the middle of traffic, and they sprung into action, directing people around me while getting my vehicle hooked up to pull into a nearby parking lot. Because the wheel seized up, they couldnt push the car off to the side of the road so Eddie offered to hook the car up to the tow truck for free just to safely get me out of the traffic that was flying around us. Fortunately, they do towing for AAA so they were able to handle my service request and tow my car to my mechanic. I will WITHOUT QUESTION highly recommend ABE Towing & Recovery to anyone who needs a towing service -- and I emphasize the word Service. Thank you Eddie, Liz, Dave and Ryan!

Its my personal experience with service from this company that they are nothing but PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, And Customer oriented! Unlike the other comments that were posted lasted week are bogus and Id like those people to produce receipts for their services. Ive got mine! I HIGHLY recommend this company! I will not use any other rip off company in the Leigh High Valley, PA.. oh also.. those idiots who posted those reviews..are from NJ.. this company doesnt service NJ.. just a little FYI.

The past week the following were google reviews that had no bearing on services. Its basically a mass amount of friends claiming they had services done and did not. What it is all about is there family member died from careless driving and almost killed a tow truck driver. We refused to take down a post for there family member that died. We have the right to post that post on face book weather they like it or not. Also an attorney is looking at these reviews and will be contacting them for defamation of character towards our business. A law suit will be filed and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY. I SAT AND WAITED FOR ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR THE TOW TRUCK AND UPON THEIR ARRIVAL I EXPLAINED THAT MY TI-ROD SNAPPED AND THEREFORE YOU COULD NOT TURN THE WHEELS. THEIR DRIVER WENT AHEAD AND TRIED TO PUT IT ONTO A FLAT BED AND CAUGHT THE RIGHT FRONT PASSENGERS SIDE BUMPED RIPPING OFF MY FRONT END, AS I WENT TO TRY TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE HE PUSHED THE BUMPER BACK UP RELEASED CAR OFF FLAT BED AND TOOK OFF. I CALLED THEIR MANAGER AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THAT I WAS UNDER THE INFLUENCE (WHICH WAS UNTRUE i DONT EVEN DRINK!) AND HIS DRIVER WAS NOT AT FAULT FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO MY CAR, AND HUNG UP ON ME. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK TO YOUR VEHICLE. NOT ONLY WAS THE DRIVER RUDE WHEN I ASKED HIS NAME AND WOULDNT GIVE IT TO ME BUT THE MANAGER WAS EVEN WORSE!!!

About two days ago went with a friend to help get her car towed (she used geico roadside assistance) & the first company they tried gave us a 2 hr wait so RSA called A.B.E. they gave us 60 minute wait and the driver Buddy arrived maybe 35/40 minutes 20 minutes short of an hour!!! Buddy was amazing, polite, intelligant, kind, honest and extremley helpful. Gave us a number of choices to take the car to & to garages and tire services that wouldnt over charge my friend. Not only did he tow the car he gave us a little heads up on some of the work that would need to be done (he was spot on) and then recommended a few service stations. One of witch we will be using they gave us a great quote. Thank you Buddy for you outstanding service. Dodge Caliber (closet on wheels)

A.B.E. came to tow my daughters car after another company failed to show up. She was left waiting in a dark, empty parking lot for several hours. The driver from A.B.E. was prompt, kind, and professional. I highly recommend them.

Ive been a customer of ABE and previously recommended them to my coworkers. However, my recent interactions with them have been awful and I do not condone the post they made with such disregard for a man dying.

All in all a fantastic team of operators. Very skilled, very fast, and very professional. What some people fail to understand is you must treat others how you would like to be treated. If you carry on, be disrespectful, and just a overall clown how can you expect someone to be happy to talk to you and treat you with the up most respect. Google reviews are ment for review on the service that you received. Not a place to vent your frustration on a public post that said NOTHING wrong for the situation this is for SERVICE REVIEWS! They dispatch to the scene fast, clean up the problem fast, and get the job done right the first time. Not many companys will be on scene for you within the hour 24/7 if not even faster. Personally i have waited up to 5 hours for a tow truck by a few other companys. And when it is freezing cold out, and that tow truck arrives on scene on time and gets me out of the pinch i am in i am extremely grateful the second i see the flashing yellow lights pulling up!

A.B.E. Towing service is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL and they hang up the phone when you try to ask them simple questions. They can two cars 24/7 but you cannot pick up your car 24/7. This was an extremely unhappy experience and they should be reported for how they disrespect their customers. Whoever the dispatcher is at night should be reprimanded and corrected. I do no appreciate how i was dealt with and he should know this.

Best towing company Ive ever had to work with. Goieco said 30 minutes, driver was there in 5. Few days later scheduled a pick up through geico from a different company, they stood me up, 2 hours late then wanted me to wait another hour. Called Abe the next morning, goieco said 45 minutes, driver there in 4 minutes. Theure profession and insanely effective. Drivers are all polite and professional. I recommend them to everyone.
